"IndicationAndUsage": "Citalopram HBr is indicated for the treatment of depression. The efficacy of citalopram HBr in the treatment of depression was established in 4-6 week, controlled trials of outpatients whose diagnosis corresponded most closely to the DSM-III and DSM-III-R category of major depressive disorder (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY). A major depressive episode (DSM-IV) implies a prominent and relatively persistent (nearly every day for at least 2 weeks) depressed or dysphoric mood that usually interferes with daily functioning, and includes at least five of the following nine symptoms: depressed mood, loss of interest in usual activities, significant change in weight and/or appetite, insomnia or hypersomnia, psychomotor agitation or retardation, increased fatigue, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, slowed thinking or impaired concentration, a suicide attempt or suicidal ideation.The antidepressant action of citalopram in hospitalized depressed patients has not been adequately studied. The efficacy of citalopram in maintaining an antidepressant response for up to 24 weeks following 6 to 8 weeks of acute treatment was demonstrated in two placebo-controlled trials (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY). Nevertheless, the physician who elects to use citalopram for extended periods should periodically re-evaluate the long-term usefulness of the drug for the individual patient.",
"Description": "Citalopram HBr, USP is an orally administered selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) with a chemical structure unrelated to that of other SSRIs or of tricyclic, tetracyclic, or other available antidepressant agents. Citalopram HBr is a racemic bicyclic phthalane derivative designated (±)-1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-5-carbonitrile, HBr with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C 20H 22BrFN 2O and its molecular weight is 405.35. Citalopram HBr, USP occurs as a fine, white to off-white powder.Citalopram HBr is sparingly soluble in water and soluble in ethanol. Citalopram hydrobromide is available only in tablet dosage form. Citalopram hydrobromide 10 mg tablets are film-coated, round shaped tablets containing citalopram HBr in strengths equivalent to 10 mg citalopram base. Citalopram hydrobromide 20 mg and 40 mg tablets are film-coated, oval shaped, scored tablets containing citalopram HBr in strengths equivalent to 20 mg or 40 mg citalopram base. The tablets also contain the following inactive ingredients: copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, ferric oxide red, ferric oxide yellow, glycerin, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, starch, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "FILKRI is a leukocyte growth factor indicated to: 1 Decrease the incidence of infection‚ as manifested by febrile neutropenia‚ in patients with nonmyeloid malignancies receiving myelosuppressive anti-cancer drugs associated with a significant incidence of severe neutropenia with fever (1.1), 2 Reduce the time to neutrophil recovery and the duration of fever, following induction or consolidation chemotherapy treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (1.2), 3 Reduce the duration of neutropenia and neutropenia-related clinical sequelae‚ e.g.‚ febrile neutropenia, in patients with nonmyeloid malignancies undergoing myeloablative chemotherapy followed by bone marrow transplantation (BMT) (1.3), 4 Reduce the incidence and duration of sequelae of severe neutropenia (e.g.‚ fever‚ infections‚ oropharyngeal ulcers) in symptomatic patients with congenital neutropenia‚ cyclic neutropenia‚ or idiopathic neutropenia (1.5), 5 Increase survival in patients acutely exposed to myelosuppressive doses of radiation (Hematopoietic Syndrome of Acute Radiation Syndrome) (1.6).",
"Description": "Filgrastim-laha, a leukocyte growth factor, is a 175 amino acid human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) manufactured by recombinant DNA technology. Filgrastim-laha is produced by Escherichia coli (E coli) bacteria into which has been inserted the human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor gene. Filgrastim-laha has a molecular weight of 18‚800 daltons. The protein has an amino acid sequence that is identical to the natural sequence predicted from human DNA sequence analysis‚ except for the addition of an N-terminal methionine necessary for expression in E coli. Because filgrastim-laha is produced in E coli‚ the product is non-glycosylated and thus differs from G-CSF isolated from a human cell. FILKRI (filgrastim-laha) injection is a sterile‚ clear‚ colorless‚ preservative-free liquid containing filgrastim-laha at a specific activity of 1.0 ± 0.6 x 108 U/mg (as measured by a cell mitogenesis assay). The product is available in single-dose prefilled syringes for subcutaneous or intravenous use. The single-dose prefilled syringes contain either 300 mcg/0.5 mL or 480 mcg/0.8 mL of filgrastim-laha. The FILKRI drug product has a pH of 4.0. See table below for product composition of each single-dose prefilled syringe."

"IndicationAndUsage": "CAMCEVI is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced prostate cancer.",
"Description": "CAMCEVI is a sterile formulation of leuprolide mesylate for subcutaneous injection. CAMCEVI is designed to deliver approximately 42 mg of leuprolide over 6 months. Leuprolide mesylate is a synthetic nonapeptide analog of naturally occurring GnRH and is a GnRH agonist. The analog possesses greater potency than the natural hormone. The chemical name is 5-oxo-L-prolyl-L-histidyl-L-tryptophyl-L-seryl-L-tyrosyl-D-leucyl-L-leucyl-L-arginyl-N-ethyl-L-prolinamide mesylate (salt) with the following structural formula. The pH of 50 mg/mL solution of leuprolide mesylate in water is approximately 5.7. CAMCEVI is supplied as a kit with a pre-filled, single-dose, sterile syringe for subcutaneous injection. Each pre-filled syringe delivers 42 mg leuprolide (equivalent to approximately 48 mg leuprolide mesylate), poly(D, L-lactide) (184 mg) polymer and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (136 mg)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "IMULDOSA is a human interleukin-12 and -23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of: Adult patients with: 1 moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy. (1.1), 2 active psoriatic arthritis in adult and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adult patients. (1.3), 4 moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients. (1.4).",
"Description": "Ustekinumab-srlf, a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody, is a human interleukin-12 and -23 antagonist. Using DNA recombinant technology, ustekinumab-srlf is produced in a murine cell line (Sp2/0). The manufacturing process contains steps for the clearance of viruses. Ustekinumab-srlf is comprised of 1326 amino acids and has an estimated molecular mass that ranges from 148,079 to 149,690 Daltons. IMULDOSA (ustekinumab-srlf) injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent and colorless to slightly yellow solution with pH of 5.7- 6.3. IMULDOSA for Subcutaneous Use Available as 45 mg of ustekinumab-srlf in 0.5 mL and 90 mg of ustekinumab-srlf in 1 mL, supplied as a sterile solution in a single-dose prefilled syringe with a 29-gauge fixed ½ inch needle. The syringe is fitted with a passive needle guard and a needle cover that does not contains latex. Each 0.5 mL prefilled syringe delivers 45 mg ustekinumab-srlf, histidine (2.23 mg) and L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (4.14 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.02 mg), and sucrose (25.9 mg). Each 1 mL prefilled syringe delivers 90 mg ustekinumab-srlf, histidine (4.46 mg) and L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (8.28 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.04 mg), and sucrose (51.8 mg). IMULDOSA for Intravenous Infusion Available as 130 mg of ustekinumab-srlf in 26 mL, supplied as a single-dose 30 mL Type I glass vial with a coated stopper. Each 26 mL vial delivers 130 mg ustekinumab-srlf, edetate disodium (0.52 mg), histidine (20 mg), L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (27 mg), methionine (10.4 mg), Polysorbate 80 (10.4 mg) and sucrose (2,210 mg)."

"Description": "Denosumab-desu is a human IgG2 monoclonal antibody with affinity and specificity for human RANKL (receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand). Denosumab-desu has an approximate molecular weight of 147 kDa and is produced in genetically engineered mammalian (Chinese hamster ovary) cells. OSVYRTI (denosumab-desu) injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear, colorless to pale yellow solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose prefilled syringe of OSVYRTI contains 1 mL solution of 60 mg denosumab-desu, 1.08 mg glacial acetic acid, 0.1 mg polysorbate 20, 46 mg sorbitol, Water for Injection, and sodium hydroxide to adjust to a pH of 5.2."

However, kanamycin is cleared in the manufacturing process and is not detectable in the final product. To produce pegfilgrastim-cbqv, a 20 kDa monomethoxypolyethylene glycol molecule is covalently bound to the N-terminal methionyl residue of recombinant methionyl human G-CSF. The average molecular weight of pegfilgrastim-cbqv is approximately 39 kDa. UDENYCA (pegfilgrastim-cbqv) injection is provided in three presentations: 1 UDENYCA for manual subcutaneous injection is supplied in 0.6 mL prefilled syringes. The prefilled syringe does not bear graduation marks and is designed to deliver the entire contents of the syringe (6 mg/0.6 mL)., 2 UDENYCA for subcutaneous injection is supplied in a 0.6 mL prefilled single-dose autoinjector. The chemical name of enlicitide decanoate is 6-({[(11S,17S,20S,23S,27S,39S,42S,63S,66R)-47-Fluoro-20-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-17-[(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-11,63-dimethyl-10,16,19,22,30,40,58,61,64,67,70-undecaoxo-28-oxa-1,9,15,18,21,24,31,41,51,62,65,68-dodecaazanonacyclo[37.18.11.23,6.124,42.133,37.144,51.011,15.023,27.045,50]triheptaconta-3,5,33(71),34,36,44(69),45,47,49,72-decaen-66-yl]methyl}amino)-N,N,N-trimethyl-6-oxohexan-1-aminium decanoate. Enlicitide decanoate is a white to off-white powder that is slightly soluble in water. The molecular formula is C92H129FN14O17 and the molecular weight is 1722.12 g/mol. The chemical structure of enlicitide decanoate is. LIPFENDRA is available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, each containing 20 mg of enlicitide (equivalent to 22.21 mg enlicitide decanoate) and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium caprate. The film coating contains calcium carbonate, ethylene glycol and vinyl alcohol graft copolymer, glyceryl mono and dicaprylocaprate, polyvinyl alcohol, and talc. "IndicationAndUsage": "Glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets are indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.",
"Description": "Glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets, USP for oral use contain glyburide USP and metformin hydrochloride USP. Glyburide USP is a sulfonylurea and its chemical name is 1-[[p-[2-(5-chloro-o-anisamido) ethyl]phenyl]sulfonyl]-3-cyclo-hexylurea. Glyburide USP is a white to off-white crystalline compound with molecular formula of C23H28ClN3O5S and a molecular weight of 494.01. The structural formula is represented below. Metformin hydrochloride USP is a biguanide in hydrochloride salt form and its chemical name is N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide monohydrochloride. It is a white to off-white crystalline compound with molecular formula of C4H12ClN5 (monohydrochloride) and a molecular weight of 165.63. Metformin is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin is 6.68. The structural formula is as shown:. Glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets, USP are available in film-coated containing 1.25 mg glyburide USP with 250 mg metformin hydrochloride USP, 2.5 mg glyburide USP with 500 mg metformin hydrochloride USP, and 5 mg glyburide USP with 500 mg metformin hydrochloride USP. In addition, each film-coated tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, povidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, talc, titanium dioxide and FD&C Yellow#6 aluminum lake. The 1.25 mg/250 mg and 5 mg/500 mg strengths also contain D&C Yellow#10 aluminum lake; The 2.5 mg/500 mg strength also contains FD&C Red#40 aluminum lake. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets are indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.",
"Description": "Glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets, USP for oral use contain glyburide USP and metformin hydrochloride USP. Glyburide USP is a sulfonylurea and its chemical name is 1-[[p-[2-(5-chloro-o-anisamido) ethyl]phenyl]sulfonyl]-3-cyclo-hexylurea. Glyburide USP is a white to off-white crystalline compound with molecular formula of C23H28ClN3O5S and a molecular weight of 494.01. The structural formula is represented below. Metformin hydrochloride USP is a biguanide in hydrochloride salt form and its chemical name is N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide monohydrochloride. It is a white to off-white crystalline compound with molecular formula of C4H12ClN5 (monohydrochloride) and a molecular weight of 165.63. Metformin is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin is 6.68. The structural formula is as shown:. Glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets, USP are available in film-coated containing 1.25 mg glyburide USP with 250 mg metformin hydrochloride USP, 2.5 mg glyburide USP with 500 mg metformin hydrochloride USP, and 5 mg glyburide USP with 500 mg metformin hydrochloride USP. In addition, each film-coated tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, povidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, talc, titanium dioxide and FD&C Yellow#6 aluminum lake. The 1.25 mg/250 mg and 5 mg/500 mg strengths also contain D&C Yellow#10 aluminum lake; The 2.5 mg/500 mg strength also contains FD&C Red#40 aluminum lake. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

It has been shown to be useful in the therapy of disseminated adenocarcinoma of the stomach or pancreas in proven combinations with other approved chemotherapeutic agents and as palliative treatment when other modalities have failed. Mitomycin is not recommended to replace appropriate surgery and/or radiotherapy.",
"Description": "Mitomycin (also known as mitomycin and/or mitomycin-C) is an antibiotic isolated from the broth of Streptomyces caespitosus which has been shown to have antitumor activity. The compound is heat stable, has a high melting point, and is freely soluble in organic solvents. MUTAMYCIN ® (Mitomycin) for Injection is a sterile dry mixture of mitomycin and mannitol, which when reconstituted with Sterile Water for Injection provides a solution for intravenous administration. Each vial contains either mitomycin 5 mg and mannitol 10 mg, or mitomycin 20 mg and mannitol 40 mg, or mitomycin 40 mg and mannitol 80 mg. Each mL of reconstituted solution will contain 0.5 mg mitomycin and have a pH between 6.0 and 8.0. Mitomycin is a blue-violet crystalline powder with the molecular formula of C 15H 18N 4O 5, and a molecular weight of 334.33. Its chemical name is 7-amino-9α-methoxymitosane and it has the following structural formula;."
