"IndicationAndUsage": "Qbrexza is indicated for topical treatment of primary axillary hyperhidrosis in adult and pediatric patients 9 years of age and older.",
"Description": "Qbrexza (glycopyrronium) cloth, 2.4% is an anticholinergic drug available as a clear, colorless to pale yellow solution on a single-use pre-moistened cloth (an absorbent polypropylene pad) packaged in a pouch for topical administration. Each pouch contains 105 mg glycopyrronium tosylate, equivalent to 66 mg of glycopyrronium. The inactive ingredients are citric acid, dehydrated alcohol, purified water, and sodium citrate. Glycopyrronium tosylate is chemically described as pyrrolidinium, 3-[(2-cyclopentyl-2-hydroxy-2-phenylacetyl)oxy]-1, 1-dimethyl-, 4-methylbenzensulfonate, hydrate (1:1:1) with an empirical formula of C 26H 37NO 7S and a molecular weight of 507.6. "IndicationAndUsage": "Ximino is a tetracycline-class drug indicated to treat only inflammatory lesions of non-nodular moderate to severe acne vulgaris in patients 12 years of age and older. (1). Limitations of Use. Ximino did not demonstrate any effect on non-inflammatory acne lesions. Safety of Ximino has not been established beyond 12 weeks of use. This formulation of minocycline has not been evaluated in the treatment of infections. (14).",
"Description": "The active ingredient in Ximino Extended-Release Capsules is minocycline hydrochloride, a semi synthetic derivative of tetracycline. Ximino is a tetracycline-class drug. Ximino is known chemically as [4 S‑(4α,4aα,5aα,12aα)]-4,7-Bis(dimethylamino)-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-3,10,12,12a-tetrahydroxy-1,11-dioxo-2-naphthacenecarboxamide mono hydrochloride. The structural formula is represented below. Minocycline hydrochloride, USP is a yellow crystalline powder, sparingly soluble in water, soluble in solutions of alkali hydroxides and carbonates, slightly soluble in alcohol, practically insoluble in chloroform and in ether. Ximino (minocycline hydrochloride) Extended-Release Capsules for oral administration contain minocycline hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 45 mg, 90 mg, or 135 mg of minocycline. The Extended-Release Capsules contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, D&C Yellow #10 (in 45 mg strength), FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Yellow #6 (in 45 mg and 135 mg strength), gelatin, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. The 45 mg, 90 mg, and 135 mg capsules also contain Opadry Clear which contains hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 6000, and talc. Ximino Extended-Release Capsules also contain black ink which contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and shellac."

"Description": "Minocycline hydrochloride, a semi synthetic derivative of tetracycline, is [4S-(4α,4aα,5aα,12aα)]-4,7-Bis(dimethylamino)-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-3,10,12,12a- tetrahydroxy-1,11-dioxo-2-naphthacenecarboxamide mono hydrochloride. Its molecular formula is C 23H 27N 3O 7HCl with a molecular weight of 493.95. Minocycline hydrochloride has the following structure:. Minocycline hydrochloride is a yellow, hygroscopic, crystalline powder. It is sparingly soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol (96%). A 1% w/v solution in water has pH between 3.5 and 4.5. Each EMROSI extended-release capsule contains 40 mg of minocycline (equivalent to 43.19 mg of minocycline hydrochloride) as 10 mg immediate-release and 30 mg extended-release beads and the following inactive ingredients: ethyl cellulose, hypromellose, isopropyl alcohol, microcrystalline cellulose, Opadry ®clear, polyethylene glycol 400, triethyl citrate and talc. Opadry ®clear contains: hydroxypropyl cellulose and hypromellose. Capsule shell contains gelatin, iron oxide red and titanium dioxide. White ink contains ammonia, butyl alcohol, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide and shellac."

In addition, the 4% AMZEEQ topical foam contains the following inactive ingredients: soybean oil, coconut oil, light mineral oil, cyclomethicone, cetostearyl alcohol, stearic acid, myristyl alcohol, hydrogenated castor oil, white wax (beeswax), stearyl alcohol, docosanol. AMZEEQ topical foam is dispensed from an aluminum container (can) pressurized with propellant (butane + isobutane + propane)."

"Description": "EXELDERM (sulconazole nitrate, USP) SOLUTION, 1.0% is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent intended for topical application. Sulconazole nitrate, USP, the active ingredient in EXELDERM SOLUTION, is an imidazole derivative with antifungal and antiyeast activity. Its chemical name is (±)-1-[2,4-dichloro-β-[(p-chlorobenzyl)-thio]-phenethyl] imidazole mononitrate and it has the following chemical structure. Sulconazole nitrate, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 460.77. It is freely soluble in pyridine; slightly soluble in ethanol, acetone, and chloroform; and very slightly soluble in water. It has a melting point of about 130°C. EXELDERM SOLUTION contains sulconazole nitrate, USP 10 mg/mL in a solution of propylene glycol, poloxamer 407, polysorbate 20, butylated hydroxyanisole, and purified water, with sodium hydroxide and, if necessary, nitric acid added to adjust the pH."

"Description": "Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Tadalafil has the molecular formula C22H19N3O4 representing a molecular weight of 389.41. The structural formula is: The chemical designation is pyrazino[1′,2′:1,6]pyrido[3,4-b]indole-1,4-dione, 6-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,6,7,12,12a-hexahydro-2-methyl-, (6R,12aR)-. It is a white or almost white powder that is practically insoluble in water and very slightly soluble in ethanol. Tadalafil tablets USP are available as oval shaped tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 20 mg of tadalafil USP and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin, and yellow iron oxide. In addition the 2.5 mg also contains red iron oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets are indicated for the relief of moderate to moderately severe pain.",
"Description": "Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets are supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid analgesic and antitussive and occurs as fine, white crystals or as a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. The chemical name is: 4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one tartrate (1:1) hydrate (2:5). It has the following structural formula. Acetaminophen, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. Each Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablet USP contains. In addition each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch, silicon dioxide, and stearic acid. The 10 mg/650 mg tablet also contains FD & C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake 12%. Meets USP Dissolution Test 1."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Deferasirox tablets are an iron chelator indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload due to blood transfusions in patients 2 years of age and older. Limitations of Use. The safety and efficacy of deferasirox tablets when administered with other iron chelation therapy have not been established. (1.3).",
"Description": "Deferasirox is an iron-chelating agent provided as a tablet for oral use. Deferasirox is designated chemically as 4-[3,5-bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl]benzoic acid and has the following structural formula. Deferasirox is a white to slightly yellow powder. It has a molecular formula C21H15N3O4 and molecular weight of 373.36 g/mol. It is freely soluble in N, N-Dimethyl formamide and in dimethyl sulfoxide, practically insoluble in water. Deferasirox tablets contain 90 mg, 180 mg, or 360 mg deferasirox. Inactive ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, povidone (K30), poloxamer (188), sodium starch glycolate, and magnesium stearate. The film coating contains hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, talc, and FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminium Lake."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extract may be used as a diagnostic skin test reagent in persons suspected of being sensitive to the allergenic source material from which the extract is made. Skin tests should be used in conjunction with a thorough allergic history to establish the relevance of a given allergen in the etiology of allergic disease. (4,5,6) Immunotherapy with allergenic extract is indicated in persons suffering from allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, conjunctivitis, urticaria and asthma. The therapeutic efficacy of allergenic extract has been proven in ragweed, grass, and mountain cedar pollinosis, cat-induced asthma and hypersensitivity to hymenoptera venoms. (7-12). Immunotherapy may be used along with or exclusive of antihistamines and other medications used to control allergic symptoms.",
"Description": "Allergenic extract contains the aqueous extractables from allergenic source material in extracting solution containing 0.25% sodium chloride, 0.125% sodium bicarbonate, and 50% glycerol. 0.4% phenol is added as a preservative. The weight by volume value shown on the label is a measurement of extract concentration, rather than extract potency. Extracts for which U.S. standards exist are labeled in allergy units, in addition to w/v strength."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Lisinopril is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor indicated for: 1 Treatment of hypertension in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older (1.1), 2 Adjunct therapy for heart failure (1.2), 3 Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction (1.3).",
"Description": "Lisinopril is an oral long-acting angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Lisinopril, a synthetic peptide derivative, is chemically described as (S)-1-[N2-(1-carboxy-3-phenylpropyl)-L-lysyl]-L-proline dihydrate. Its empirical formula is C 21H 31N 3O 52H 2O and its structural formula is:. Lisinopril is a white to off-white, crystalline powder, with a molecular weight of 441.53. It is soluble in water and sparingly soluble in methanol and practically insoluble in ethanol. Lisinopril tablets, USP, are supplied as 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg and 40 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive Ingredients. 2.5 mg tablets – Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate and magnesium stearate. 5 mg tablets – Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate and yellow ferric oxide. 10 mg tablets – Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate and red ferric oxide. 20 and 30 mg tablets - Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and red ferric oxide. 40 mg tablets - Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and yellow ferric oxide. *: Pregelatinized starch is a physically modified corn (maize) starch."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Irbesartan Tablets USP are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents.",
"Description": "Irbesartan is an angiotensin II receptor (AT1 subtype) antagonist. Irbesartan is a non-peptide compound, chemically described as a 2-butyl-3-[p-(o-1H-tetrazol-5-ylphenyl)benzyl]-1,3-diazaspiro[4.4]non-1-en-4-one. Its empirical formula is C25H28N6O, and the structural formula. Irbesartan is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 428.5. It is a nonpolar compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 10.1 at pH of 7.4. Irbesartan is slightly soluble in alcohol and methylene chloride and practically insoluble in water. Irbesartan Tablets USP are available for oral administration in unscored tablets containing 75 mg, 150 mg or 300 mg of irbesartan. Inactive ingredients include: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, mannitol, povidone and sodium lauryl sulphate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Deferasirox tablets are an iron chelator indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload due to blood transfusions in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.1). "Description": "Deferasirox is an iron-chelating agent provided as a tablet for oral use. Deferasirox is designated chemically as 4-[3,5-bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl]benzoic acid and has the following structural formula. Deferasirox is a white to slightly yellow powder. It has a molecular formula C21H15N3O4 and molecular weight of 373.4 g/mol. It is freely soluble in dimethylsulfoxide, slightly soluble in dehydrated alcohol and practically insoluble in water and in heptane. Deferasirox tablets contain 90 mg, 180 mg, or 360 mg deferasirox. Inactive ingredients include colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, poloxamer 188, and povidone. "Description": "Fenofibrate tablets, USP, are a lipid regulating agent available as tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 54 mg or 160 mg of fenofibrate, USP. The chemical name for fenofibrate, USP is 2-[4-(4-chlorobenzoyl) phenoxy]-2-methyl-propanoic acid, 1-methylethyl ester with the following structural formula:. The empirical formula is C 20H 21O 4CI and the molecular weight is 360.83; fenofibrate, USP is insoluble in water. The melting point is 79°C to 82°C. Fenofibrate, USP is a white solid which is stable under ordinary conditions. Inactive Ingredients. Each 54 mg fenofibrate tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, iron oxide yellow, lactose monohydrate, lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, sodium stearyl fumarate, talc, titanium dioxide, xanthan gum, and D&C yellow #10 lake.
