"IndicationAndUsage": "Rosuvastatin tablets are indicated. To reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular (CV) events (CV death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or an arterial revascularization procedure) in adults without established coronary heart disease who are at increased risk of CV disease based on age, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) ≥2 mg/L, and at least one additional CV risk factor. As an adjunct to diet to:. o Reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia. o Reduce LDL-C and slow the progression of atherosclerosis in adults. o Reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 8 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). As an adjunct to other LDL-C-lowering therapies, or alone if such treatments are unavailable, to reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 7 years and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). As an adjunct to diet for the treatment of adults with: o Primary dysbetalipoproteinemia. o Hypertriglyceridemia.",
"Description": "Rosuvastatin calcium, USP is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis [(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2 [methyl (methylsulfonyl) amino] pyrimidin-5-yl] (3R, 5S)-3, 5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula:. The molecular formula for rosuvastatin calcium, USP is (C22H27FN3O6S)2 Ca and the molecular weight is 1,001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium is a white amorphous powder that is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets, USP for oral use contain rosuvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg (equivalent to 5.2 mg, 10.4 mg, 20.8 mg, and 41.6 mg rosuvastatin calcium) and the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, meglumine, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Additionally, 10 mg, 20 mg and 40 mg tablets contain FD&C red No. 40/allura red AC aluminum lake, FD&C blue No. 2/indigo carmine aluminum lake and FD&C yellow No.6/sunset yellow FCF aluminum lake. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Moxifloxacin tablets are a fluoroquinolone antibacterial indicated for treating infections in adults 18 years of age and older caused by designated susceptible bacteria, in the conditions listed below: 1 Community Acquired Pneumonia (1.1), 2 Skin and Skin Structure Infections: Uncomplicated (1.2) and Complicated (1.3), 3 Complicated Intra-Abdominal Infections (1.4), 4 Plague (1.5), 5 Acute Bacterial Sinusitis (1.6), 6 Acute Bacterial Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis (1.7).",
"Description": "Moxifloxacin hydrochloride, USP is a synthetic antibacterial agent for oral administration. Moxifloxacin, a fluoroquinolone, is available as the monohydrochloride salt of 1-cyclopropyl-7-[(S,S)-2,8-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-8-yl]-6-fluoro-8-methoxy-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3 quinoline carboxylic acid. It is a slightly yellow to yellow powder or crystals, slightly hygroscopic substance with a molecular weight of 437.9. Its molecular formula is C21H24FN3O4*HCl and its chemical structure is as follows:."

To reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular (CV) events (CV death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or an arterial revascularization procedure) in adults without established coronary heart disease who are at increased risk of CV disease based on age, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) ≥2 mg/L, and at least one additional CV risk factor. As an adjunct to diet to:. o Reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia. o Reduce LDL-C and slow the progression of atherosclerosis in adults. o Reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 8 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). As an adjunct to other LDL-C-lowering therapies, or alone if such treatments are unavailable, to reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 7 years and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). As an adjunct to diet for the treatment of adults with: o Primary dysbetalipoproteinemia. o Hypertriglyceridemia.",
"Description": "Rosuvastatin calcium, USP is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis [(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2 [methyl (methylsulfonyl) amino] pyrimidin-5-yl] (3R, 5S)-3, 5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula:. The molecular formula for rosuvastatin calcium, USP is (C22H27FN3O6S)2 Ca and the molecular weight is 1,001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium is a white amorphous powder that is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets, USP for oral use contain rosuvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg (equivalent to 5.2 mg, 10.4 mg, 20.8 mg, and 41.6 mg rosuvastatin calcium) and the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, meglumine, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Additionally, 10 mg, 20 mg and 40 mg tablets contain FD&C red No. 40/allura red AC aluminum lake, FD&C blue No. 2/indigo carmine aluminum lake and FD&C yellow No.6/sunset yellow FCF aluminum lake. "IndicationAndUsage": "Deferasirox tablets for oral suspension are an iron chelator indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload due to blood transfusions in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.1) Deferasirox tablets for oral suspension are indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload in patients 10 years of age and older with non-transfusion-dependent thalassemia (NTDT) syndromes, and with a liver iron (Fe) concentration (LIC) of at least 5 mg Fe per gram of dry weight and a serum ferritin greater than 300 mcg/L. (1.2)Limitations of Use: The safety and efficacy of deferasirox when administered with other iron chelation therapy have not been established. (1.3).",
"Description": "Deferasirox is an iron chelating agent. Deferasirox tablets for oral suspension contain 125 mg, 250 mg, or 500 mg deferasirox. Deferasirox is designated chemically as 4-[3,5-Bis (2-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1- yl]-benzoic acid and its structural formula is. Deferasirox is a white to slightly yellow powder. Its molecular formula is C21H15N3O4 and its molecular weight is 373.4 g/mol.Inactive Ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone (K30) and sodium lauryl sulphate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Febuxostat tablets are xanthine oxidase (XO) inhibitor indicated for the chronic management of hyperuricemia in adult patients with gout who have an inadequate response to a maximally titrated dose of allopurinol, who are intolerant to allopurinol, or for whom treatment with allopurinol is not advisable.Limitations of Use: Febuxostat tablets are not recommended for the treatment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia.",
"Description": "Febuxostat is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. The active ingredient in febuxostat is 2-[3-cyano-4-(2-methylpropoxy) phenyl]-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylic acid hemihydrate, with a molecular weight of 325.39. The molecular formula is C16H16N2O3S 1/2 H2O The chemical structure is. Febuxostat is a non-hygroscopic, white to yellowish crystalline powder that is soluble in dimethyl formamide, slightly soluble in methanol and insoluble in water. The melting range is 207oC to 210°C. Febuxostat tablets for oral use contain the active ingredient, febuxostat, and are available in two dosage strengths, 40 mg and 80 mg. Inactive ingredients include colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate. Febuxostat tablets are coated with polyvinyl alcohol, macrogol, titanium dioxide, talc, D&C yellow #10 aluminum lake, FD&C blue #1/brilliant blue FCF aluminum lake, FD&C blue #2/indigo carmine AL 3%-5% (40 mg), additionally iron oxide yellow (80 mg)."

Dimethyl fumarate is provided as hard gelatin delayed-release capsules for oral administration, containing 120 mg or 240 mg of dimethyl fumarate consisting of the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer, methacrylic acid methyl methacrylate copolymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc and triethyl citrate. Effectiveness beyond 2 weeks of treatment has not been established. The continued effectiveness of droxidopa capsules should be assessed periodically.",
"Description": "Droxidopa capsules contain droxidopa, which is a synthetic amino acid precursor of norepinephrine, for oral administration. Chemically, droxidopa is (-)-threo-3-(3, 4-Dihydroxyphenyl)-L-serine. It has the following structural formula. Droxidopa is an odorless, tasteless, white to light brown crystalline powder. It is soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and practically insoluble in methanol, glacial acetic acid, ethanol, acetone, ether and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 213.19 and a molecular formula of C9H11NO5. Droxidopa capsules also contain the following inactive ingredients: magnesium stearate, mannitol and pregelatinized starch. The capsule shell is printed with black ink. The black ink contain black iron oxide, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide and shellac. The capsule shell contains the following inactive ingredients: 100 mg-gelatin, titanium oxide, iron oxide red, iron oxide black, FD&C Blue2, 200 mg – gelatin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide black and iron oxide yellow, 300 mg – gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C BLUE 1, D&C YELLOW 10. Droxidopa capsules differ in size and color by strength [see Dosage Forms and Strengths (3)]."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Droxidopa capsules are indicated for the treatment of orthostatic dizziness, lightheadedness, or the “feeling that you are about to black out” in adult patients with symptomatic neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (nOH) caused by primary autonomic failure (Parkinson's disease [PD], multiple system atrophy, and pure autonomic failure), dopamine beta-hydroxylase deficiency, and non-diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Effectiveness beyond 2 weeks of treatment has not been established. The continued effectiveness of droxidopa capsules should be assessed periodically.",
"Description": "Droxidopa capsules contain droxidopa, which is a synthetic amino acid precursor of norepinephrine, for oral administration. Chemically, droxidopa is (-)-threo-3-(3, 4-Dihydroxyphenyl)-L-serine. It has the following structural formula. Droxidopa is an odorless, tasteless, white to light brown crystalline powder. It is soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and practically insoluble in methanol, glacial acetic acid, ethanol, acetone, ether and chloroform. To reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular (CV) events (CV death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or an arterial revascularization procedure) in adults without established coronary heart disease who are at increased risk of CV disease based on age, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) ≥2 mg/L, and at least one additional CV risk factor. As an adjunct to diet to:. o Reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia. o Reduce LDL-C and slow the progression of atherosclerosis in adults. o Reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 8 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). "Description": "Rosuvastatin calcium, USP is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis [(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2 [methyl (methylsulfonyl) amino] pyrimidin-5-yl] (3R, 5S)-3, 5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula:. The molecular formula for rosuvastatin calcium, USP is (C22H27FN3O6S)2 Ca and the molecular weight is 1,001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium is a white amorphous powder that is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets, USP for oral use contain rosuvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg (equivalent to 5.2 mg, 10.4 mg, 20.8 mg, and 41.6 mg rosuvastatin calcium) and the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, meglumine, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Additionally, 10 mg, 20 mg and 40 mg tablets contain FD&C red No. 40/allura red AC aluminum lake, FD&C blue No. 2/indigo carmine aluminum lake and FD&C yellow No.6/sunset yellow FCF aluminum lake. "Description": "Abiraterone acetate, the active ingredient of abiraterone acetate tablets USP is the acetyl ester of abiraterone. Abiraterone is an inhibitor of CYP17 (17α-hydroxylase/C17,20-lyase). Each abiraterone acetate tablet USP contains 250 mg or 500 mg of abiraterone acetate. Abiraterone is designated chemically as 17-(Pyridin-3-yl)androsta-5,16-dien-3β-yl acetate and its structure is. Abiraterone acetate is a white to off-white, non-hygroscopic, crystalline powder. Its molecular formula is C26H33NO2 and it has a molecular weight of 391.55.
