"IndicationAndUsage": "Doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome injection is an anthracycline topoisomerase inhibitor indicated for:. Ovarian cancer. After failure of platinum-based chemotherapy ( 1.1). AIDS-related Kaposi’s Sarcoma. After failure of prior systemic chemotherapy or intolerance to such therapy ( 1.2) . Multiple Myeloma. In combination with bortezomib in patients who have not previously received bortezomib and have received at least one prior therapy ( 1.3) .",
"Description": "The active ingredient in doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome injection is doxorubicin hydrochloride, USP, an anthracycline topoisomerase inhibitor, that is encapsulated in PEGYLATED liposomes for intravenous use. The chemical name of doxorubicin hydrochloride, USP is (8S,10S)-10-[(3-amino-2,3,6-trideoxy-α-L-lyxo-hexopyranosyl)oxy]-8-glycolyl-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,8,11-trihydroxy-1-methoxy-5,12-naphthacenedione hydrochloride. The molecular formula is C 27-H 29-NO 11HCl; its molecular weight is 579.99. The structural formula is:. Doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome injection is a sterile, translucent, red liposomal dispersion. Each vial contains 20 mg or 50 mg doxorubicin hydrochloride, USP at a concentration of 2 mg/mL (equivalent to 1.87 mg/mL of doxorubicin) and a pH of 6.5. The PEGYLATED liposome carriers are composed of cholesterol, 3.19 mg/mL; fully hydrogenated soy phosphatidylcholine (HSPC), 9.58 mg/mL; and N-(carbonyl-methoxypolyethylene glycol 2000)-1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine sodium salt (MPEG-DSPE), 3.19 mg/mL. Each mL also contains ammonium sulfate, approximately 0.6 mg; histidine as a buffer; hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide for pH control; and sucrose to maintain isotonicity. Greater than 90% of the drug is encapsulated in the PEGYLATED liposomes. MPEG-DSPE has the following structural formula. n=ca. 45. HSPC has the following structural formula. m,n=14 or 16. Representation of a PEGYLATED liposome."

"Description": "Methadone hydrochloride oral concentrate, USP contains methadone, an opioid agonist. Each mL for oral administration contains 10 mg methadone hydrochloride, USP. Methadone hydrochloride is chemically described as 6-(dimethylamino)-4,4-diphenyl-3-hepatanone hydrochloride. Methadone hydrochloride, USP is a white powder that is water soluble. Its molecular formula is C21H27NOHCl and it has a molecular weight of 345.91. Methadone hydrochloride has a melting point of 235°C, and a pKa of 8.25 in water at 20°C. Its octanol/water partition coefficient at pH 7.4 is 117. A solution (1:100) in water has a pH between 4.5 and 6.5. It has the following structural formula. Each mL of the unflavored liquid concentrate, for oral administration, contains 10 mg of methadone hydrochloride, USP. The inactive ingredients are: citric acid, sodium benzoate and water. Each mL of the cherry flavored liquid concentrate, for oral administration, contains 10 mg of methadone hydrochloride, USP. The inactive ingredients are: citric acid, cherry pistachio flavor, D&C Red #33, FD&C Red #40, glycerin, propylene glycol, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sorbitol solution, sucrose and water."

"Description": "Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP is an antispasmodic and anticholinergic (antimuscarinic) agent available as. Dicyclomine hydrochloride tablets, USP for oral use containing 20 mg dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP. Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP 20 mg tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: Anhydrous Lactose, FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, Lactose Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, and Microcrystalline Cellulose. Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP is [bicyclohexyl]-1-carboxylic acid, 2-(diethylamino) ethyl ester, hydrochloride, with a molecular formula of C19H35NO2HCl and the following structural formula. Molecular weight: 345.95. Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP occurs as a fine, white, crystalline, practically odorless powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol and chloroform, and very slightly soluble in ether."

Methadone hydrochloride is chemically described as 6-(dimethylamino)-4,4-diphenyl-3-heptanone hydrochloride. Methadone hydrochloride USP is a fine white powder. It is very soluble in water, soluble in isopropanol and in chloroform, and practically insoluble in ether and in glycerine. It is present in DISKETS Dispersible Tablets as the racemic mixture. Methadone hydrochloride has a melting point of 235°C, a pKa of 8.25 in water at 20°C, a solution (1 part per 100) pH between 4.5 and 6.5, a partition coefficient of 117 at pH 7.4 in octanol/water and a molecular weight of 345.91. Its molecular formula is C21H27NOHCl and its structural formula is. Each DISKETS Dispersible Tablet contains 40 mg of methadone hydrochloride USP and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose 101, orange lake blend, orange/pineapple flavor, potassium phosphate monobasic, pregelatinized starch and stearic acid. "IndicationAndUsage": "Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of: 1 Schizophrenia (1.1), 2 Bipolar I disorder manic episodes (1.2), 3 Bipolar disorder, depressive episodes (1.2).",
"Description": "Quetiapine tablets, USP are an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. The structural formula is. C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 M.W. 883.11 (fumarate salt). Quetiapine fumarate, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is moderately soluble in water. Quetiapine tablets, USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, light orange), 50 mg (round, white to off-white), 100 mg (round, light orange), 200 mg (round, white to off-white), 300 mg (capsule-shaped, pale yellow), and 400 mg (capsule-shaped, white to off-white) tablets. Inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Additionally, the 25 mg, 100 mg, and 300 mg tablets contain iron oxide yellow; the 25 mg and 100 mg tablets contain FD&C Yellow No. 6/Sunset Yellow FCF/Aluminum Lake; and the 50 mg, 200 mg, and 400 mg tablets contain polydextrose and polyethylene glycol. Each 25 mg tablet contains 28.78 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 25 mg quetiapine. Each 50 mg tablet contains 57.57 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine.
