"IndicationAndUsage": "Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, (SR) are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD), as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). The efficacy of bupropion in the treatment of a major depressive episode was established in two 4-week controlled inpatient trials and one 6-week controlled outpatient trial of adult subjects with MDD [see Clinical Studies (14)]. "Description": "Bupropion hydrochloride USP is an antidepressant of the aminoketone class, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Its structure closely resembles that of diethylpropion; it is related to phenylethylamines. It is designated as (±)-1-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]-1-propanone hydrochloride. The molecular weight is 276.2. The molecular formula is C13H18ClNOHCl. Bupropion hydrochloride powder is white, crystalline, and highly soluble in water. It has a bitter taste and produces the sensation of local anesthesia on the oral mucosa. The structural formula is. Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP (SR) are supplied for oral administration as 100-mg (blue), 150-mg (purple), and 200-mg (pink), film-coated, sustained-release tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of bupropion hydrochloride and the inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, diluted hydrochloric acid, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol and polysorbate 80. In addition, the 100 mg-tablet contains FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum lake, the 150 mg- tablet contains FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum lake and FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum lake and the 200 mg-tablet contains FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum lake. FDA approved dissolution specification differs from the USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Donepezil hydrochloride is indicated for the treatment of dementia of the Alzheimer's type. Efficacy has been demonstrated in patients with mild, moderate, and severe Alzheimer's disease.",
"Description": "Donepezil hydrochloride is a reversible inhibitor of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, known chemically as (±)-2, 3-dihydro-5, 6-dimethoxy-2-[[1-(phenylmethyl)-4-piperidinyl]methyl]-1H-inden-1-one hydrochloride. Donepezil hydrochloride is commonly referred to in the pharmacological literature as E2020. It has an empirical formula of C24H29NO3HCl and a molecular weight of 415.96. Donepezil hydrochloride is a white crystalline powder and is freely soluble in chloroform, soluble in water and in glacial acetic acid, slightly soluble in ethanol and in acetonitrile, and practically insoluble in ethyl acetate and in n-hexane. Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets, USP, are available for oral administration in film-coated tablets containing 5 mg or 10 mg of donepezil hydrochloride, USP. Inactive ingredients in 5 mg and 10 mg tablets are corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium Stearate, microcrystalline cellulose. Additionally, the 5 mg tablets coating film contains FD&C Blue #2/INDIGO CARMINE ALUMINUM LAKE, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide. The 10 mg tablets coating film contains hypromellose, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Lurasidone hydrochloride tablets are indicated for: 1 Monotherapy treatment of adult and pediatric patients (10 to 17 years) with major depressive episode associated with bipolar I disorder (bipolar depression) [see Clinical Studies (14.2)]., 2 Adjunctive treatment with lithium or valproate in adult patients with major depressive episode associated with bipolar I disorder (bipolar depression) [see Clinical Studies (14.2)].",
"Description": "Lurasidone hydrochloride is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to the chemical class of benzisothiazol derivatives. Its chemical name is (3aR,4S,7R,7aS)-2-{(1R,2R)-2-[4-(1,2-benzisothiazol-3-yl)piperazin-1-ylmethyl] cyclohexylmethyl}hexahydro-4,7-methano-2H-isoindole-1,3-dione hydrochloride. Its molecular formula is C28H36N4O2S·HCl and its molecular weight is 529.14 g/mol. The chemical structure is. Lurasidone hydrochloride is a white to off-white powder. It is very slightly soluble in water, practically insoluble or insoluble in 0.1 N hydrochloride, slightly soluble in ethanol, sparingly soluble in methanol, practically insoluble or insoluble in toluene and very slightly soluble in acetone. Lurasidone hydrochloride tablets are intended for oral administration only. Each tablet contains 20 mg, 40 mg, 60 mg, 80 mg, or 120 mg of lurasidone hydrochloride. Inactive ingredients are: corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, mannitol, methacrylic acid copolymer Type C, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol part hydrolyzed, sodium bicarbonate, talc and titanium dioxide. Additionally, the 80 mg tablet contains FD&C Blue No. 2 aluminum lake and iron oxide yellow."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Solifenacin succinate tablets are indicated for the treatment of adults with overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and urinary frequency.",
"Description": "Solifenacin succinate is a muscarinic receptor antagonist. Chemically, solifenacin succinate is a butanedioic acid compound with (1S)-(3R)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl 3,4-dihydro-1-phenyl-2(1H)-iso-quinolinecarboxylate (1:1) having an molecular formula of C23H26N2O2C4H6O4, and a molecular weight of 480.55. The structural formula of solifenacin succinate is. Solifenacin succinate is a white to pale-yellowish-white crystals or crystalline powder. It is freely soluble at room temperature in water, glacial acetic acid, dimethyl sulfoxide, and methanol. Each solifenacin succinate tablet contains 5 mg or 10 mg of solifenacin succinate and is for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient solifenacin succinate, each solifenacin succinate tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, talc, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 5 mg tablets also contain yellow iron oxide and the 10 mg tablets contain red iron oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Omeprazole delayed-release capsules are a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) indicated for the:. Treatment of active duodenal ulcer in adults ( 1.1) . Eradication of Helicobacter pylorito reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence in adults ( 1.2) . Treatment of active benign gastric ulcer in adults ( 1.3) . Treatment of symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients 2 years of age and older ( 1.4) . Maintenance of healing of EE due to acid-mediated GERD in patients 2 years of age and older ( 1.6) . Pathologic hypersecretory conditions in adults ( 1.7) .",
"Description": "The active ingredient in Omeprazole Delayed-Release Capsules, USP is a substituted benzimidazole, 5-methoxy-2[[(4-methoxy-3, 5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl) methyl] sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its empirical formula is C 17H 19N 3O 3S, with a molecular weight of 345.42 g/mol. The structural formula is:. Omeprazole, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder that melts with decomposition at about 155°C. It is a weak base, freely soluble in ethanol and methanol, and slightly soluble in acetone and isopropanol and very slightly soluble in water. The stability of omeprazole is a function of pH; it is rapidly degraded in acid media, but has acceptable stability under alkaline conditions. Omeprazole, USP is supplied as delayed-release capsules for oral administration. Each delayed-release capsule contains either 10 mg, 20 mg or 40 mg of omeprazole, USP in the form of enteric-coated granules with the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, cetyl alcohol, di-sodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, hypromellose phthalate, mannitol, simethicone emulsion 30%, sodium lauryl sulfate and sugar sphere. The capsule shell for Omeprazole Delayed-Release Capsules, USP 10 mg contains D&C Yellow No.10, FD&C Blue No.1, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 6, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The capsule shell for Omeprazole Delayed-Release Capsules, USP 20 mg contains FD&C Blue No.1, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The capsule shell for Omeprazole Delayed-Release Capsules, USP 40 mg contains D&C Yellow No.10, FD&C Blue No.1, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 6, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The imprinting ink has the following components: black iron oxide, butyl alcohol, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution and shellac."

"Description": "Lamotrigine, an AED of the phenyltriazine class, is chemically unrelated to existing AEDs. Lamotrigine's chemical name is 3, 5-diamino-6-(2, 3-dichlorophenyl)-as-triazine, its molecular formula is C9H7N5Cl2, and its molecular weight is 256.09. Lamotrigine is a white to pale cream-colored powder and has a pKa of 5.7. Lamotrigine is very slightly soluble in water (0.17 mg/mL at 25°C) and slightly soluble in 0.1 M HCl (4.1 mg/mL at 25°C). The structural formula is. Lamotrigine Tablets, USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (light pink), 100 mg (light pink), 150 mg (light pink), and 200 mg (light pink) tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, black iron oxide, iron oxide red and yellow iron oxide. Meets USP Dissolution Test 3."

"Description": "Lamivudine (also known as 3TC) is a synthetic nucleoside analogue with activity against HIV-1 and HBV. The chemical name of lamivudine is (2R,cis)-4-amino-1-(2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-oxathiolan-5-yl)-(1H)-pyrimidin-2-one. Lamivudine is the (-)enantiomer of a dideoxy analogue of cytidine. Lamivudine has also been referred to as (-)2',3'-dideoxy, 3'-thiacytidine. It has a molecular formula of C8H11N3O3S and a molecular weight of 229.3 g per mol. It has the following structural formula. Lamivudine, USP is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a solubility of approximately 70 mg per mL in water at 20°C. Lamivudine tablets, USP are for oral administration. Each scored 150 mg film-coated tablet contains 150 mg of lamivudine and the inactive ingredients hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, polyethylene glycol, starch, titanium dioxide. "Description": "Ranolazine extended-release tablets are available as a film-coated, non-scored, extended-release tablet for oral administration. Ranolazine is a racemic mixture, chemically described as 1-piperazineacetamide, N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-4-[2-hydroxy-3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)propyl]-, (±)-. It has an empirical formula of C24H33N3O4, a molecular weight of 427.54 g/mole, and the following structural formula. Ranolazine is a white to off-white solid. Ranolazine is soluble in dichloromethane and methanol; sparingly soluble in tetrahydrofuran, ethanol, acetonitrile, and acetone; slightly soluble in ethyl acetate, isopropanol, toluene, and ethyl ether; and very slightly soluble in water. Ranolazine extended release tablets contain 500 mg or 1000 mg of ranolazine and the following inactive ingredients: hypromellose, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, sodium lauryl sulfate, polysorbate 80, microcrystalline cellulose, purified water and sodium hydroxide. "IndicationAndUsage": "Darunavir tablets, co-administered with ritonavir (darunavir/ritonavir), in combination with other antiretroviral agents, is indicated for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection in adult and pediatric patients 3 years of age and older [see Use in Specific Populations (8.4) and Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Darunavir is an inhibitor of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) protease. Darunavir, in the form of darunavir hydrate, has the following chemical name: [(1S,2R)-3-[[(4-aminophenyl)sulfonyl](2-methylpropyl)amino]-2-hydroxy-1-(phenylmethyl)propyl]-carbamic acid (3R,3aS,6aR)-hexahydrofuro[2,3-b]furan-3-yl ester hydrate. Its molecular formula is C27H37N3O7S 2.5H2O and its molecular weight is 592.67. Darunavir hydrate has the following structural formula. Darunavir hydrate is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is soluble in methanol and freely soluble in acetone and dimethylsulfoxide. Darunavir 600 mg tablets are available as beige, capsule-shaped, biconvex, film coated tablets for oral administration. Each 600 mg tablet contains darunavir hydrate equivalent to 600 mg of darunavir. Darunavir 800 mg tablets are available as white to off-white, capsule-shaped, biconvex, film coated tablets for oral administration. Each 800 mg tablet contains darunavir hydrate equivalent to 800 mg of darunavir. Each tablet also contains the inactive ingredients microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. The 800 mg tablet also contains povidone. The 600 mg tablets are film coated with OPADRY® II 85F570242 Beige, contains FD&C Yellow No. 6, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol-partially hydrolyzed, talc, and titanium dioxide. The 800 mg tablets are film coated with OPADRY® White 85F28751, contains, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol-partially hydrolyzed, talc, and titanium dioxide. All dosages for darunavir hydrate are expressed in terms of the free form of darunavir."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Valganciclovir is a deoxynucleoside analogue cytomegalovirus (CMV) DNA polymerase inhibitor indicated for:. Adult Patients (1.1) : 1 Treatment of CMV retinitis in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)., 2 Prevention of CMV disease in kidney, heart, and kidney-pancreas transplant patients at high risk.",
"Description": "Valganciclovir tablets, USP contains valganciclovir hydrochloride (valganciclovir HCl), USP a hydrochloride salt of the L-valyl ester of ganciclovir that exists as a mixture of two diastereomers. Ganciclovir is a synthetic guanine derivative active against CMV. Valganciclovir tablets, USP is available as a 450 mg tablet for oral administration. Each tablet contains 496.3 mg of valganciclovir HCl, USP (corresponding to 450 mg of valganciclovir), and the inactive ingredients microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, povidone, and stearic acid. The tablets are coated with Opadry Pink which contains hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol and iron oxide red. Valganciclovir HCl, USP is a white to off-white powder with a molecular formula of C14H22N6O5·HCl and a molecular weight of 390.82. The chemical name for valganciclovir HCl is L-Valine, 2-[(2-amino-1,6-dihydro-6-oxo-9H-purin-9-yl)methoxy]-3-hydroxypropyl ester, monohydrochloride. Valganciclovir HCl is a polar hydrophilic compound with a solubility of 70 mg/mL in water at 25°C at a pH of 7.0 and an n-octanol/water partition coefficient of 0.0095 at pH 7.0. The pKa for valganciclovir HCl is 7.6. The chemical structure of valganciclovir HCl is. All doses in this insert are specified in terms of valganciclovir."

The structural formula is. Duloxetine hydrochloride is a white to slightly brownish white solid, which is slightly soluble in water. Each capsule contains enteric-coated pellets of 22.4, 33.7, or 67.3 mg of duloxetine hydrochloride USP equivalent to 20, 30, or 60 mg of duloxetine, respectively. These enteric-coated pellets are designed to prevent degradation of the drug in the acidic environment of the stomach. Inactive ingredients include gelatin, hypromellose, hypromellose phthalate, sucrose, sugar spheres, talc, titanium dioxide and triethyl citrate. The 20 mg capsules also contain FD & C Blue 2 and Iron Oxide Yellow and 60 mg capsules contain FD & C Blue 2. The 20 mg, 30 mg and 60 mg capsules are imprinted with black and grey ink which contains black iron oxide, butyl alcohol, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, purified water, shellac and strong ammonia solution. "Description": "Lamivudine and zidovudine tablets USP, are combination tablets containing lamivudine and zidovudine. Lamivudine (EPIVIR) and zidovudine (RETROVIR, azidothymidine, AZT, or ZDV) are synthetic nucleoside analogues with activity against HIV-1. Lamivudine and zidovudine tablets USP, are for oral administration. Each film-coated tablet contains 150 mg of lamivudine, 300 mg of zidovudine, and the inactive ingredients colloidal silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, propylene glycol, talc, sodium starch glycolate, and titanium dioxide. Lamivudine. The chemical name of lamivudine is (2R,cis)-4-amino-1-(2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-oxathiolan-5-yl)-(1H)-pyrimidin-2-one. Lamivudine is the (-)enantiomer of a dideoxy analogue of cytidine. Lamivudine has also been referred to as (-)2′,3′-dideoxy, 3′-thiacytidine. It has a molecular formula of C8H11N3O3S and a molecular weight of 229.3 g per mol. It has the following structural formula. Lamivudine is a white to off-white crystalline solid and is soluble in water. Zidovudine. The chemical name of zidovudine is 3′-azido-3′-deoxythymidine. It has a molecular formula of C10H13N5O4 and a molecular weight of 267.24 g per mol. It has the following structural formula. Zidovudine is a white to beige, odorless, crystalline solid with a solubility of 20.1 mg per mL in water at 25°C. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."
