"IndicationAndUsage": "Quetiapine tablets are an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of: 1 Schizophrenia (1.1), 2 Bipolar I disorder manic episodes (1.2), 3 Bipolar disorder, depressive episodes (1.2).",
"Description": "Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-Dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)-ethoxy] ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is (C21H25N3O2S)2. C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.1 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is. Quetiapine fumarate USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is sparingly soluble in 0.1N hydrochloric acid, slightly soluble in water, in anhydrous ethanol and in methanol. Quetiapine tablets USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, peach), 50 mg (round, white), 100 mg (round, yellow), 200 mg (round, white), 300 mg (capsule-shaped, white), and 400 mg (capsule-shaped, yellow) tablets. Inactive ingredients are dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, sodium starch glycolate and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg tablets contain red iron oxide and yellow iron oxide and the 100 mg and 400 mg tablets contain only yellow iron oxide. Each 25 mg tablet contains 28.78 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 25 mg quetiapine. Each 50 mg tablet contains 57.56 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine. Each 100 mg tablet contains 115.13 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 100 mg quetiapine. Each 200 mg tablet contains 230.24 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 200 mg quetiapine. Each 300 mg tablet contains 345.36 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 300 mg quetiapine. Each 400 mg tablet contains 460.48 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 400 mg quetiapine."

"IndicationAndUsage": "To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim oral suspension and other antibacterial drugs, sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim oral suspension should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria. When culture and susceptibility information are available, they should be considered in selecting or modifying antibacterial therapy. In the absence of such data, local epidemiology and susceptibility patterns may contribute to empiric selection of therapy.",
"Description": "Sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim is a synthetic antibacterial combination product containing 200 mg sulfamethoxazole and 40 mg trimethoprim per 5 mL for oral administration. Sulfamethoxazole is N1-(5-methyl-3-isoxazolyl)sulfanilamide; the molecular formula is C10H11N3O3S. It is an almost white, odorless, tasteless compound with a molecular weight of 253.28 and the following structural formula is. Trimethoprim is 2,4-diamino-5-(3,4,5- trimethoxybenzyl) pyrimidine; the molecular formula is C14H18N4O3. It is a white to light yellow, odorless, bitter compound with a molecular weight of 290.3 and. It has the following structural formula is. Inactive ingredients: alcohol 0.26%, methylparaben 0.1% and sodium benzoate 0.1% (added as preservatives), carboxymethylcellulose sodium, citric acid (anhydrous), glycerin, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, purified water, saccharin sodium, and sorbitol. The light purple, grape flavored suspension contains the following additional inactive ingredients: FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Blue No. 1 and natural and artificial grape flavor. The pink, cherry flavored suspension contains the following additional inactive ingredients: FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 6 and artificial cherry flavor."

"IndicationAndUsage": "INVIRASE in combination with ritonavir and other antiretroviral agents is indicated for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults (over the age of 16 years). The following points should be considered when initiating therapy with INVIRASE/ritonavir: 1 – The twice daily administration of INVIRASE in combination with ritonavir is supported by safety data from the MaxCmin 1 trial [see Adverse Reactions (6.1)] and pharmacokinetic data [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.3)]., 2 – The efficacy of INVIRASE with ritonavir has not been compared against the efficacy of antiretroviral regimens currently considered standard of care., 3 – The number of baseline primary protease inhibitor mutations affects the virologic response to INVIRASE/ritonavir.",
"Description": "INVIRASE brand of saquinavir mesylate is an inhibitor of the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) protease. The chemical name for saquinavir mesylate is N-tert-butyl-decahydro-2-[2(R)-hydroxy-4-phenyl-3(S)-[[N-(2-quinolylcarbonyl)-L-asparaginyl]amino]butyl]-(4aS,8aS)-isoquinoline-3(S)-carboxamide methanesulfonate with a molecular formula C38H50N6O5∙CH4O3S and a molecular weight of 766.96. The molecular weight of the free base is 670.86. Saquinavir mesylate has the following structural formula. Saquinavir mesylate is a white to off-white, very fine powder with an aqueous solubility of 2.22 mg per mL at 25°C. INVIRASE tablets are available as light orange to greyish- or brownish-orange, oval cylindrical, biconvex film-coated tablet for oral administration in 500-mg strength (as saquinavir free base). Each tablet also contains the inactive ingredients lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K30, croscarmellose sodium, and magnesium stearate. Each film coat contains hypromellose, titanium dioxide, talc, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red, and triacetin."

It possesses an asymmetric carbon atom in its structure and is provided as a racemic mixture. The S(-) enantiomer is responsible for most of the beta-blocking activity. Its molecular formula is (C18H31NO4)2C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 766.97. Its structural formula is. Bisoprolol fumarate, USP is a white crystalline powder, approximately equally hydrophilic and lipophilic, and readily soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, and chloroform. Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) is 6-Chloro-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine-7-sulfonamide 1,1-dioxide. It is a white, or practically white, practically odorless crystalline powder. It is slightly soluble in water, sparingly soluble in dilute sodium hydroxide solution, freely soluble in n-butylamine and dimethylformamide, sparingly soluble in methanol, and insoluble in ether, chloroform, and dilute mineral acids. Its molecular formula is C7H8ClN3O4S2 and it has a molecular weight of 297.73. Its structural formula is. Each bisoprolol fumarate and hydrochlorothiazide tablet, for oral administration, contains one of the following combinations of bisoprolol fumarate/hydrochlorothiazide: 2.5 mg/6.25 mg, 5 mg/6.25 mg or 10 mg/6.25 mg. "Description": "Idarucizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody fragment (Fab) derived from an IgG1 isotype molecule, whose target is the direct thrombin inhibitor dabigatran. Using recombinant expression technology, idarucizumab is produced in a well characterized recombinant (mammalian) CHO cell line and is purified using standard technology. Idarucizumab is composed of a light chain of 219 amino acids and a heavy chain fragment of 225 amino acids, covalently linked together by one disulfide bond between cysteine 225 of the heavy chain fragment and cysteine 219 of the light chain, and has an estimated molecular mass of approximately 47,766 Daltons. PRAXBIND (idarucizumab) is a sterile, preservative-free, colorless to slightly yellow, clear to slightly opalescent solution for intravenous administration. PRAXBIND (idarucizumab) is supplied in 2 single-dose vials, each containing 2.5 g of idarucizumab in 50 mL formulated as a buffered, isotonic, solution containing acetic acid glacial (10.05 mg), polysorbate 20 (10 mg), sodium acetate (88.82 mg), sorbitol (2004.20 mg), and water for injection with an osmolality of 270-330 mOsm/kg and a pH of 5.3-5.7."

"Description": "Bisoprolol fumarate and hydrochlorothiazide tablets, USP are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It combines two antihypertensive agents in a once-daily dosage: a synthetic beta 1-selective (cardioselective) adrenoceptor blocking agent (bisoprolol fumarate) and a benzothiadiazine diuretic (hydrochlorothiazide). Bisoprolol fumarate is chemically described as (±)-1-[4-[[2-(1-methylethoxy)ethoxy]methyl] phenoxy]-3-[(1-methylethyl)amino]-2-propanol( E)-2-butenedioate (2:1) (salt). It possesses an asymmetric carbon atom in its structure and is provided as a racemic mixture. The S(-) enantiomer is responsible for most of the beta-blocking activity. It is a white or almost white, slightly hygroscopic powder which is approximately equally hydrophilic and lipophilic. It is very soluble in water and in methanol; freely soluble in glacial acetic acid, chloroform and in alcohol; and slightly soluble in acetone. Bisoprolol fumarate tablets, USP is available as 5 mg and 10 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive ingredients include colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, dibasic calcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, pregelatinized starch and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 5 mg tablets also contain iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP."

The Matrix-M adjuvant is composed of Fraction-A (42.5 mcg) and Fraction-C (7.5 mcg) of saponin extracts from the soapbark tree, Quillaja saponaria Molina. The rS protein is produced by recombinant DNA technology using a baculovirus expression system in the Sf9 insect cell line that is derived from the Spodoptera frugiperda species.
