"IndicationAndUsage": "Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine Phosphate Capsules are indicated for the management of the symptom complex of tension (or muscle contraction) headache when non-opioid analgesic and alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use: 1 Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration, and persist over the course of therapy, [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve opioid analgesics, including Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",

Caffeine, USP (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine), a methylxanthine, is a central nervous system stimulant. It has the following structural formula:. C8H10N4O2. MW = 194.19. Codeine Phosphate, USP (7,8-Didehydro-4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1)(salt) hemihydrate) is an opioid agonist. It has the following structural formula. C18H21NO3H3PO41/2H2O. MW = 406.37. Inactive Ingredients: pregelatinized starch. colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. The capsule cap is printed with white ink. The white ink contains shellac glaze, titanium dioxide, ammonium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and simethicone. The capsule body is printed with black ink. The black ink contains shellac glaze, iron oxide black, propylene glycol, and ammonium hydroxide. The capsule shell contains: gelatin, titanium dioxide for both strengths and FD&C red #40, FD&C blue #1 in the Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, 50 mg/300 mg/40mg/30mg and FD&C red #3, FD&C blue #2, red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide in the Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, 50 mg/325 mg/40mg/30mg."

"IndicationAndUsage": "COSENTYX is a human interleukin-17A antagonist indicated for the treatment of: 1 moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) in adults and pediatric patients 6 years and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. (1.1), 2 active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. (1.3), 4 active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA) in adults with objective signs of inflammation. (1.4), 5 active enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) in pediatric patients 4 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. (1.6).",
"Description": "Secukinumab, a recombinant human monoclonal IgG1/κ antibody, is an interleukin-17A antagonist. It is expressed in a recombinant Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell line. Secukinumab has a molecular mass of approximately 151 kDa; both heavy chains of secukinumab contain oligosaccharide chains. COSENTYX Injection for Subcutaneous Use. COSENTYX injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution for subcutaneous use. COSENTYX injection is supplied in a single-dose UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, a single-dose Sensoready pen (150 mg/mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, or a single-dose prefilled syringe (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle. The removable cap of the COSENTYX Sensoready pen and prefilled syringes (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) contains natural rubber latex. Each COSENTYX UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) contains 300 mg of secukinumab formulated in: L-histidine/histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (6.206 mg), L-methionine (1.492 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), trehalose dihydrate (151.34 mg), and Sterile Water for Injection, USP, at pH of 5.8. Each COSENTYX Sensoready pen or prefilled syringe (150 mg/mL) contains 150 mg of secukinumab formulated in: L-histidine/histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (3.103 mg), L-methionine (0.746 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.2 mg), trehalose dihydrate (75.67 mg), and Sterile Water for Injection, USP, at pH of 5.8. COSENTYX injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution for subcutaneous use. COSENTYX injection is supplied in a single-dose UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, a single-dose Sensoready pen (150 mg/mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, or a single-dose prefilled syringe (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle. The chemical name is (Sa)-(3S,6R,7R,22R,23S,26S,36R,38aR)-44-{[2-O-(3-amino-2,3,6-trideoxy-3-C-methyl-α-L-lyxo-hexopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-oxy}-3-(carbamoylmethyl)-10,19-dichloro-2,3,4,5,6,7,23,24,25,26,36,37,38,38a-tetradecahydro-7,22,28,30,32-pentahydroxy-6-[(2R)-4-methyl-2-(methylamino]valeramido]-2,5,24,38,39-pentaoxo-22H-8,11:18,21-dietheno-23,36(iminometha-no)-13,16:31,35-dimetheno-1H,16H-[1,6,9]-oxadiazacyclohexadecino-[4,5-m][10,2,16]-benzoxa-diazacyclotetracosine-26-carboxylic acid, monohydrochloride. The molecular formula is C66H75Cl2N9O24HCl and the molecular weight is 1,485.71. Vancomycin hydrochloride has the following structural formula.
