"IndicationAndUsage": "LIPFENDRA® is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with hypercholesterolemia, including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). Cardiovascular outcomes trials have demonstrated that reducing LDL-C lowers the risk for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in adults at increased risk when treated with statins or monoclonal antibody proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitors as an add-on to statin therapy.",
"Description": "LIPFENDRA (enlicitide) tablets for oral use contain enlicitide decanoate, a PCSK9 inhibitor. The chemical name of enlicitide decanoate is 6-({[(11S,17S,20S,23S,27S,39S,42S,63S,66R)-47-Fluoro-20-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-17-[(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-11,63-dimethyl-10,16,19,22,30,40,58,61,64,67,70-undecaoxo-28-oxa-1,9,15,18,21,24,31,41,51,62,65,68-dodecaazanonacyclo[37.18.11.23,6.124,42.133,37.144,51.011,15.023,27.045,50]triheptaconta-3,5,33(71),34,36,44(69),45,47,49,72-decaen-66-yl]methyl}amino)-N,N,N-trimethyl-6-oxohexan-1-aminium decanoate. Enlicitide decanoate is a white to off-white powder that is slightly soluble in water. The molecular formula is C92H129FN14O17 and the molecular weight is 1722.12 g/mol. The chemical structure of enlicitide decanoate is. LIPFENDRA is available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, each containing 20 mg of enlicitide (equivalent to 22.21 mg enlicitide decanoate) and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium caprate. The film coating contains calcium carbonate, ethylene glycol and vinyl alcohol graft copolymer, glyceryl mono and dicaprylocaprate, polyvinyl alcohol, and talc. Carnauba wax is added as a polishing agent."

"IndicationAndUsage": "DEFINITY is indicated, after activation, for use in adult and pediatric patients with suboptimal echocardiograms to opacify the left ventricular chamber and to improve the delineation of the left ventricular endocardial border.",
"Description": "DEFINITY (perflutren lipid microsphere) injectable suspension is, after activation an ultrasound contrast agent for intravenous use. The perflutren lipid microspheres are composed of perflutren encapsulated in an outer lipid shell consisting of (R) – hexadecanoic acid, 1-[(phosphonoxy)methyl]-1,2-ethanediyl ester, monosodium salt (abbreviated DPPA); (R) - 4-hydroxy-N,N,N-trimethyl-10-oxo-7-[(1-oxohexadecyl)oxy]-3,4,9-trioxa-4-phosphapentacosan-1-aminium, 4-oxide, inner salt (abbreviated DPPC); and (R)-∝-[6-hydroxy-6-oxido-9-[(1-oxohexadecyl)oxy]-5,7,11-trioxa-2-aza-6-phosphahexacos-1-yl]- ω-methoxypoly(ox-1,2-ethanediyl), monosodium salt; commonly called N-(methoxypolyethylene glycol 5000 carbamoyl)-1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3- phosphatidylethanolamine, monosodium salt (abbreviated MPEG5000 DPPE). Perflutren is chemically characterized as 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,3-octafluoropropane. It has a molecular weight of 188, empirical formula of C3F8 and has the following structural formula. DPPA has a molecular weight of 670, empirical formula of C35H68O8PNa, and following structural formula. DPPC has a molecular weight of 734, empirical formula of C40H80NO8P, and following structural formula. MPEG5000 DPPE has an approximate molecular weight of 5750 represented by empirical formula C265H527NO123PNa, contains <100ppm Ca2+ and Mg2+ and the following structural formula. Prior to activation, perflutren is in the headspace of the vial with a concentration of 6.52 mg/mL which is confirmed by positive IR spectroscopic testing in every vial. The lipid blend is in the clear, colorless, hypertonic, sterile liquid. Each mL of the liquid contains 0.75 mg lipid blend (consisting of 0.045 mg DPPA, 0.401 mg DPPC, and 0.304 mg MPEG5000 DPPE) and the following inactive ingredients: 103.5 mg propylene glycol, 126.2 mg glycerin, 2.34 mg sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate, 2.16 mg sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate, and 4.87 mg sodium chloride in water for injection. The pH is 6.2 to 6.8. DEFINITY does not contain bacterial preservative. After activation with the aid of the VIALMIX or VIALMIX RFID, each mL of the activated DEFINITY as homogenous milky white suspension contains a maximum of 1.2 × 1010 perflutren lipid microspheres, and about 150 microL/mL (1.1 mg/mL) perflutren. "Description": "DEFINITY (perflutren lipid microsphere) injectable suspension is, after activation an ultrasound contrast agent for intravenous use. The perflutren lipid microspheres are composed of perflutren encapsulated in an outer lipid shell consisting of (R) – hexadecanoic acid, 1-[(phosphonoxy)methyl]-1,2-ethanediyl ester, monosodium salt (abbreviated DPPA); (R) - 4-hydroxy-N,N,N-trimethyl-10-oxo-7-[(1-oxohexadecyl)oxy]-3,4,9-trioxa-4-phosphapentacosan-1-aminium, 4-oxide, inner salt (abbreviated DPPC); and (R)-∝-[6-hydroxy-6-oxido-9-[(1-oxohexadecyl)oxy]-5,7,11-trioxa-2-aza-6-phosphahexacos-1-yl]- ω-methoxypoly(ox-1,2-ethanediyl), monosodium salt; commonly called N-(methoxypolyethylene glycol 5000 carbamoyl)-1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3- phosphatidylethanolamine, monosodium salt (abbreviated MPEG5000 DPPE). Perflutren is chemically characterized as 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,3-octafluoropropane. It has a molecular weight of 188, empirical formula of C3F8 and has the following structural formula. DPPA has a molecular weight of 670, empirical formula of C35H68O8PNa, and following structural formula. DPPC has a molecular weight of 734, empirical formula of C40H80NO8P, and following structural formula. MPEG5000 DPPE has an approximate molecular weight of 5750 represented by empirical formula C265H527NO123PNa, contains <100ppm Ca2+ and Mg2+ and the following structural formula. Prior to activation, perflutren is in the headspace of the vial with a concentration of 6.52 mg/mL which is confirmed by positive IR spectroscopic testing in every vial. The lipid blend is in the clear, colorless, hypertonic, sterile liquid. Each mL of the liquid contains 0.75 mg lipid blend (consisting of 0.045 mg DPPA, 0.401 mg DPPC, and 0.304 mg MPEG5000 DPPE) and the following inactive ingredients: 103.5 mg propylene glycol, 126.2 mg glycerin, 2.34 mg sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate, 2.16 mg sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate, and 4.87 mg sodium chloride in water for injection. The pH is 6.2 to 6.8. DEFINITY does not contain bacterial preservative. After activation with the aid of the VIALMIX or VIALMIX RFID, each mL of the activated DEFINITY as homogenous milky white suspension contains a maximum of 1.2 × 1010 perflutren lipid microspheres, and about 150 microL/mL (1.1 mg/mL) perflutren. "Description": "The active ingredient in alosetron tablets, USP is alosetron hydrochloride (HCl), USP a potent and selective antagonist of the serotonin 5-HT3 receptor type. Chemically, alosetron is designated as 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-5-methyl-2-[(5-methyl-1H-imidazol-4 yl)methyl]-1H-pyrido[4,3-b]indol-1-one, monohydrochloride. Alosetron is achiral and has the empirical formula C17H18N4OHCl, representing a molecular weight of 330.8. Alosetron is a white to pale brown colored powder that has a solubility of 66.82 mg/mL in water, 83.34 mg/mL in 0.1N hydrochloric acid, 74.65 mg/mL in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer, and 60.79 mg/mL in pH 8.0 phosphate buffer. The chemical structure of alosetron is. Alosetron Tablets USP are supplied for oral administration as 0.5 mg (white) and 1 mg (white) tablets. The 0.5 mg tablet contains 0.562 mg alosetron hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 0.5 mg alosetron, and the 1 mg tablet contains 1.124 mg alosetron hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 1 mg of alosetron. Each tablet also contains the inactive ingredients lactose (anhydrous), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and pregelatinized starch. The white film coat for the 0.5 mg tablet contains hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol and triacetin. "IndicationAndUsage": "SKYTROFA (lonapegsomatropin-tcgd) is a human growth hormone indicated for the: 1 Treatment of pediatric patients 1 year and older who weigh at least 11.5 kg and have growth failure due to inadequate secretion of endogenous growth hormone (GH)., 2 Replacement of endogenous growth hormone in adults with growth hormone deficiency (GHD).",
"Description": "Lonapegsomatropin-tcgd is a long-acting prodrug of a human growth hormone (somatropin) produced by recombinant DNA technology using E. coli. Lonapegsomatropin-tcgd consists of a parent drug, somatropin, that is conjugated to a methoxypolyethylene glycol carrier (4 × 10 kDa mPEG) via a proprietary TransCon Linker and has a molecular weight of 63 kDa (released somatropin is 22 kDa). In vitro assay confirms the minimum potency of released somatropin is NLT 2.5 IU/mg. SKYTROFA (lonapegsomatropin-tcgd) for injection is a sterile, preservative-free, white to off-white lyophilized powder available in a single-dose, dual-chamber, prefilled cartridge containing lonapegsomatropin-tcgd in one chamber and the diluent, Water for Injection, in the other chamber. SKYTROFA prefilled cartridge must be used with SKYTROFA Auto-Injector to provide an automatic mixing step for reconstitution prior to subcutaneous use. "IndicationAndUsage": "Vigabatrin tablets are indicated for the treatment of: 1 Refractory Complex Partial Seizures as adjunctive therapy in patients 2 years of age and older who have responded inadequately to several alternative treatments; Vigabatrin tablets are not indicated as a first line agent (1.1), 2 Infantile Spasms - monotherapy in infants 1 month to 2 years of age for whom the potential benefits outweigh the potential risk of vision loss (1.2).",
"Description": "Vigabatrin Tablets, USP are an oral antiepileptic drug and are available as white film coated 500 mg tablets. The chemical name of vigabatrin, USP, a racemate consisting of two enantiomers, is (±) 4-amino-5-hexenoic acid. The molecular formula is C6H11NO2 and the molecular weight is 129.16. It has the following structural formula. Vigabatrin, USP is a white or almost white powder which is freely soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, practically insoluble in methylene chloride, insoluble in hexane and toluene. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution is about 6.9. The n-octanol/water partition coefficient of vigabatrin is about 0.011 (log P=-1.96) at physiologic pH. Vigabatrin, USP melts with decomposition in a 3-degree range within the temperature interval of 171°C to 176°C. The dissociation constants (pKa) of vigabatrin are 4.16 and 9.91 at room temperature (25°C). Each Vigabatrin Tablet contains 500 mg of vigabatrin, USP. The inactive ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, povidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, and polyethylene glycol. Meets USP dissolution test 3."

"Description": "Vigabatrin, USP is an oral antiepileptic drug and is available as a white to off-white granular powder for oral solution in packets of 500 mg. The chemical name of vigabatrin, USP, a racemate consisting of two enantiomers, is (±) 4-amino-5-hexenoic acid. The molecular formula is C 6H 11NO 2 and the molecular weight is 129.16. It has the following structural formula:. Vigabatrin, USP is a white to off white powder which is freely soluble in water, slightly soluble in methyl alcohol, very slightly soluble in ethyl alcohol and chloroform, and insoluble in toluene and hexane. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution is about 6.9. The n-octanol/water partition coefficient of vigabatrin is about 0.011 (log P=-1.96 at physiologic pH. Vigabatrin, USP melts with decomposition in a 3-degree range within the temperature interval of 171°C to 176°C. The dissociation constants (pKa) of vigabatrin are 4 and 9.7 at room temperature (25°C). Vigabatrin for oral solution USP, is available as white to off-white granular powder for oral administration. Each packet contains 500 mg of vigabatrin, USP. The inactive ingredient is povidone."

Vigabatrin, USP is a white to off-white powder which is freely soluble in water, slightly soluble in methyl alcohol, very slightly soluble in ethyl alcohol and chloroform, and insoluble in toluene and hexane.
