"IndicationAndUsage": "Naproxen oral suspension is indicated for:. the relief of the signs and symptoms of: 1 rheumatoid arthritis, 2 osteoarthritis, 3 ankylosing spondylitis, 4 polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis, 5 tendonitis, 6 bursitis, 7 acute gout.",
"Description": "Naproxen Oral Suspension, USP is available as a light orange suspension which readily resuspends on shaking containing 125 mg/5 mL of naproxen, USP for oral administration. Naproxen is a propionic acid derivative related to the arylacetic acid group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The chemical name is (S)-2-(6-Methoxy-naphth-2-yl) propionic acid (2S)-2-(6-Methoxynaphthalen-2-yl)propanoic acid. The molecular weight is 230.26. Its molecular formula is C14H14O3, and it has the following chemical structure. Naproxen, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder. It is practically insoluble in water and soluble in alcohol and in methanol. Naproxen Oral Suspension, USP for oral administration contains the following inactive ingredients: FD&C Yellow No. 6, fumaric acid, magnesium aluminum silicate, methylparaben, orange flavor, pineapple flavor, purified water, sodium chloride, sorbitol solution, and sucrose. It has a sodium content of 39.3 mg/5 mL, 1.71 mEq/5 mL, with a pH range of 2.2 to 3.7."

Naproxen, USP is a practically odorless, white to off-white crystalline substance. It is lipid-soluble, practically insoluble in water at low pH and freely soluble in water at high pH. The octanol/water partition coefficient of naproxen, USP at pH 7.4 is 1.6 to 1.8. Naproxen delayed-release tablets, USP are available as enteric-coated, white to off-white tablets containing 375 mg of naproxen, USP for oral administration. The inactive ingredients are: antifoam DC 1510, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, FD&C Blue # 2 Aluminum Lake, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer-dispersion, povidone, propylene glycol, shellac, talc, titanium dioxide, and triethyl citrate. The dissolution of this enteric-coated naproxen tablet is pH dependent with rapid dissolution above pH 6. There is no dissolution below pH 4."

"IndicationAndUsage": "SEROQUEL is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of: 1 Schizophrenia (1.1), 2 Bipolar I disorder manic episodes (1.2), 3 Bipolar disorder, depressive episodes (1.2).",
"Description": "SEROQUEL® (quetiapine) is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.11 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is. Quetiapine fumarate is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is moderately soluble in water. SEROQUEL is supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, peach), 50 mg (round, white), 100 mg (round, yellow), 200 mg (round, white), 300 mg (capsule-shaped, white), and 400 mg (capsule-shaped, yellow) tablets. Inactive ingredients are povidone, dibasic dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg tablets contain red ferric oxide and yellow ferric oxide and the 100 mg and 400 mg tablets contain only yellow ferric oxide. Each 25 mg tablet contains 28.78 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 25 mg quetiapine. Each 50 mg tablet contains 57.56 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine. Each 100 mg tablet contains 115.13 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 100 mg quetiapine. Each 200 mg tablet contains 230.26 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 200 mg quetiapine. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.11 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is. Quetiapine fumarate is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is moderately soluble in water. SEROQUEL XR is supplied for oral administration as 50 mg (peach), 150 mg (white), 200 mg (yellow), 300 mg (pale yellow), and 400 mg (white). All tablets are capsule shaped and film coated. Inactive ingredients for SEROQUEL XR are lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium citrate, hypromellose, and magnesium stearate. The film coating for all SEROQUEL XR tablets contain hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 400 and titanium dioxide. In addition, yellow iron oxide (50, 200 and 300 mg tablets) and red iron oxide (50 mg tablets) are included in the film coating of specific strengths. Naproxen is an odorless, white to off-white crystalline substance. It is lipid-soluble, practically insoluble in water at low pH and freely soluble in water at high pH. The octanol/water partition coefficient of naproxen at pH 7.4 is 1.6 to 1.8. Naproxen Tablets, USP are available as white tablets containing 250 mg of naproxen, white tablets containing 375 mg of naproxen and white tablets containing 500 mg of naproxen for oral administration.
