"IndicationAndUsage": "Dextrose Injection (5%) is indicated as a source of water and calories in adult and pediatric patients, and may also be used as a diluent for reconstitution of a powder or liquid drug product.",
"Description": "Dextrose Injection USP (5%) is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, and isotonic solution and contains no bacteriostatic or antimicrobial agents. This product is intended for intravenous administration. The formula of the active ingredient is. Each mL of Dextrose Injection USP (5%) contains. Hydrous Dextrose USP 50 mg; Water for Injection USP qs. pH: 4.5 (3.5-6.5). Calculated Osmolarity: 250 mOsmol/liter. Calories per 100 mL: 17. Dextrose is derived from corn. Not made with natural rubber latex, PVC, or DEHP. The plastic container is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene formulated and developed for parenteral drugs. The copolymer contains no plasticizers and exhibits virtually no leachability. The safety of the plastic container has been confirmed by biological evaluation procedures. The material passes Class VI testing as specified in the U.S. Pharmacopeia for Biological Tests — Plastic Containers. These tests have shown that the container is nontoxic and biologically inert. The container/solution unit is a closed system and is not dependent upon entry of external air during administration. The container has two ports, one is for the intravenous administration set and the other is a medication addition site. Each is covered by a tamperproof barrier [see Dosage and Administration (2.2)]. No vapor barrier is necessary."

"IndicationAndUsage": "This intravenous solution is indicated for use in adults and pediatric patients as a source of electrolytes and water for hydration. This product is designed for use as a diluent and delivery system for intermittent intravenous administration of compatible drug additives. Consult prescribing information for INDICATIONS AND USAGE of drug additives to be administered in this manner.",
"Description": "Each mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection USP contains. Sodium Chloride USP 9 mg; Water for Injection USP qspH adjusted with Hydrochloric Acid NFpH: 5.5 (4.5–7.0)Calculated Osmolarity: 310 mOsmol/literConcentration of Electrolytes (mEq/100 mL): Sodium 15.4 Chloride 15.4. "IndicationAndUsage": "For the gradual bleaching of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as chloasma, melasma, freckles, senile lentigines, and other unwanted areas of melanin hyperpigmentation.",
"Description": "Hydroquinone is 1, 4-benzenediol. The drug is freely soluble in water and in alcohol. Chemically, hydroquinone is designed as p-dihydroxybenzene; the empirical formula is C6H6O2; molecular weight is 110.11 g/mol. The chemical structure is in the diagram below. Each gram of Obagi Nu-Derm Clear contains:. Active ingredient: Hydroquinone USP, 4% (40 mg/g). Inactive ingredients: water, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, lactic acid, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite, disodium EDTA, methylparaben, BHT, propylparaben, saponins, butylparaben. Each gram of Obagi Nu-Derm Blender contains. Active ingredient: Hydroquinone USP, 4% (40 mg/g). "Description": "Tapentadol extended-release tablet is an opioid agonist, supplied in extended-release film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 58.24, 116.48, 174.72, 232.96, and 291.20 mg of tapentadol hydrochloride in each tablet strength, corresponding to 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 mg of tapentadol free-base, respectively. The chemical name is 3-[(1R,2R)-3-(dimethylamino)-1-ethyl-2-methylpropyl]phenol monohydrochloride. The structural formula is. The molecular weight of tapentadol HCl is 257.80, and the molecular formula is C14H23NOHCl. The n-octanol: water partition coefficient log P value is 2.89. The pKa values are 9.36 and 10.45. In addition to the active ingredient tapentadol HCl, tablets also contain the following inactive ingredients: alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, and polyethylene oxide. The film coating is comprised of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc, titanium dioxide, and the colorant FD&C Blue #2 aluminum lake is used for 100, 150, 200, and 250 mg strengths; and additionally, yellow iron oxide is used in 150 mg tablets. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, which can occur at any dose or duration [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve tapentadol tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options [e.g., non-opioid analgesics or opioid combination products]: 1 Have not been tolerated or are not expected to be tolerated,, 2 Have not provided adequate analgesia or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia.",

The chemical name is 3-[(1R,2R)-3-(dimethylamino)-1-ethyl-2-methylpropyl]phenol monohydrochloride, and it has the following chemical structure. The molecular weight of tapentadol HCl is 257.80, and the molecular formula is C14H23NO∙HCl. The n-octanol:water partition coefficient log P value is 2.87. The pKa values are 9.34 and 10.45.
