"IndicationAndUsage": "Sumatriptan tablets are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. Limitations of Use: 1 Use only if a clear diagnosis of migraine headache has been established. If a patient has no response to the first migraine attack treated with sumatriptan tablets, reconsider the diagnosis of migraine before sumatriptan tablets are administered to treat any subsequent attacks. , 2 Sumatriptan tablets are not indicated for the prevention of migraine attacks. , 3 Safety and effectiveness of sumatriptan tablets have not been established for cluster headache. .",
"Description": "Sumatriptan tablets, USP contain sumatriptan succinate, a selective 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonist. Sumatriptan succinate is chemically designated as 3-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-N-methyl-indole-5-methanesulfonamide succinate (1:1), and it has the following structure. The molecular formula is C14H21N3O2SC4H6O4, representing a molecular weight of 413.5. Sumatriptan succinate USP is a white to off-white powder that is readily soluble in water and in saline. Each sumatriptan tablet, USP for oral administration contains 35 mg, 70 mg, or 140 mg of sumatriptan succinate USP equivalent to 25 mg, 50 mg, or 100 mg of sumatriptan, respectively. Each tablet also contains the inactive ingredients croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, and sodium bicarbonate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Methocarbamol tablets, USP are indicated as an adjunct to rest, physical therapy, and other measures for the relief of discomfort associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. The mode of action of methocarbamol has not been clearly identified, but may be related to its sedative properties. Methocarbamol does not directly relax tense skeletal muscles in man.",
"Description": "Methocarbamol tablet, USP, a carbamate derivative of guaifenesin, is a central nervous system (CNS) depressant with sedative and musculoskeletal relaxant properties. The chemical name of methocarbamol is 1,2-Propanediol,3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-,1-Carbamate,(±)-(or) (±)-3-(o-Methoxyphenoxy)-1,2-Propanediol 1-carbamate and has the empirical formula C 11H 15NO 5. Its molecular weight is 241.24g/mol. The structural formula is shown below. Methocarbamol is a white powder, sparingly soluble in water and in chloroform, soluble in alcohol (only with heating), insoluble in benzene and in n-hexane. Methocarbamol tablets, USP are available as 500 mg and 750 mg tablets for oral administration. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 500 mg are light orange colored, round shaped film coated tablets debossed with \"G\" above the score line on one side and \"500\" on other side. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 750 mg are light orange colored, caplet shaped film coated tablets debossed with \"G\" on one side and \"750\" on other side. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 500 mg and 750 mg contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, maize starch, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, and stearic acid. The tablets are coated with Aquarius Prime which contains FD&C yellow 6, hydroxypropylcellulose, hypromellose, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Methocarbamol tablet, USP, a carbamate derivative of guaifenesin, is a central nervous system (CNS) depressant with sedative and musculoskeletal relaxant properties. The chemical name of methocarbamol is 1,2-Propanediol,3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-,1-Carbamate,(±)-(or) (±)-3-(o-Methoxyphenoxy)-1,2-Propanediol 1-carbamate and has the empirical formula C 11H 15NO 5. Its molecular weight is 241.24g/mol. The structural formula is shown below. Methocarbamol is a white powder, sparingly soluble in water and in chloroform, soluble in alcohol (only with heating), insoluble in benzene and in n-hexane. Methocarbamol tablets, USP are available as 500 mg and 750 mg tablets for oral administration. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 500 mg are light orange colored, round shaped film coated tablets debossed with \"G\" above the score line on one side and \"500\" on other side. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 750 mg are light orange colored, caplet shaped film coated tablets debossed with \"G\" on one side and \"750\" on other side. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 500 mg and 750 mg contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, maize starch, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, and stearic acid. The tablets are coated with Aquarius Prime which contains FD&C yellow 6, hydroxypropylcellulose, hypromellose, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ustekinumab-aekn is a human interleukin-12 and -23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of. Adult patients with: 1 moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy. (1.1), 2 active psoriatic arthritis (PsA). (1.2), 3 moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease (CD). (1.3), 4 moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. (1.4).",
"Description": "Ustekinumab-aekn, a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody, is a human interleukin-12 and -23 antagonist. Using DNA recombinant technology, ustekinumab-aekn is produced in a murine cell line (Sp2/0). The manufacturing process contains steps for the clearance of viruses. Ustekinumab-aekn is comprised of 1326 amino acids and has an estimated molecular mass that ranges from 148,079 to 149,690 Daltons. Ustekinumab-aekn injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear and colorless to slightly yellow solution free of visible particles with pH of 5.7 to 6.3. Ustekinumab-aekn for Subcutaneous Use. Available as 45 mg of ustekinumab-aekn in 0.5 mL and 90 mg of ustekinumab-aekn in 1 mL, supplied as a sterile solution in a single-dose prefilled syringe with a 29-gauge fixed 1/2 inch needle and as 45 mg of ustekinumab-aekn in 0.5 mL in a single-dose borosilicate Type I glass vial with a rubber stopper. Not made with natural rubber latex. Each 0.5 mL prefilled syringe or vial delivers 45 mg ustekinumab-aekn, histidine (0.122 mg), L-histidine monohydrochloride monohydrate (0.507 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.02 mg), sucrose (38 mg) and water for injection (q.s). Each 1 mL prefilled syringe delivers 90 mg ustekinumab-aekn, histidine (0.243 mg), L-histidine monohydrochloride monohydrate (1.013 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.04 mg), sucrose (76 mg) and water for injection (q.s). Ustekinumab-aekn for Intravenous Infusion. Available as 130 mg of ustekinumab-aekn in 26 mL, supplied as a single-dose borosilicate type I glass vial with a rubber stopper. "IndicationAndUsage": "AMJEVITA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: : 1 Reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. (1.1), 2 Reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. (1.3), 4 Reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis. (1.4), 5 Treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn's disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 Treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients. (1.6)Limitations of Use: Effectiveness has not been established in patients who have lost response to or were intolerant to TNF blockers., 7 Treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate. "Description": "Adalimumab-atto is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-atto is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-atto is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. AMJEVITA® (adalimumab-atto) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled SureClick autoinjector, or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Enclosed within the autoinjector is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of AMJEVITA is clear, colorless to slightly yellow, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (1.7 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (67 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with glacial acetic acid (0.48 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (72 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (0.9 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (34 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 20 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.4 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with glacial acetic acid (0.24 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (36 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2.
