"Description": "VANILLA SILQ HD is a barium sulfate for suspension 98% w/w for oral and rectal administration. Each 100 g contains 98 g barium sulfate. Barium sulfate, due to its high molecular density is opaque to x-rays and therefore, acts as a positive contrast agent for radiographic studies. The active ingredient is barium sulfate and its structural formula is BaSO 4. Barium sulfate occurs as a fine, white, odorless, tasteless, bulky powder which is free from grittiness. Its aqueous suspensions are neutral to litmus. It is practically insoluble in water, solutions of acids and alkalies, and organic solvents."

"Description": "Dulaglutide is a human GLP-1 receptor agonist. The molecule is a fusion protein that consists of 2 identical, disulfide-linked chains, each containing an N-terminal GLP-1 analog sequence covalently linked to the Fc portion of a modified human immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) heavy chain by a small peptide linker and is produced using mammalian cell (Chinese hamster ovary) culture. The GLP-1 analog portion of dulaglutide is 90% homologous to native human GLP-1 (7-37). Structural modifications were introduced in the GLP-1 part of the molecule responsible for interaction with the enzyme dipeptidyl-peptidase-IV (DPP-4). Additional modifications were made in an area with a potential T-cell epitope and in the areas of the IgG4 Fc part of the molecule responsible for binding the high-affinity Fc receptors and half-antibody formation. The overall molecular weight of dulaglutide is approximately 63 kilodaltons. TRULICITY (dulaglutide) injection is a clear, colorless, sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose pen contains a 0.5 mL solution of 0.75 mg, 1.5 mg, 3 mg, or 4.5 mg of dulaglutide and the following excipients: citric acid anhydrous (0.07 mg), mannitol (23.2 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.10 mg for 0.75 mg and 1.5 mg; 0.125 mg for 3 mg and 4.5 mg), and trisodium citrate dihydrate (1.37 mg), in water for injection."

<IndicationAndUsage>Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol is a beta 2-adrenergic agonist indicated for: : 1 Treatment or prevention of bronchospasm in patients 4 years of age and older with reversible obstructive airway disease. ( 1.1) , 2 Prevention of exercise-induced bronchospasm in patients 4 years of age and older. ( 1.2) .</IndicationAndUsage>

The active ingredient of Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol is albuterol sulfate, a racemic salt, of albuterol. Albuterol sulfate has the chemical name α 1-[( tert-butylamino) methyl]-4-hydroxy- m-xylene-α,α’-diol sulfate (2:1)(salt), and has the following chemical structure:. The molecular weight of albuterol sulfate is 576.7, and the empirical formula is (C 13H 21NO 3) 2H 2SO 4. Albuterol sulfate is a white to off-white crystalline powder. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol. Albuterol sulfate is the official generic name in the United States, and salbutamol sulfate is the World Health Organization recommended generic name. Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol is a pressurized metered-dose aerosol unit with a dose counter. Albuterol Sulfate is for oral inhalation only. It contains a microcrystalline suspension of albuterol sulfate in propellant HFA-134a (1, 1, 1, 2-tetrafluoroethane) and ethanol. Prime the inhaler before using for the first time and in cases where the inhaler has not been used for more than 2 weeks by releasing three sprays into the air, away from the face. After priming, each actuation delivers 108 mcg albuterol sulfate, from the actuator mouthpiece (equivalent to 90 mcg of albuterol base). Each canister provides 200 actuations (inhalations). This product does not contain chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) as the propellant.

The molecular weight is 4813.53 Da and the empirical formula is C225H348N48O68. Structural formula:. ZEPBOUND is a clear, colorless to slightly yellow, sterile solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose pen or single-dose vial contains a 0.5 mL solution of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg of tirzepatide and the following excipients: sodium chloride (4.1 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate (0.7 mg), and water for injection. Each multi-dose vial or single-patient-use KwikPen contains 2.4 mL of solution, which provides 4 doses of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg of tirzepatide per 0.6 mL. Each dose contains the following excipients: benzyl alcohol (5.4 mg), glycerin (4.8 mg), phenol (1.08 mg), sodium chloride (1.05 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate (0.8 mg), and water for injection. Hydrochloric acid solution and/or sodium hydroxide solution may have been added to adjust the pH. ZEPBOUND has a pH of 6.5 to 7.5. Each single-patient-use KwikPen contains additional volume to allow for device priming.

<IndicationAndUsage>TRULICITY® is indicated: : 1 As an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults and pediatric patients 10 years of age and older with type 2 diabetes mellitus. , 2 To reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (cardiovascular death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, or non-fatal stroke) in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus who have established cardiovascular disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors. .</IndicationAndUsage>

Dulaglutide is a human GLP-1 receptor agonist. Each single-dose pen contains a 0.5 mL solution of 0.75 mg, 1.5 mg, 3 mg, or 4.5 mg of dulaglutide and the following excipients: citric acid anhydrous (0.07 mg), mannitol (23.2 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.10 mg for 0.75 mg and 1.5 mg; 0.125 mg for 3 mg and 4.5 mg), and trisodium citrate dihydrate (1.37 mg), in water for injection.
