"IndicationAndUsage": "Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, (SR) are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD), as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). The efficacy of bupropion in the treatment of a major depressive episode was established in two 4-week controlled inpatient trials and one 6-week controlled outpatient trial of adult subjects with MDD [see Clinical Studies (14)]. The efficacy of bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablet (SR) in maintaining an antidepressant response for up to 44 weeks following 8 weeks of acute treatment was demonstrated in a placebo-controlled trial [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Bupropion hydrochloride USP is an antidepressant of the aminoketone class, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Its structure closely resembles that of diethylpropion; it is related to phenylethylamines. It is designated as (±)-1-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]-1-propanone hydrochloride. The molecular weight is 276.2. The molecular formula is C13H18ClNOHCl. Bupropion hydrochloride powder is white, crystalline, and highly soluble in water. It has a bitter taste and produces the sensation of local anesthesia on the oral mucosa. The structural formula is. Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP (SR) are supplied for oral administration as 100-mg (blue), 150-mg (purple), and 200-mg (pink), film-coated, sustained-release tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of bupropion hydrochloride and the inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, diluted hydrochloric acid, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol and polysorbate 80. In addition, the 100 mg-tablet contains FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum lake, the 150 mg- tablet contains FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum lake and FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum lake and the 200 mg-tablet contains FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum lake. "IndicationAndUsage": "Omeprazole delayed-release capsules are a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) indicated for the:. Treatment of active duodenal ulcer in adults ( 1.1) . Eradication of Helicobacter pylorito reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence in adults ( 1.2) . Treatment of active benign gastric ulcer in adults ( 1.3) . Treatment of symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients 2 years of age and older ( 1.4) . Maintenance of healing of EE due to acid-mediated GERD in patients 2 years of age and older ( 1.6) . Pathologic hypersecretory conditions in adults ( 1.7) .",
"Description": "The active ingredient in Omeprazole Delayed-Release Capsules, USP is a substituted benzimidazole, 5-methoxy-2[[(4-methoxy-3, 5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl) methyl] sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its empirical formula is C 17H 19N 3O 3S, with a molecular weight of 345.42 g/mol. The structural formula is:. Omeprazole, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder that melts with decomposition at about 155°C. It is a weak base, freely soluble in ethanol and methanol, and slightly soluble in acetone and isopropanol and very slightly soluble in water. The stability of omeprazole is a function of pH; it is rapidly degraded in acid media, but has acceptable stability under alkaline conditions. Omeprazole, USP is supplied as delayed-release capsules for oral administration. Each delayed-release capsule contains either 10 mg, 20 mg or 40 mg of omeprazole, USP in the form of enteric-coated granules with the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, cetyl alcohol, di-sodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, hypromellose phthalate, mannitol, simethicone emulsion 30%, sodium lauryl sulfate and sugar sphere. The capsule shell for Omeprazole Delayed-Release Capsules, USP 10 mg contains D&C Yellow No.10, FD&C Blue No.1, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 6, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The capsule shell for Omeprazole Delayed-Release Capsules, USP 20 mg contains FD&C Blue No.1, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The capsule shell for Omeprazole Delayed-Release Capsules, USP 40 mg contains D&C Yellow No.10, FD&C Blue No.1, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 6, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The imprinting ink has the following components: black iron oxide, butyl alcohol, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution and shellac."

"Description": "Bupropion hydrochloride, an antidepressant of the aminoketone class, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Topiramate is designated chemically as 2,3:4,5-Di-O-isopropylidene-ß-D-fructopyranose sulfamate and has the following structural formula:. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg and 200 mg topiramate and has the following inactive ingredients: hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate and titanium dioxide. Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules are indicated for the treatment of hypertension in patients not adequately controlled on monotherapy with either agent (1).",
"Description": "Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules, USP is a combination of amlodipine besylate and benazepril hydrochloride. Benazepril hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder, soluble (greater than 100 mg/mL) in water, in ethanol, and in methanol. Benazepril hydrochloride's chemical name is 3-[[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenyl-(1S)-propyl]amino]-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2-oxo-1H-1-(3S)-benzazepine-1-acetic acid monohydrochloride; its structural formula is:. Its molecular formula is C24H28N2O5HCl, and its molecular weight is 460.96. Benazeprilat, the active metabolite of benazepril, is a nonsulfhydryl angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Benazepril is converted to benazeprilat by hepatic cleavage of the ester group. Amlodipine besylate is a white to pale yellow crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Its chemical name is (R,S)3-ethyl-5-methyl-2-(2-aminoethoxymethyl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate benzenesulfonate; its structural formula is. Its molecular formula is C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S, and its molecular weight is 567.1. Amlodipine besylate is the besylate salt of amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules, USP are formulated in four different strengths for oral administration with a combination of amlodipine besylate equivalent to 2.5 mg, 5 mg or 10 mg of amlodipine, with 10 mg, or 20 mg of benazepril hydrochloride providing for the following available combinations: 2.5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/20 mg, and 10 mg/20 mg. The inactive ingredients of the capsules are colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, gelatin, hydrogenated castor oil, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, siliconized talc, and titanium dioxide. The 2.5 mg/10 mg capsules also contain D&C Yellow #10. The 5 mg/10 mg capsules also contain D&C Yellow #10 and FD&C Yellow #6. The 5 mg/20 mg and 10 mg/20 mg capsules also contain D&C Red #28, FD&C Blue #1, and FD&C Red #40."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride is a combination capsule of amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker (DHP CCB) and benazepril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. "Description": "Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules, USP is a combination of amlodipine besylate and benazepril hydrochloride. Benazepril hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder, soluble (greater than 100 mg/mL) in water, in ethanol, and in methanol. Benazepril hydrochloride's chemical name is 3-[[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenyl-(1S)-propyl]amino]-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2-oxo-1H-1-(3S)-benzazepine-1-acetic acid monohydrochloride; its structural formula is:. Its molecular formula is C24H28N2O5HCl, and its molecular weight is 460.96. Benazeprilat, the active metabolite of benazepril, is a nonsulfhydryl angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Benazepril is converted to benazeprilat by hepatic cleavage of the ester group. Amlodipine besylate is a white to pale yellow crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Its chemical name is (R,S)3-ethyl-5-methyl-2-(2-aminoethoxymethyl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate benzenesulfonate; its structural formula is. Its molecular formula is C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S, and its molecular weight is 567.1. Amlodipine besylate is the besylate salt of amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules, USP are formulated in four different strengths for oral administration with a combination of amlodipine besylate equivalent to 2.5 mg, 5 mg or 10 mg of amlodipine, with 10 mg, or 20 mg of benazepril hydrochloride providing for the following available combinations: 2.5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/20 mg, and 10 mg/20 mg. The inactive ingredients of the capsules are colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, gelatin, hydrogenated castor oil, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, siliconized talc, and titanium dioxide. The 2.5 mg/10 mg capsules also contain D&C Yellow #10. The 5 mg/10 mg capsules also contain D&C Yellow #10 and FD&C Yellow #6. The 5 mg/20 mg and 10 mg/20 mg capsules also contain D&C Red #28, FD&C Blue #1, and FD&C Red #40."

"Description": "Lamotrigine, an AED of the phenyltriazine class, is chemically unrelated to existing AEDs. Lamotrigine's chemical name is 3, 5-diamino-6-(2, 3-dichlorophenyl)-as-triazine, its molecular formula is C9H7N5Cl2, and its molecular weight is 256.09. Lamotrigine is a white to pale cream-colored powder and has a pKa of 5.7. Lamotrigine is very slightly soluble in water (0.17 mg/mL at 25°C) and slightly soluble in 0.1 M HCl (4.1 mg/mL at 25°C). The structural formula is. Lamotrigine Tablets, USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (light pink), 100 mg (light pink), 150 mg (light pink), and 200 mg (light pink) tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, black iron oxide, iron oxide red and yellow iron oxide. Meets USP Dissolution Test 3."
