"Description": "Succinylcholine Chloride Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution to be used as a short-acting, depolarizing neuromuscular blocker for intravenous or intramuscular use. Succinylcholine chloride contains succinylcholine chloride as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. Succinylcholine Chloride, USP is chemically designated C14H30Cl2N2O4 and its molecular weight is 361.31. The chemical name of succinylcholine chloride is ethanaminium, 2,2'-[(1,4-dioxo-1,4 butanediyl)bis(oxy)]bis[N,N,N-trimethyl-], dichloride. Succinylcholine chloride is a diquaternary base consisting of the dichloride salt of the dicholine ester of succinic acid. It is a white, odorless, slightly bitter powder, very soluble in water. It has the following structural formula. Succinylcholine chloride 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) is intended for multiple-dose administration and contains preservative. Each 1 mL of succinylcholine chloride 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) multiple-dose fliptop vials contains: 20 mg of succinylcholine anhydrous (equivalent to 22.65 mg of Succinylcholine Chloride, USP), 1.8 mg of methylparaben and 0.2 mg of propylparaben as preservatives, 4.65 mg of sodium chloride as iso-osmotic agent, and sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid as pH adjusters in water for injection. The pH of the solution is between 3.0 and 4.5, with an osmolarity of 0.338 mOsm/mL (calc.)."

It is a white or almost white, odorless, crystalline powder, freely soluble in water. It has the following structural formula. Succinylcholine Chloride Injection USP, 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) is intended for multiple-dose administration and contains preservative. Succinylcholine Chloride Injection, USP contains succinylcholine chloride as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. Succinylcholine Chloride, USP is chemically designated C14H30Cl2N2O4.2H2O and its molecular weight is 397.34. The chemical name of succinylcholine chloride is 2,2’-[(1,4-dioxo-1,4-butanediyl)bis(oxy)]bis[N,N,N-trimethyl-ethanaminium]dichloride. Succinylcholine chloride is a diquaternary base consisting of the dichloride salt of the dicholine ester of succinic acid. It is a white or almost white, odorless, crystalline powder, freely soluble in water. It has the following structural formula. Succinylcholine Chloride Injection USP, 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) is intended for multiple-dose administration and contains preservative. Each 1 mL of Succinylcholine Chloride Injection USP, 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) multiple-dose fliptop vials contains: 20 mg of succinylcholine chloride, USP (equivalent to 22 mg of Succinylcholine Chloride dihydrate, USP), 1.8 mg of methylparaben and 0.2 mg of propylparaben as preservatives, 4.8 mg of sodium chloride as iso-osmotic agent, and sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid as pH adjusters in water for injection. The pH of the solution is between 3.0 and 4.5, with an osmolarity of 0.338 mOsm/mL (calc.)."

"Description": "Insulin icodec-abae is a once-weekly basal human insulin analog for subcutaneous injection produced by a process that includes expression of recombinant DNA in Saccharomyces cerevisiae followed by chemical modification. Insulin icodec-abae differs from human insulin in that the amino acid threonine in position B30 has been omitted, Tyr(A14) has been substituted with Glu and Tyr(B16) and Phe(B25) have been substituted with His. The side chain is connected to the peptide backbone via the amino group in the side chain at Lys(B29). Insulin icodec-abae has a molecular formula of C280H435N71O87S6 and a molecular weight of 6380.26 Da. It has the following structure. Figure 1: Structural Formula of Insulin icodec-abae. Awiqli (insulin icodec-abae) injection is a sterile, clear and colorless solution available as 700 units/mL (U-700) for subcutaneous use. Each mL contains 700 units of insulin icodec-abae and glycerin (15 mg), metacresol (1.08 mg), phenol (5.65 mg), sodium chloride (1.17 mg), zinc acetate (101 mcg), and Water for Injection. Awiqli has a pH of approximately 7.4. Hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide may be added to adjust pH."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Clomipramine hydrochloride capsules USP are indicated for the treatment of obsessions and compulsions in patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The obsessions or compulsions must cause marked distress, be time-consuming, or significantly interfere with social or occupational functioning, in order to meet the DSM-III-R (circa 1989) diagnosis of OCD. Obsessions are recurrent, persistent ideas, thoughts, images, or impulses that are ego-dystonic. Compulsions are repetitive, purposeful, and intentional behaviors performed in response to an obsession or in a stereotyped fashion, and are recognized by the person as excessive or unreasonable. The effectiveness of clomipramine hydrochloride capsules for the treatment of OCD was demonstrated in multicenter, placebo-controlled, parallel-group studies, including two 10-week studies in adults and one 8-week study in children and adolescents 10 to 17 years of age. Patients in all studies had moderate-to-severe OCD (DSM-III), with mean baseline ratings on the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (YBOCS) ranging from 26 to 28 and a mean baseline rating of 10 on the NIMH Clinical Global Obsessive Compulsive Scale (NIMH-OC). Patients taking CMI experienced a mean reduction of approximately 10 on the YBOCS, representing an average improvement on this scale of 35% to 42% among adults and 37% among children and adolescents. CMI-treated patients experienced a 3.5 unit decrement on the NIMH-OC. Patients on placebo showed no important clinical response on either scale. The maximum dose was 250 mg/day for most adults and 3 mg/kg/day (up to 200 mg) for all children and adolescents. The effectiveness of clomipramine hydrochloride capsules for long-term use (i.e., for more than 10 weeks) has not been systematically evaluated in placebo-controlled trials. The physician who elects to use clomipramine hydrochloride capsules for extended periods should periodically reevaluate the long-term usefulness of the drug for the individual patient ( see DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION).",
"Description": "Clomipramine hydrochloride capsules USP is an antiobsessional drug that belongs to the class (dibenzazepine) of pharmacologic agents known as tricyclic antidepressants. Clomipramine hydrochloride capsules are available as capsules of 25, 50, and 75 mg for oral administration. Clomipramine hydrochloride USP is 3-chloro-5-[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]-10,11-dihydro- 5H-dibenz[ b,f] azepine monohydrochloride, and its structural formula is:. Clomipramine hydrochloride USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water, in methanol, and in methylene chloride, and insoluble in ethyl ether and in hexane. Inactive Ingredients. colloidal silicon dioxide, D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Blue No. 1 (25 mg and 50 mg strengths only), FD&C Red No. 3 (25 mg and 50 mg strengths only), FD&C Red No. 40 (50 mg strength only), FD&C Yellow No. 6 (25 mg and 75 mg strength only), gelatin , magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the black imprinting ink for the 25 mg, 50 mg and 75 mg capsules contains black iron oxide, propylene glycol, shellac, strong ammonia solution."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of ketorolac tromethamine and other treatment options before deciding to use ketorolac. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS).",
"Description": "Ketorolac Tromethamine Injection, USP is a member of the pyrrolo-pyrrole group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The chemical name for ketorolac tromethamine is (±)-5-benzoyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolizine-1-carboxylic acid, compound with 2-amino-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol (1:1), and the structural formula is presented in Figure 1. FIGURE 1. C15H13NO3 C4H11NO3. Ketorolac tromethamine is a racemic mixture of [-]S and [+]R ketorolac tromethamine. Ketorolac tromethamine may exist in three crystal forms. All forms are equally soluble in water. Ketorolac tromethamine has a pKa of 3.5 and an n-octanol/water partition coefficient of 0.26. The molecular weight of ketorolac tromethamine is 376.40. Ketorolac Tromethamine Injection, USP is available for intravenous (IV) or intramuscular (IM) administration as: 15 mg in 1 mL (1.5%) and 30 mg in 1 mL (3%) in sterile solution; 60 mg in 2 mL (3%) of ketorolac tromethamine in sterile solution is available for intramuscular administration only. The solutions contain 10% (w/v) alcohol, USP, and 6.68 mg, 4.35 mg, and 8.70 mg, respectively, of sodium chloride in sterile water. The pH range is 6.9 to 7.9 and is adjusted with sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid. The sterile solutions are clear to slightly yellow in color."

"Description": "Each Sodium Sulfate, Potassium Sulfate and Magnesium Sulfate Oral Solution contains two 6 ounce bottles of solution. Each 6 ounce bottle contains: sodium sulfate 17.5 grams, potassium sulfate 3.13 grams, magnesium sulfate 1.6 grams. Inactive ingredients include: sodium benzoate, sucralose, malic acid, citric acid, lemon flavor, purified water. The solution is a clear to slightly hazy liquid. The solution is clear and colorless when diluted to a final volume of 16 ounces with water. Sodium Sulfate, USP. The chemical name is Na2SO4. The average Molecular Weight is 142.04.
