"IndicationAndUsage": "Cyclophosphamide capsules, USP is an alkylating drug indicated for treatment of: 1 Malignant Diseases: malignant lymphomas: Hodgkin's disease, lymphocytic lymphoma, mixed-cell type lymphoma, histiocytic lymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma; multiple myeloma, leukemias, mycosis fungoides, neuroblastoma, adenocarcinoma of ovary, retinoblastoma, breast carcinoma (1.1), 2 Minimal Change Nephrotic Syndrome in Pediatric Patients: biopsy proven minimal change nephrotic syndrome in pediatric patients who failed to adequately respond to or are unable to tolerate adrenocorticosteroid therapy (1.2).",
"Description": "Cyclophosphamide capsules, USP is a synthetic antineoplastic drug chemically related to the nitrogen mustards. The chemical name for cyclophosphamide is 2-[bis(2-chloroethyl)amino]tetrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorine 2-oxide monohydrate, and has the following structural formula. Cyclophosphamide has a molecular formula of C7H15Cl2N2O2PH2O and a molecular weight of 279.10. Cyclophosphamide is soluble in water and alcohol. Each capsule for oral use contains 25 mg or 50 mg cyclophosphamide (monohydrate, USP) and the following inactive ingredients: pregelatinized starch and sodium stearyl fumarate. Each gelatin capsule shell contains FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #3, gelatin and titanium dioxide. In addition to the ingredients listed above, each capsule contains black ink. Black ink contains, black iron oxide, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, dehydrated alcohol, potassium hydroxide, purified water and shellac."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Trazodone hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults.",
"Description": "Trazodone hydrochloride tablets, USP for oral administration contain trazodone hydrochloride, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and 5HT2 receptor antagonist. Trazodone hydrochloride is a triazolopyridine derivative designated as 2-[3-[4-(3-chlorophenyl)-1-piperazinyl]propyl]-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one hydrochloride. It is a white, odorless crystalline powder which is freely soluble in water. The structural formula is represented as follows. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 50 mg, 100 mg or 150 mg of trazodone hydrochloride, USP. Trazodone hydrochloride tablets, USP, 50 mg and 100 mg, contain the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, carnauba wax, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, and titanium dioxide. Trazodone hydrochloride tablets, USP, 150 mg, contain the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pomalidomide is a thalidomide analogue indicated, for the treatment of adult patients: : 1 in combination with dexamethasone, for patients with multiple myeloma (MM) who have received at least two prior therapies including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor and have demonstrated disease progression on or within 60 days of completion of the last therapy (1.1)., 2 with AIDS-related Kaposi sarcoma (KS) after failure of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) or in patients with KS who are HIV negative. This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on overall response rate. Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in a confirmatory trial(s) (1.2).",

It has limited to low solubility into organic solvents and is practically insoluble in all pH solutions (about 0.01 mg/mL). Pomalidomide has a chiral carbon atom which exists as a racemic mixture of the R(+) and S(-) enantiomers. Pomalidomide capsule is available in 1-mg, 2-mg, 3-mg, and 4-mg capsules for oral administration. Each capsule contains pomalidomide as the active ingredient and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, maltodextrin, pregelatinized starch, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The 1-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, and black ink. The 2-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red, and black ink. Pomalidomide has a chiral carbon atom which exists as a racemic mixture of the R(+) and S(-) enantiomers. Pomalidomide capsule is available in 1-mg, 2-mg, 3-mg, and 4-mg capsules for oral administration. Each capsule contains pomalidomide as the active ingredient and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, maltodextrin, pregelatinized starch, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The 1-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, and black ink. The 2-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red, and black ink. The 3-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue 2, iron oxide yellow, black ink, and white ink. The 4-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue 2, black ink, and white ink. Black ink contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and shellac. White ink contains potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac, and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Lamotrigine, an AED of the phenyltriazine class, is chemically unrelated to existing AEDs. Lamotrigine's chemical name is 3, 5-diamino-6-(2, 3-dichlorophenyl)-as-triazine, its molecular formula is C9H7N5Cl2, and its molecular weight is 256.09. Lamotrigine is a white to pale cream-colored powder and has a pKa of 5.7. Lamotrigine is very slightly soluble in water (0.17 mg/mL at 25°C) and slightly soluble in 0.1 M HCl (4.1 mg/mL at 25°C). The structural formula is. Lamotrigine Tablets, USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (light pink), 100 mg (light pink), 150 mg (light pink), and 200 mg (light pink) tablets. Meloxicam has an apparent partition coefficient (log P)app = 0.1 in n-octanol/buffer pH 7.4. Meloxicam has pKa values of 1.1 and 4.2. Meloxicam is available as a tablet for oral administration containing 7.5 mg or 15 mg meloxicam, USP. (1.2), 3 Heart Failure -, to reduce the risk of cardiovascular mortality and heart failure hospitalization ins patients with heart failure (1.3).",

Metoprolol succinate extended-release tablets, USP has been formulated to provide a controlled and predictable release of metoprolol for once-daily administration. The tablets comprise a multiple unit system containing metoprolol succinate in a multitude of controlled release pellets. Each pellet acts as a separate drug delivery unit and is designed to deliver metoprolol continuously over the dosage interval. The tablets contain 47.5, 95 and 190 mg of metoprolol succinate equivalent to 50, 100 and 200 mg of metoprolol tartrate, USP, respectively. Its chemical name is (±) 1(isopropylamino)-3-[p-(2-methoxyethyl) phenoxy]-2-propanol succinate. Its structural formula is. Metoprolol succinate, USP is a white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 652.8. It is freely soluble in water and soluble in methanol. Inactive ingredients: acetyl tributyl citrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, crosspovidone, ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, isopropyl alcohol, methylene chloride, microcrystalline cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose sphere, polyethylene glycol, sodium stearyl fumarate and talc. The tablets are film-coated with coating material Opadry white 04F58804 containing hypromellose, polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Metoprolol succinate is a beta1-selective (cardioselective) adrenoceptor blocking agent, for oral administration, available as extended-release tablets. The tablets comprise a multiple unit system containing metoprolol succinate in a multitude of controlled release pellets. Cyclophosphamide has a molecular formula of C7H15Cl2N2O2PH2O and a molecular weight of 279.10. Cyclophosphamide is soluble in water and alcohol. Each capsule for oral use contains 25 mg or 50 mg cyclophosphamide (monohydrate, USP) and the following inactive ingredients: pregelatinized starch and sodium stearyl fumarate.
