"IndicationAndUsage": "FLUCELVAX is an inactivated vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine. FLUCELVAX is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older. [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "FLUCELVAX (Influenza Vaccine) is a trivalent subunit influenza vaccine manufactured using cell derived candidate vaccine viruses (CVV) that are propagated in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells, a continuous cell line. These cells were adapted to grow freely in suspension in culture medium. The virus is inactivated with β-propiolactone, disrupted by the detergent cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and purified through several process steps. Each of the virus strains are produced and purified separately then pooled to formulate the vaccine. FLUCELVAX is a sterile, slightly opalescent injectable suspension in phosphate buffered saline which is administered intramuscularly. FLUCELVAX is formulated to contain a total of 45 micrograms (mcg) hemagglutinin (HA) per 0.5 mL dose in the recommended ratio of 15 mcg HA of each of the following influenza strains:. A/Tasmania/318/2025 CVR-351 (an A/Missouri/11/2025 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus);. A/Tasmania/787/2025 CVR-388 (an A/Darwin/1415/2025 (H3N2)-like virus);. B/Arizona/21/2025 (a B/Pennsylvania/14/2025 (B-Victoria lineage)-like virus). These three influenza virus strains are recommended by FDA for the 2026-2027 influenza season. Each dose of FLUCELVAX may contain residual amounts of MDCK cell protein (≤ 21.6 mcg), protein other than HA (≤ 225 mcg), MDCK cell DNA (≤ 10 ng), polysorbate 80 (≤ 1125 mcg), cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (≤ 13.5 mcg), and β-propiolactone (< 0.5 mcg), which are used in the manufacturing process. FLUCELVAX contains no egg protein or antibiotics. FLUCELVAX 0.5 mL pre-filled syringes contain no preservative. FLUCELVAX 5 mL multi-dose vials contain thimerosal, a mercury derivative, added as a preservative. Each 0.5 mL dose from the multi-dose vial contains 25 mcg mercury. The tip caps and plungers of the pre-filled syringes and the multi-dose vial stopper are not made with natural rubber latex."

"Description": "FLUAD (Influenza Vaccine, Adjuvanted), a sterile injectable emulsion for intramuscular use, is a trivalent inactivated influenza vaccine prepared from virus propagated in the allantoic cavity of embryonated hens' eggs inoculated with a specific type of influenza virus. FLUAD is standardized according to United States Public Health Service requirements and each 0.5 mL dose is formulated to contain 15 mcg of hemagglutinin (HA) from each of the following influenza strains recommended for the 2024-2025 influenza season: A/Victoria/4897/2022 IVR-238 (an A/Victoria/4897/2022 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus), A/Thailand/8/2022 IVR-237 (an A/Thailand/8/2022 (H3N2)-like virus), B/Austria/1359417/2021 BVR-26 (a B/Austria/1359417/2021-like virus). FLUAD also contains MF59C.1 adjuvant (MF59®), a squalene based oil-in-water emulsion. Each of the strains is harvested and clarified separately by centrifugation and filtration prior to inactivation with formaldehyde. The inactivated virus is concentrated and purified by zonal centrifugation. The surface antigens, hemagglutinin and neuraminidase, are obtained from the influenza virus particle by further centrifugation in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The antigen preparation is further purified. FLUAD is prepared by combining the three virus antigens with the MF59C.1 adjuvant. After combining, FLUAD is a sterile, milky-white injectable emulsion supplied in single-dose pre-filled syringes containing 0.5 mL dose. Each 0.5 mL dose contains 15 mcg of hemagglutinin (HA) from each of the three recommended influenza strains and MF59C.1 adjuvant (9.75 mg squalene, 1.175 mg of polysorbate 80, 1.175 mg of sorbitan trioleate, 0.66 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate and 0.04 mg of citric acid monohydrate) at pH 6.9-7.7. FLUAD may contain trace amounts of neomycin (≤ 0.02 mcg by calculation), kanamycin (≤ 0.03 mcg by calculation) and hydrocortisone (≤ 0.005 ng by calculation) which are used during the initial stages of manufacture, as well as residual egg protein (ovalbumin) (≤ 0.4 mcg), formaldehyde (≤ 10 mcg) or CTAB (≤ 12 mcg). FLUAD does not contain a preservative. The syringe, syringe plunger stopper and tip caps are not made with natural rubber latex."

"IndicationAndUsage": "FLUAD is a vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine. FLUAD is approved for use in adults 65 years of age and older. This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on the immune response elicited by FLUAD [see Clinical Studies (14)]. Clinical benefit of FLUAD based on efficacy has not been established. Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in a confirmatory trial.",
"Description": "FLUAD (Influenza Vaccine, Adjuvanted), a sterile injectable emulsion for intramuscular use, is a trivalent inactivated influenza vaccine prepared from virus propagated in the allantoic cavity of embryonated hens' eggs inoculated with a specific type of influenza virus. FLUAD 0.5 mL dose is formulated to contain 15 mcg of hemagglutinin (HA) from each of the following influenza strains recommended by FDA for the 2026-2027 influenza season: A/Missouri/11/2025 IVR-279 (an A/Missouri/11/2025 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus), A/Michigan/105/2025 IVR-285 (an A/Darwin/1454/2025 (H3N2)-like virus), B/Tokyo/EIS13-175/2025 (B-Victoria lineage).

FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older. [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT (Influenza Vaccine) is a subunit influenza vaccine manufactured using cell derived candidate vaccine viruses (CVV) that are propagated in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells, a continuous cell line. These cells were adapted to grow freely in suspension in culture medium. The virus is inactivated with β-propiolactone, disrupted by the detergent cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and purified through several process steps. Each of the 4 virus strains is produced and purified separately then pooled to formulate the quadrivalent vaccine. FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT is a sterile, slightly opalescent suspension in phosphate buffered saline. FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT is standardized according to United States Public Health Service requirements for the 2023-2024 influenza season and is formulated to contain a total of 60 micrograms (mcg) hemagglutinin (HA) per 0.5 mL dose in the recommended ratio of 15 mcg HA of each of the following four influenza strains:. A/Georgia/12/2022 CVR-167 (an A/Wisconsin/67/2022 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus);. A/Darwin/11/2021 (an A/Darwin/6/2021 (H3N2)-like virus);. B/Singapore/WUH4618/2021 (a B/Austria/1359417/2021-like virus);. B/Singapore/INFTT-16-0610/2016 (a B/Phuket/3073/2013-like virus). The FDA has declared the following brands of oral contraceptives to be safe and effective for emergency contraception: Ovral® (1 dose is 2 white pills), Alesse® (1 dose is 5 pink pills), Nordette® or Levlen® (1 dose is 4 yellow pills). eHowever, to maintain effective protection against pregnancy, another method of contraception must be used as soon as menstruation resumes, the frequency of duration of breastfeeds is reduced, bottle feeds are introduced, or the baby reaches 6 months of age. fThe percents becoming pregnant in columns (2) and (3) are based on data from populations where contraception is not used and from women who cease using contraception in order to become pregnant. Among such populations, about 89% become pregnant within one year. This estimate was lowered slightly (to 85%) to represent the percent who would become pregnant within one year among women now relying on reversible methods of contraception if they abandoned contraception altogether. gFoams, creams, gels, vaginal suppositories, and vaginal film. hCervical mucus (ovulation) method supplemented by calendar in the pre-ovulatory and basal body temperature in the post-ovulatory phases. iWith spermicidal cream or jelly. jWithout spermicides. Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets have not been studied for and are not indicated for use in emergency contraception.",

"IndicationAndUsage": "Apri® (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP) is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Oral contraceptives are highly effective. Table 1 lists the typical accidental pregnancy rates for users of combined oral contraceptives and other methods of contraception. The efficacy of these contraceptive methods, except sterilization, the IUD, and the Norplant System depends upon the reliability with which they are used. Correct and consistent use of these methods can result in lower failure rates. In a clinical trial with Apri (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP), 1,195 subjects completed 11,656 cycles and a total of 10 pregnancies were reported. This represents an overall user-efficacy (typical user-efficacy) pregnancy rate of 1.12 per 100 women-years. This rate includes patients who did not take the drug correctly. <IndicationAndUsage>FLUCELVAX is an inactivated vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine. FLUCELVAX is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older. [see Clinical Studies (14)].</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>FLUCELVAX (Influenza Vaccine) is a trivalent subunit influenza vaccine manufactured using cell derived candidate vaccine viruses (CVV) that are propagated in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells, a continuous cell line. The tip caps and plungers of the pre-filled syringes and the multi-dose vial stopper are not made with natural rubber latex.</Description>

<Description>FLUAD QUADRIVALENT (Influenza Vaccine, Adjuvanted), a sterile injectable emulsion for intramuscular use, is a quadrivalent, inactivated influenza vaccine prepared from virus propagated in the allantoic cavity of embryonated hens' eggs inoculated with a specific type of influenza virus. FLUAD QUADRIVALENT is standardized according to United States Public Health Service requirements and each 0.5 mL dose is formulated to contain 15 mcg of hemagglutinin (HA) from each of the following four influenza strains recommended for the 2023-2024 influenza season: A/Victoria/4897/2022 IVR-238 (an A/Victoria/4897/2022 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus), A/Darwin/6/2021 IVR-227 (an A/Darwin/9/2021 (H3N2)-like virus), B/Austria/1359417/2021 BVR-26 (a B/Austria/1359417/2021-like virus), B/Phuket/3073/2013 BVR-1B (a B/Phuket/3073/2013-like virus). FLUAD QUADRIVALENT also contains MF59C.1 adjuvant (MF59®), a squalene based oil-in-water emulsion. FLUAD QUADRIVALENT is prepared by combining the four virus antigens with the MF59C.1 adjuvant. After combining, FLUAD QUADRIVALENT is a sterile, milky-white injectable emulsion supplied in single-dose pre-filled syringes containing 0.5 mL dose. Each 0.5 mL dose contains 15 mcg of hemagglutinin (HA) from each of the four recommended influenza strains and MF59C.1 adjuvant (9.75 mg squalene, 1.175 mg of polysorbate 80, 1.175 mg of sorbitan trioleate, 0.66 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate and 0.04 mg of citric acid monohydrate) at pH 6.9-7.7. FLUAD QUADRIVALENT may contain trace amounts of neomycin (≤ 0.02 mcg by calculation), kanamycin (≤ 0.03 mcg by calculation) and hydrocortisone (≤ 0.005 ng by calculation) which are used during the initial stages of manufacture, as well as residual egg protein (ovalbumin) (≤ 1.0 mcg), formaldehyde (≤ 10 mcg) or CTAB (≤ 18 mcg). FLUAD QUADRIVALENT does not contain a preservative. The syringe, syringe plunger stopper and tip caps are not made with natural rubber latex.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT is an inactivated vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and types B contained in the vaccine. FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older. [see Clinical Studies (14)].</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT (Influenza Vaccine) is a subunit influenza vaccine manufactured using cell derived candidate vaccine viruses (CVV) that are propagated in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells, a continuous cell line. Each dose of FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT may contain residual amounts of MDCK cell protein (≤ 25.2 mcg), protein other than HA (≤ 240 mcg), MDCK cell DNA (≤ 10 ng), polysorbate 80 (≤ 1500 mcg), cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (≤ 18 mcg), and β-propiolactone (< 0.5 mcg), which are used in the manufacturing process. FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT contains no egg protein or antibiotics. FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT 0.5 mL pre-filled syringes contain no preservative. FLUCELVAX QUADRIVALENT 5 mL multi-dose vials contain thimerosal, a mercury derivative, added as a preservative. Each 0.5 mL dose from the multi-dose vial contains 25 mcg mercury. The tip caps and plungers of the pre-filled syringes and the multi-dose vial stopper are not made with natural rubber latex.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Reclipsen (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP) is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. In a clinical trial with Reclipsen (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP), 1,195 subjects completed 11,656 cycles and a total of 10 pregnancies were reported. This represents an overall user-efficacy (typical user-efficacy) pregnancy rate of 1.12 per 100 women-years. This rate includes patients who did not take the drug correctly. Table 1: PERCENTAGE OF WOMEN EXPERIENCING AN UNINTENDED PREGNANCY DURING THE FIRST YEAR OF TYPICAL USE AND THE FIRST YEAR OF PERFECT USE OF CONTRACEPTION AND THE PERCENTAGE CONTINUING USE AT THE END OF THE FIRST YEAR. UNITED STATES. Reclipsen (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP) has not been studied for and is not indicated for use in emergency contraception.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Emoquette® (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets) are indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. This represents an overall user-efficacy (typical user-efficacy) pregnancy rate of 1.12 per 100 women-years. This rate includes patients who did not take the drug correctly. aAmong couples attempting to avoid pregnancy, the percentage who continue to use a method for one year. bAmong typical couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. cAmong couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time) and who use it perfectly (both consistently and correctly), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. dThe treatment schedule is one dose within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse, and a second dose 12 hours after the first dose. Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets have not been studied for and are not indicated for use in emergency contraception.</IndicationAndUsage>
