"IndicationAndUsage": "Warfarin sodium tablets, USP are indicated for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of venous thrombosis and its extension, and pulmonary embolism. Warfarin sodium tablets, USP are indicated for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of the thromboembolic complications associated with atrial fibrillation and/or cardiac valve replacement. Warfarin sodium tablets, USP are indicated to reduce the risk of death, recurrent myocardial infarction, and thromboembolic events such as stroke or systemic embolization after myocardial infarction.",
"Description": "Crystalline warfarin sodium is an anticoagulant which acts by inhibiting vitamin K-dependent coagulation factors. Chemically, it is 3-(α-acetonylbenzyl)-4-hydroxycoumarin sodium salt and is a racemic mixture of theR- andS-enantiomers. Crystalline warfarin sodium is an isopropanol clathrate. The crystallization of warfarin sodium virtually eliminates trace impurities present in amorphous warfarin. Its empirical formula is C19H15NaO4, and its structural formula may be represented by the following. Crystalline warfarin sodium occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder, is discolored by light and is very soluble in water; freely soluble in alcohol; very slightly soluble in chloroform and in ether. Warfarin Sodium Tablets, USP for oral use also contain."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets, USP are indicated for.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets, USP is a substituted benzimidazole, sodium salt of 5-(difluoromethoxy)-2-[[(3,4-dimethoxy-2-pyridinyl)methyl]sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole sesquihydrate, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its molecular formula is C16H14F2N3NaO4S x 1.5 H2O, with a molecular weight of 432.36. The structural formula is. Pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate is a white to off-white crystalline powder and is racemic. Pantoprazole has weakly basic and acidic properties. Pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate is freely soluble in water, very slightly soluble in phosphate buffer at pH 7.4, and practically insoluble in n-hexane. The stability of the compound in aqueous solution is pH-dependent. The rate of degradation increases with decreasing pH. At ambient temperature, the degradation half-life is approximately 2.8 hours at pH 5 and approximately 220 hours at pH 7.8. Pantoprazole sodium, USP is supplied as a delayed-release tablet, available in two strengths (20 mg and 40 mg). Each pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablet, USP contains 45.10 mg or 22.55 mg of pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate (equivalent to 40 mg or 20 mg pantoprazole, respectively) with the following inactive ingredients: ammonium hydroxide, anhydrous sodium carbonate, black iron oxide, calcium stearate, crospovidone, hypromellose, mannitol, methacrylic acid copolymer, povidone, propylene glycol, shellac glaze, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate and yellow iron oxide. Pantoprazole sodium, USP complies with Related Compounds Test 2. Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets USP, 20 mg and 40 mg, meet USP Dissolution Test 3."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Abiraterone acetate tablets are indicated in combination with prednisone for the treatment of patients with Metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). Metastatic high-risk castration-sensitive prostate cancer (CSPC).",
"Description": "Abiraterone acetate, the active ingredient of abiraterone acetate tablets USP is the acetyl ester of abiraterone. Abiraterone is an inhibitor of CYP17 (17α-hydroxylase/C17,20-lyase). Each abiraterone acetate tablet USP contains 250 mg or 500 mg of abiraterone acetate. Abiraterone is designated chemically as 17-(Pyridin-3-yl)androsta-5,16-dien-3β-yl acetate and its structure is. Abiraterone acetate is a white to off-white, non-hygroscopic, crystalline powder. Its molecular formula is C26H33NO2 and it has a molecular weight of 391.55. Abiraterone acetate is a lipophilic compound with an octanol-water partition coefficient of 3.57 (Log P) and Freely soluble in methylene chloride, in tetrahydrofuran, and in toluene, soluble in methanol, in ethanol, in ethyl acetate, in isobutyl methyl ketone, in N,N-dimethyl formamide and in acetone, sparingly soluble in acetonitrile and in dimethyl sulfoxide, slightly soluble in hexane, very slightly soluble in 0.1N hydrochloride and practically insoluble in water. The pKa value of abiraterone Acetate is 3.06. Abiraterone acetate tablets USP are available in 250 mg and 500 mg film-coated tablets and 250 mg uncoated tablets with the following inactive ingredients: 250 mg film-coated tablets: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium lauryl sulfate. The film-coating contains iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide. 500 mg film-coated tablets: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium lauryl sulfate. "IndicationAndUsage": "Diclofenac sodium and misoprostol delayed-release tablets are indicated for treatment of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in patients at high risk of developing NSAID-induced gastric and duodenal ulcers and their complications. For a list of factors that may increase the risk of NSAID-induced gastric and duodenal ulcers and their complications [see Warnings and Precautions (5.2)].",
"Description": "Diclofenac sodium and misoprostol delayed-release tablets, USP are a combination product containing diclofenac sodium, an NSAID with analgesic properties, and misoprostol, a gastrointestinal (GI) mucosal protective prostaglandin-1 (PGE1) analog. Diclofenac sodium and misoprostol delayed-release tablets, USP are white to off-white, round, biconvex, and approximately 12.7 mm in diameter. Each 50 mg/200 mcg tablet consists of an enteric-coated core containing 50 mg diclofenac sodium surrounded by an outer mantel containing 200 mcg misoprostol. Each 75 mg/200 mcg tablet consists of an enteric-coated core containing 75 mg diclofenac sodium surrounded by an outer mantle containing 200 mcg misprostol. Diclofenac sodium is a phenylacetic acid derivative that is a white to off-white, virtually odorless, crystalline powder. Diclofenac sodium is freely soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol, and practically insoluble in chloroform and in dilute acid. Diclofenac sodium is sparingly soluble in water. Its chemical formula and name are. C14H10Cl2NO2Na [M.W. = 318.14] 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt. Misoprostol is a water-soluble, viscous liquid that contains approximately equal amounts of two diastereomers. Its chemical formula and name are. C22H38O5 [M.W. = 382.54] (±) methyl 11α,16-dihydroxy-16-methyl-9-oxoprost-13E-en-1-oate. Inactive ingredients in diclofenac sodium and misoprostol delayed-release tablets include: colloidal silicon dioxide; crospovidone; hypromellose; lactose; magnesium stearate; methacrylic acid copolymer; microcrystalline cellulose; polyethylene glycol (400); povidone (polyvidone) K-30; starch (corn); titanium dioxide; triethyl citrate; Carnauba wax."

"Description": "Diclofenac sodium and misoprostol delayed-release tablets, USP are a combination product containing diclofenac sodium, an NSAID with analgesic properties, and misoprostol, a gastrointestinal (GI) mucosal protective prostaglandin-1 (PGE1) analog. Diclofenac sodium and misoprostol delayed-release tablets, USP are white to off-white, round, biconvex, and approximately 12.7 mm in diameter. Each 50 mg/200 mcg tablet consists of an enteric-coated core containing 50 mg diclofenac sodium surrounded by an outer mantel containing 200 mcg misoprostol. Each 75 mg/200 mcg tablet consists of an enteric-coated core containing 75 mg diclofenac sodium surrounded by an outer mantle containing 200 mcg misprostol. Diclofenac sodium is a phenylacetic acid derivative that is a white to off-white, virtually odorless, crystalline powder. Diclofenac sodium is freely soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol, and practically insoluble in chloroform and in dilute acid. Diclofenac sodium is sparingly soluble in water. Its chemical formula and name are. C14H10Cl2NO2Na [M.W. = 318.14] 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt. Misoprostol is a water-soluble, viscous liquid that contains approximately equal amounts of two diastereomers. Its chemical formula and name are. "IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of diclofenac sodium delayed-release tablets and other treatment options before deciding to use diclofenac. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals ( see WARNINGS; Gastrointestinal Bleeding, Ulceration, and Perforation). Diclofenac is indicated: : 1 For relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis , 2 For relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis , 3 For acute or long-term use in the relief of signs and symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis .",
"Description": "Diclofenac sodium delayed-release tablets is a benzene-acetic acid derivative. Diclofenac sodium is a white or slightly yellowish crystalline powder and is sparingly soluble in water at 25°C. The chemical name is 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt. The molecular weight is 318.14. Its molecular formula is C 14H 10Cl 2NNaO 2, and it has the following structural formula. The inactive ingredients in diclofenac sodium delayed-release tablets include: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, propylene glycol, sodium starch glycolate, talc, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Voltaren Ophthalmic is indicated for the treatment of postoperative inflammation in patients who have undergone cataract extraction and for the temporary relief of pain and photophobia in patients undergoing corneal refractive surgery.",
"Description": "Voltaren Ophthalmic (diclofenac sodium ophthalmic solution) 0.1% solution is a sterile, topical, nonsteroidal, anti-inflammatory product for ophthalmic use. Diclofenac sodium is designated chemically as 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt, with an empirical formula of C14H10Cl2NO2Na. The structural formula of diclofenac sodium is. Voltaren Ophthalmic is available as a sterile solution which contains diclofenac sodium 0.1% (1 mg/mL).Inactive Ingredients: polyoxyl 35 castor oil, Boric acid, tromethamine, sorbic acid (2 mg/mL), edetate disodium (1 mg/mL), and purified water.Diclofenac sodium is a faintly yellow-white to light beige, slightly hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in methanol, sparingly soluble in water, very slightly soluble in acetonitrile, and insoluble in chloroform and in 0.1N hydrochloric acid. Its molecular weight is 318.14. Voltaren Ophthalmic 0.1% is an iso osmotic solution with an osmolality of about 300 mOsmol/1000 g, buffered at approximately pH 7.2. Voltaren Ophthalmic solution has a faint characteristic odor of castor oil."

The chemical name for niraparib tosylate monohydrate is 2-{4-[(3S)-piperidin-3-yl]phenyl}-2H-indazole 7-carboxamide 4-methylbenzenesulfonate hydrate (1:1:1). The molecular formula is C26H30N4O5S and it has a molecular weight of 510.61 amu. The molecular structure is shown below. Niraparib tosylate monohydrate is a white to off-white, non-hygroscopic crystalline solid. Niraparib solubility is pH independent below the pKa of 9.95, with an aqueous free base solubility of 0.7 mg/mL to 1.1 mg/mL across the physiological pH range. Each ZEJULA tablet contains 159.3 mg, 318.7 mg, or 478.0 mg of niraparib tosylate monohydrate equivalent to 100 mg, 200 mg, or 300 mg, respectively, of niraparib free base as the active ingredient. The inactive ingredients in the core tablet are crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and silicon dioxide. Diclofenac sodium, USP is a white to almost white crystalline powder and is sparingly soluble in water at 25°C. The chemical name is 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt. The molecular weight is 318.13 g/mol. Its molecular formula is C14H10Cl2NNaO2, and it has the following structural formula. Each enteric-coated tablet for oral administration contains 50 mg or 75 mg of diclofenac sodium, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: aluminum hydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, polyvinyl acetate phthalate, propylene glycol, silica, sodium alginate, sodium starch glycolate (Type A), stearic acid, synthetic black iron oxide, talc, and titanium dioxide."
