"Description": "Pregabalin is described chemically as (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C8H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline solid with a pKa1 of 4.2 and a pKa2 of 10.6. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is – 1.35. Pregabalin capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with co-processed starch and talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shell for 25 mg, 50 mg & 150 mg contains: gelatin, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The capsule shell for 75 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg & 300 mg contains: FD &C Blue 1, FD& C Red 40, FD& C Yellow 6, gelatin, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg capsule imprinting ink contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, purified water and shellac."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of Ibuprofentablets and other treatment options before deciding to use Ibuprofen.Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent withindividual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS). IBU tablets are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. IBU tablets are indicated for relief of mild to moderate pain. IBU tablets are also indicated for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Controlled clinical trials to establish the safety and effectiveness of IBU tablets in children have not been conducted.",

IBU, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is availablein 400 mg, 600 mg, and 800 mg tablets for oral administration.Inactive ingredients: carnauba wax, colloidal silicon dioxide,croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystallinecellulose, polydextrose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate,titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Sorafenib tablets are a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of. Unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (1.1). Advanced renal cell carcinoma (1.2). Locally recurrent or metastatic, progressive, differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) refractory to radioactive iodine treatment (1.3).",
"Description": "Sorafenib, a kinase inhibitor, is the tosylate salt of sorafenib. Sorafenib tosylate has the chemical name 4-(4-{3-[4-Chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ureido}phenoxy)-N2-methylpyridine-2 carboxamide mono(4-methylbenzenesulfonate). The molecular formula of sorafenib tosylate is C21H16ClF3N4O3 x C7H8O3S and the molecular weight of sorafenib tosylate is 637.03 g/mole. Its structural formula is. Sorafenib tosylate,USP is a White to slightly yellowish to brownish powder. Sorafenib tosylate is practically insoluble in aqueous media and in heptane, slightly soluble in ethanol. Sorafenib tablets, USP for oral use are supplied as film-coated tablets containing 200 mg sorafenib equivalent to 274 mg sorafenib tosylate, USP and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulphate, opadry 04F550007 Red. Opadry 04F550007 Red contains Hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol and ferric oxide red. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Rizatriptan benzoate tablets are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults and in pediatric patients 6 to 17 years old. Limitations of Use.",
"Description": "Rizatriptan benzoate tablets USP contain rizatriptan benzoate, a selective 5-hydroxytryptamine 1B/1D(5-HT 1B/1D) receptor agonist. Rizatriptan benzoate is described chemically as: N,N-dimethyl-5-(1 H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-1 H-indole-3-ethanamine monobenzoate and its structural formula is:. Its molecular formula is C 15H 19N 5C 7H 6O 2, representing a molecular weight of the free base of 269.35. Rizatriptan benzoate is a white to almost white crystalline powder that is soluble in water at about 42 mg per mL (expressed as free base) at 25°C. Rizatriptan benzoate tablets USP are available for oral administration in strengths of 5 mg and 10 mg (corresponding to 7.265 mg or 14.53 mg of the benzoate salt, respectively). Each compressed tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: corn starch, iron oxide red, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and pregelatinized starch (maize)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets (XL) are an aminoketone antidepressant, indicated for. treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) (1.1). prevention of seasonal affective disorder (SAD) (1.2).",
"Description": "Bupropion hydrochloride, an antidepressant of the aminoketone class, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Its structure closely resembles that of diethylpropion; it is related to phenylethylamines. It is designated as (±)-1-(3-chorophenyl)-2- [(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]-1-propanone hydrochloride. The molecular weight is 276.2. The molecular formula is C13H18ClNOHCl. Bupropion hydrochloride powder is white, soluble in 0.1N HCl, alcohol 96% and in water. It has a bitter taste and produces the sensation of local anesthesia on the oral mucosa. The structural formula is. Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP (XL) are supplied for oral administration as 150 mg and 300 mg, white to pale yellow extended-release tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of bupropion hydrochloride and the inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, hydrochloric acid, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, talc, and triethyl citrate. This product meets the requirements of USP Dissolution Test 4."

Topiramate tablets, USP are available as 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg circular tablets and 200 mg capsule shaped tablets for oral administration. Topiramate is a white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. Topiramate is most soluble in alkaline solutions containing sodium hydroxide or sodium phosphate and having a pH of 9 to 10. It is freely soluble in acetone, chloroform, dimethylsulfoxide, and ethanol. The solubility in water is 9.8 mg/mL. Its saturated solution has a pH of 6.3. Topiramate has the molecular formula C12H21NO8S and a molecular weight of 339.36. Topiramate is designated chemically as 2,3:4,5-Di-O-isopropylidene-ß-D-fructopyranose sulfamate and has the following structural formula:. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg and 200 mg topiramate and has the following inactive ingredients: hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 25 mg also contains FD&C Blue#2; the 50 mg and 100 mg also contain red iron oxide and yellow iron oxide; and the 200 mg also contains red iron oxide."

Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg and 200 mg topiramate and has the following inactive ingredients: hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 25 mg also contains FD&C Blue#2; the 50 mg and 100 mg also contain red iron oxide and yellow iron oxide; and the 200 mg also contains red iron oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Topiramate tablets are indicated for: : 1 Epilepsy: initial monotherapy for the treatment of partial-onset or primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 2 years of age and older (1.1); adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures, primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures, or seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in patients 2 years of age and older (1.2), 2 Preventive treatment of migraine in patients 12 years of age and older (1.3).",
"Description": "Topiramate is a sulfamate-substituted monosaccharide. Topiramate tablets, USP are available as 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg circular tablets and 200 mg capsule shaped tablets for oral administration. Topiramate is a white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. Topiramate is most soluble in alkaline solutions containing sodium hydroxide or sodium phosphate and having a pH of 9 to 10. It is freely soluble in acetone, chloroform, dimethylsulfoxide, and ethanol. The solubility in water is 9.8 mg/mL. Its saturated solution has a pH of 6.3. Topiramate has the molecular formula C12H21NO8S and a molecular weight of 339.36. Amlodipine besylate is a white to pale yellow crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. "Description": "Lamotrigine, an AED of the phenyltriazine class, is chemically unrelated to existing AEDs. Lamotrigine's chemical name is 3, 5-diamino-6-(2, 3-dichlorophenyl)-as-triazine, its molecular formula is C9H7N5Cl2, and its molecular weight is 256.09. Lamotrigine is a white to pale cream-colored powder and has a pKa of 5.7. Lamotrigine is very slightly soluble in water (0.17 mg/mL at 25°C) and slightly soluble in 0.1 M HCl (4.1 mg/mL at 25°C). The structural formula is. Lamotrigine Tablets, USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (light pink), 100 mg (light pink), 150 mg (light pink), and 200 mg (light pink) tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, black iron oxide, iron oxide red and yellow iron oxide. Meets USP Dissolution Test 3."
