"IndicationAndUsage": "Promethazine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan hydrobromide oral solution is indicated for the temporary relief of coughs and upper respiratory symptoms associated with allergy or the common cold.",
"Description": "Each 5 mL (one teaspoonful), for oral administration contains: Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 15 mg; promethazine hydrochloride 6.25 mg. Alcohol 7%. Inactive Ingredients: Ascorbic acid, citric acid, D&C yellow #10, FD&C yellow #6, menthol, methylparaben, orange pineapple flavor, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate and sucrose. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a salt of the methyl ether of the dextrorotatory isomer of levorphanol, a narcotic analgesic. It is chemically designated as 3-methoxy-17-methyl-9α, 13α, 14α-morphinan hydrobromide monohydrate. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide occurs as white crystals sparingly soluble in water and freely soluble in alcohol. It has a molecular weight of 370.32, a molecular formula of C18H25NOHBrH2O, and the following structural formula. Promethazine is a racemic compound. Promethazine hydrochloride, a phenothiazine derivative, is chemically designated as 10H-Phenothiazine-10-ethanamine, N,N, α-trimethyl-monohydrochloride. Promethazine hydrochloride occurs as a white to faint yellow, practically odorless, crystalline powder which slowly oxidizes and turns blue on prolonged exposure to air. It is soluble in water and freely soluble in alcohol. It has a molecular weight of 320.88, a molecular formula of C17H20N2SHCI, and the following structural formula."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Varenicline tablets are indicated for use as an aid to smoking cessation treatment.",
"Description": "Varenicline tablets contain varenicline (as the tartrate salt), which is a partial nicotinic agonist selective for α4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subtypes. Varenicline, as the tartrate salt, is a powder which is a white to off-white to slightly yellow solid with the following chemical name: 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,10-methano-6H-pyrazino[2,3- h][3]benzazepine,(2R,3R)-2,3-dihydroxybutanedioate (1:1). It is highly soluble in water. Varenicline tartrate has a molecular weight of 361.35 Daltons, and a molecular formula of C13H13N3 C4H6O6. The chemical structure is. Varenicline tablets are supplied for oral administration in two strengths: a 0.5 mg (white to off-white, capsule shaped film coated tablets, debossed with “1 C” on one side and plain on other side.) and 1 mg (light blue, capsule shaped film-coated tablets, debossed with “2 C” on one side and plain on other side.) Each 0.5 mg varenicline tablet contains 0.85 mg of varenicline tartrate equivalent to 0.5 mg of varenicline free base; each 1 mg varenicline tablet contains 1.71 mg of varenicline tartrate equivalent to 1 mg of varenicline free base. The following inactive ingredients are included in the tablets: silicified microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol/polyethylene glycol, triacetin. In addition to these, the 1 mg tablet film coating includes FD&C blue #2/indigo carmine aluminum lake."

"Description": "Tetrabenazine tablets contains tetrabenazine is a monoamine depletor for oral administration. The molecular weight of tetrabenazine is 317.42; the pKa is 6.51. Tetrabenazine is a hexahydro-dimethoxy‑benzoquinolizine derivative and has the following chemical name: cis rac –1,3,4,6,7,11b‑ hexahydro-9,10-dimethoxy-3-(2-methylpropyl)-2H-benzo[a]quinolizin-2-one. The empirical formula C19H27NO3 is represented by the following structural formula. Tetrabenazine is a white to pale yellow powder that is soluble in chloroform and sparingly soluble in methanol. Each tetrabenazine tablet contains either 12.5 or 25 mg of tetrabenazine as the active ingredient. Tetrabenazine tablets contain tetrabenazine as the active ingredient and the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch, ferric oxide yellow, talc and magnesium stearate. Tetrabenazine tablets are supplied as a light yellow to yellow, functionally scored tablet containing 25 mg of tetrabenazine or as a light yellow to yellow, non-scored tablet containing 12.5 mg of tetrabenazine."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Esomeprazole sodium for injection is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) indicated for the: 1 Short-term treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) with erosive esophagitis (EE) in adults and pediatric patients 1 month to 17 years of age, as an alternative to oral therapy when oral esomeprazole is not possible or appropriate. (1.1), 2 Risk reduction of rebleeding of gastric or duodenal ulcers following therapeutic endoscopy for acute bleeding gastric or duodenal ulcers in adults. (1.2).",
"Description": "The active ingredient in esomeprazole sodium for injection is ( S)-5-methoxy-2[[(4-methoxy-3,5- dimethyl-2-pyridinyl)-methyl]sulfinyl]-1 H-benzimidazole sodium, a PPI. Esomeprazole is the S-isomer of omeprazole, which is a mixture of the S- and R- isomers. Its empirical formula is C 17H 18N 3O 3SNa with molecular weight of 367.4 g/mol (sodium salt) and 345.4 g/mol (parent compound). Esomeprazole sodium is very soluble in water and freely soluble in ethanol (95%). The structural formula is:. Esomeprazole sodium for injection is supplied as a sterile, lyophilized, white to off-white, porous cake or powder in a 5 mL single-dose vial, intended for intravenous administration after reconstitution with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP; Lactated Ringer’s Injection, USP or 5% Dextrose Injection, USP. Esomeprazole sodium for injection contains 40 mg esomeprazole (equivalent to 42.5 mg esomeprazole sodium), edetate disodium 1.5 mg and sodium hydroxide q.s. for pH adjustment. The pH of reconstituted solution of esomeprazole sodium for injection depends on the reconstitution volume and is in the pH range of 9 to 11. The stability of esomeprazole sodium in aqueous solution is strongly pH dependent. The rate of degradation increases with decreasing pH."

"IndicationAndUsage": "XARELTO is a factor Xa inhibitor indicated: 1 to reduce risk of stroke and systemic embolism in nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (1.1), 2 for treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) (1.2), 3 for treatment of pulmonary embolism (PE) (1.3), 4 for reduction in the risk of recurrence of DVT or PE (1.4), 5 for the prophylaxis of DVT, which may lead to PE in patients undergoing knee or hip replacement surgery (1.5), 6 for prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in acutely ill medical patients (1.6), 7 to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) (1.7), 8 to reduce the risk of major thrombotic vascular events in patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD), including patients after recent lower extremity revascularization due to symptomatic PAD (1.8), 9 for treatment of VTE and reduction in the risk of recurrent VTE in pediatric patients from birth to less than 18 years (1.9), 10 for thromboprophylaxis in pediatric patients 2 years and older with congenital heart disease after the Fontan procedure (1.10).",
"Description": "Rivaroxaban, a factor Xa (FXa) inhibitor, is the active ingredient in XARELTO® Tablets and XARELTO® for oral suspension with the chemical name 5-Chloro-N-({(5S)-2-oxo-3-[4-(3-oxo-4-morpholinyl)phenyl]-1,3-oxazolidin-5-yl}methyl)-2-thiophenecarboxamide. The molecular formula of rivaroxaban is C19H18ClN3O5S and the molecular weight is 435.89. The structural formula is. Rivaroxaban is a pure (S)-enantiomer. It is an odorless, non-hygroscopic, white to yellowish powder. Rivaroxaban is only slightly soluble in organic solvents (e.g., acetone, polyethylene glycol 400) and is practically insoluble in water and aqueous media. Each XARELTO tablet contains 2.5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, or 20 mg of rivaroxaban. The inactive ingredients of XARELTO are: croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium lauryl sulfate. Additionally, the proprietary film coating mixture used for XARELTO 2.5 mg is Opadry® Light Yellow, containing ferric oxide yellow, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 3350, and titanium dioxide, and for XARELTO 10 mg tablets is Opadry® Pink and for XARELTO 15 mg tablets is Opadry® Red, both containing ferric oxide red, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 3350, and titanium dioxide, and for XARELTO 20 mg tablets is Opadry® II Dark Red, containing ferric oxide red, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol (partially hydrolyzed), talc, and titanium dioxide. XARELTO for oral suspension is supplied as granules in bottles containing 155 mg of rivaroxaban (1 mg of rivaroxaban per mL after reconstitution). "Description": "Rivaroxaban, a factor Xa (FXa) inhibitor, is the active ingredient in XARELTO® Tablets and XARELTO® for oral suspension with the chemical name 5-Chloro-N-({(5S)-2-oxo-3-[4-(3-oxo-4-morpholinyl)phenyl]-1,3-oxazolidin-5-yl}methyl)-2-thiophenecarboxamide. The molecular formula of rivaroxaban is C19H18ClN3O5S and the molecular weight is 435.89. The structural formula is. Rivaroxaban is a pure (S)-enantiomer. It is an odorless, non-hygroscopic, white to yellowish powder. Rivaroxaban is only slightly soluble in organic solvents (e.g., acetone, polyethylene glycol 400) and is practically insoluble in water and aqueous media. Each XARELTO tablet contains 2.5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, or 20 mg of rivaroxaban. The inactive ingredients of XARELTO are: croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium lauryl sulfate. Additionally, the proprietary film coating mixture used for XARELTO 2.5 mg is Opadry® Light Yellow, containing ferric oxide yellow, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 3350, and titanium dioxide, and for XARELTO 10 mg tablets is Opadry® Pink and for XARELTO 15 mg tablets is Opadry® Red, both containing ferric oxide red, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 3350, and titanium dioxide, and for XARELTO 20 mg tablets is Opadry® II Dark Red, containing ferric oxide red, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol (partially hydrolyzed), talc, and titanium dioxide. "Description": "LIPITOR (atorvastatin) is an inhibitor of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase. Atorvastatin calcium is [R-(R*, R*)]-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-ß, δ-dihydroxy-5-(1-methylethyl)-3-phenyl-4-[(phenylamino)carbonyl]-1H-pyrrole-1-heptanoic acid, calcium salt (2:1) trihydrate. The empirical formula of atorvastatin calcium is (C33H34FN2O5)2Ca3H2O and its molecular weight is 1209.42. Its structural formula is. Atorvastatin calcium is a white to off-white crystalline powder that is insoluble in aqueous solutions of pH 4 and below. Atorvastatin calcium is very slightly soluble in distilled water, pH 7.4 phosphate buffer, and acetonitrile; slightly soluble in ethanol; and freely soluble in methanol. "Description": "The active ingredient in omeprazole delayed-release capsules ??is a substituted benzimidazole, 5-methoxy-2-[[(4-methoxy-3, 5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl) methyl] sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its empirical formula is C17H19N3O3S, with a molecular weight of 345.42. The structural formula is. Omeprazole is a white to off-white crystalline powder that melts with decomposition at about 155??C. It is a weak base, freely soluble in ethanol and methanol, and slightly soluble in acetone and isopropanol and very slightly soluble in water. The stability of omeprazole is a function of pH; it is rapidly degraded in acid media, but has acceptable stability under alkaline conditions. ??. Omeprazole Delayed-Release Capsules meet USP Dissolution Test 2.??. Omeprazole is supplied as delayed-release capsules for oral administration. Each delayed-release capsule contains either 10 mg, 20 mg or 40 mg of omeprazole in the form of enteric-coated granules with the following inactive ingredients: magnesium hydroxide, mannitol, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, povidone and triethyl citrate. The capsule shells have the following inactive ingredients: gelatin, red iron oxide and titanium dioxide.
