"Description": "Pregabalin is described chemically as (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C8H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline solid with a pKa1 of 4.2 and a pKa2 of 10.6. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is – 1.35. Pregabalin capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with co-processed starch and talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shell for 25 mg, 50 mg & 150 mg contains: gelatin, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The capsule shell for 75 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg & 300 mg contains: FD &C Blue 1, FD& C Red 40, FD& C Yellow 6, gelatin, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg capsule imprinting ink contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, purified water and shellac."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Docetaxel Injection is a microtubule inhibitor indicated for: 1 Breast Cancer (BC): single agent for locally advanced or metastatic BC after chemotherapy failure; and with doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide as adjuvant treatment of operable node-positive BC (1.1), 2 Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): single agent for locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC after platinum therapy failure; and with cisplatin for unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic untreated NSCLC (1.2), 3 Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC): with prednisone in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (1.3), 4 Gastric Adenocarcinoma (GC): with cisplatin and fluorouracil for untreated, advanced GC, including the gastroesophageal junction (1.4), 5 Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck (SCCHN): with cisplatin and fluorouracil for induction treatment of locally advanced SCCHN (1.5).",
"Description": "Docetaxel is an antineoplastic agent belonging to the taxoid family. It is prepared by semisynthesis beginning with a precursor extracted from the renewable needle biomass of yew plants. The chemical name for docetaxel is (2R,3S)-N-carboxy-3-phenylisoserine,N-tert-butyl ester, 13-ester with 5β-20-epoxy-1,2α,4,7β,10β,13α-hexahydroxytax-11-en-9-one 4-acetate 2-benzoate. Docetaxel (anhydrous) has the following structural formula. Docetaxel is a white to almost-white powder with an empirical formula of C43H53NO14, and a molecular weight of 807.88. It is highly lipophilic and practically insoluble in water. Docetaxel Injection, USP is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, clear, colorless to pale yellow solution at 10 mg/mL concentration for Intravenous infusion only. Each mL contains 10 mg docetaxel (anhydrous) 260 mg polysorbate 80 NF, 4 mg anhydrous citric acid USP, 23% v/v dehydrated alcohol USP, and polyethylene glycol 300 NF. Docetaxel Injection is available in single-dose vials containing 20 mg (2 mL) docetaxel (anhydrous), and multiple-dose vials containing 80 mg (8 mL) or 160 mg (16 mL) docetaxel (anhydrous). Docetaxel Injection requires NO prior dilution with a diluent and is ready to add to the infusion solution."

"Description": "Fondaparinux sodium injection is a sterile solution containing fondaparinux sodium. It is a synthetic and specific inhibitor of activated Factor X (Xa). Fondaparinux sodium is methyl O-2-deoxy-6-O-sulfo-2-(sulfoamino)-α-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranuronosyl-(1→4)-O-2-deoxy-3,6-di-O-sulfo-2-(sulfoamino)-α-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-2-Osulfo-α-L-idopyranuronosyl-(1→4)-2-deoxy-6-O-sulfo-2-(sulfoamino)-α-D-glucopyranoside, decasodium salt. The molecular formula of fondaparinux sodium is C31H43N3Na10O49S8 and its molecular weight is 1728. The structural formula is provided below. Fondaparinux sodium is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free injectable solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose, prefilled syringe of fondaparinux sodium, affixed with an active needle protection system, contains 2.5 mg of fondaparinux sodium, USP in 0.5 mL, 5.0 mg of fondaparinux sodium, USP in 0.4 mL, 7.5 mg of fondaparinux sodium, USP in 0.6 mL, or 10.0 mg of fondaparinux sodium, USP in 0.8 mL of an isotonic solution of sodium chloride, water for injection. May also contain sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid as pH adjusters. The final drug product is a clear and colorless to slightly yellow liquid with a pH between 5.5 and 8.0."

It is prepared by semisynthesis beginning with a precursor extracted from the renewable needle biomass of yew plants. The chemical name for docetaxel is (2R,3S)-N-carboxy-3-phenylisoserine,N-tert-butyl ester, 13-ester with 5β-20-epoxy-1,2α,4,7β,10β,13α-hexahydroxytax-11-en-9-one 4-acetate 2-benzoate. Docetaxel (anhydrous) has the following structural formula. Docetaxel is a white to almost-white powder with an empirical formula of C43H53NO14, and a molecular weight of 807.88. It is highly lipophilic and practically insoluble in water. Docetaxel Injection, USP is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, clear, colorless to pale yellow solution at 10 mg/mL concentration for Intravenous infusion only. Each mL contains 10 mg docetaxel (anhydrous) 260 mg polysorbate 80 NF, 4 mg anhydrous citric acid USP, 23% v/v dehydrated alcohol USP, and polyethylene glycol 300 NF. Docetaxel Injection is available in single-dose vials containing 20 mg (2 mL) docetaxel (anhydrous), and multiple-dose vials containing 80 mg (8 mL) or 160 mg (16 mL) docetaxel (anhydrous). Docetaxel Injection requires NO prior dilution with a diluent and is ready to add to the infusion solution."

Benazepril hydrochloride's chemical name is 3-[[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenyl-(1S)-propyl]amino]-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2-oxo-1H-1-(3S)-benzazepine-1-acetic acid monohydrochloride; its structural formula is:. Its molecular formula is C24H28N2O5HCl, and its molecular weight is 460.96. Benazeprilat, the active metabolite of benazepril, is a nonsulfhydryl angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Benazepril is converted to benazeprilat by hepatic cleavage of the ester group. Amlodipine besylate is a white to pale yellow crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Its chemical name is (R,S)3-ethyl-5-methyl-2-(2-aminoethoxymethyl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate benzenesulfonate; its structural formula is. Its molecular formula is C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S, and its molecular weight is 567.1. Amlodipine besylate is the besylate salt of amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules, USP are formulated in four different strengths for oral administration with a combination of amlodipine besylate equivalent to 2.5 mg, 5 mg or 10 mg of amlodipine, with 10 mg, or 20 mg of benazepril hydrochloride providing for the following available combinations: 2.5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/20 mg, and 10 mg/20 mg. The inactive ingredients of the capsules are colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, gelatin, hydrogenated castor oil, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, siliconized talc, and titanium dioxide. The 2.5 mg/10 mg capsules also contain D&C Yellow #10. The 5 mg/10 mg capsules also contain D&C Yellow #10 and FD&C Yellow #6. The 5 mg/20 mg and 10 mg/20 mg capsules also contain D&C Red #28, FD&C Blue #1, and FD&C Red #40."

"Description": "Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules, USP is a combination of amlodipine besylate and benazepril hydrochloride. Benazepril hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder, soluble (greater than 100 mg/mL) in water, in ethanol, and in methanol.
