"IndicationAndUsage": "Tofacitinib is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. Tofacitinib oral solution is indicated for the treatment of pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with: 1 Active psoriatic arthritis (PsA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers., 2 Active polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pcJIA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers.",
"Description": "Tofacitinib oral solution is formulated with the citrate salt of tofacitinib, a JAK inhibitor. Tofacitinib citrate is a white to off-white powder with the following chemical name: (3R,4R)-4-methyl-3-(methyl-7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-ß-oxo-1- piperidinepropanenitrile, 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propanetricarboxylate (1:1). The solubility of tofacitinib citrate in water is 2.9 mg/mL. Tofacitinib citrate has a molecular weight of 504.5 Daltons (or 312.4 Daltons as the tofacitinib free base) and a molecular formula of C16H20N6OC6H8O7. The chemical structure of tofacitinib citrate is. Tofacitinib oral solution is supplied for oral administration as a 1 mg/mL clear, colorless solution. Each 1 mL contains 1 mg of tofacitinib (equivalent to 1.62 mg of tofacitinib citrate) and the following inactive ingredients: grape flavor (natural & artificial), hydrochloric acid, purified water, sodium acetate trihydrate, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxide, sucralose and tartaric acid."

"Description": "Tetrabenazine tablet is a monoamine depletor for oral administration. The molecular weight of tetrabenazine is 317.42. Tetrabenazine is a hexahydro-dimethoxybenzoquinolizine derivative and has the following chemical name: 1,3,4,6,7,11b-Hexahydro-9,10-dimethoxy-3-(2-methylpropyl)-2H-benzo[a]quinolizin-2-one. The empirical formula C19H27NO3 is represented by the following structural formula:. Tetrabenazine is off-white to pale yellow powder that is soluble in chloroform and sparingly soluble in methanol. Each tetrabenazine tablet contains either 12.5 or 25 mg of tetrabenazine as the active ingredient. Tetrabenazine tablets contain tetrabenazine as the active ingredient and the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch, sodium stearyl fumarate and talc. The 25 mg strength tablet also contains ferric oxide yellow as an inactive ingredient. The botanical source for pregelatinized starch is corn starch. Tetrabenazine tablets are supplied as yellowish-buff scored tablet containing 25 mg of tetrabenazine or as a white to off white non-scored tablet containing 12.5 mg of tetrabenazine."

Tetrabenazine tablets contain tetrabenazine as the active ingredient and the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch, sodium stearyl fumarate and talc. The 25 mg strength tablet also contains ferric oxide yellow as an inactive ingredient. The botanical source for pregelatinized starch is corn starch. Tetrabenazine tablets are supplied as yellowish-buff scored tablet containing 25 mg of tetrabenazine or as a white to off white non-scored tablet containing 12.5 mg of tetrabenazine."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Acyclovir is indicated for the acute treatment of herpes zoster (shingles).",
"Description": "Acyclovir is a synthetic nucleoside analogue active against herpesviruses. Each capsule, for oral administration, contains 200 mg of acyclovir. In addition, each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate and sodium lauryl sulfate. The capsule shell consists of gelatin, FD&C blue No. 1, D&C red No. 28, D&C red No. 33 and titanium dioxide. Printed with edible black ink that contains FD&C blue No. 1, FD&C blue No. 2, FD&C red No. 40 and D&C yellow No. 10. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 400 mg or 800 mg of acyclovir. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch and sodium starch glycolate. The 400 mg tablets also contain FD&C blue No. 2. Acyclovir is a white to off-white, crystalline powder. The maximum solubility in water at 37°C is 2.5 mg/mL. The pka’s of acyclovir are 2.27 and 9.25. Ondansetron hydrochloride USP (dihydrate) is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water and normal saline. Ondansetron tablets, USP for oral administration contain ondansetron hydrochloride USP (dihydrate) equivalent to 4 mg or 8 mg or 24 mg of ondansetron. "IndicationAndUsage": "Oxycodone hydrochloride (HCl) tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, even at recommended doses [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve oxycodone HCl tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics or opioid combination products). Have not been tolerated or are not expected to be tolerated, Have not provided adequate analgesia or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia.",
"Description": "Oxycodone HCl tablets, USP contains oxycodone, an opioid agonist. Each tablet for oral administration contains 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg or 30 mg, of oxycodone hydrochloride, USP. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP is a white, odorless crystalline powder derived from the opium alkaloid, thebaine. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP dissolves in water (1 g in 6 to 7 mL) and is considered slightly soluble in alcohol (octanol water partition coefficient is 0.7). Chemically, oxycodone hydrochloride, USP is 4, 5α-epoxy-14-hydroxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one hydrochloride and has the following structural formula. [formula]. "IndicationAndUsage": "Mexiletine Hydrochloride Capsules USP are indicated for the treatment of documented ventricular arrhythmias, such as sustained ventricular tachycardia, that, in the judgment of the physician, are life- threatening. Because of the proarrhythmic effects of mexiletine, its use with lesser arrhythmias is generally not recommended. Treatment of patients with asymptomatic ventricular premature contractions should be avoided. Initiation of mexiletine treatment, as with other antiarrhythmic agents used to treat life-threatening arrhythmias, should be carried out in the hospital. Antiarrhythmic drugs have not been shown to enhance survival in patients with ventricular arrhythmias.",
"Description": "Mexiletine hydrochloride USP is an orally active antiarrhythmic agent. It is a white to off-white crystalline powder with slightly bitter taste, freely soluble in water and in alcohol. Mexiletine hydrochloride USP has a pKa of 9.2. The chemical name of mexiletine hydrochloride USP is 1- methyl-2-(2,6-xylyloxy)ethylamine hydrochloride and its structural formula is. C11H17NOHCl M.W. 215.72. Each capsule for oral administration, contains 150 mg, 200 mg, or 250 mg of mexiletine hydrochloride USP. One hundred milligrams (100 mg) of mexiletine hydrochloride USP is equivalent to 83.31 mg of mexiletine base. In addition, each capsule contains the following excipients: colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and modified corn starch. The capsule shell contains: gelatin and titanium dioxide. The imprinting inks contain: ammonium hydroxide, propylene glycol and shellac. The 150 mg imprinting ink also contains black iron oxide and potassium hydroxide. The 200 mg imprinting ink also contains FD&C Blue #1. The 250 mg imprint ink also contains FD&C Red #3 and potassium hydroxide."

Lanthanum carbonate is described as white to off-white powder. Lanthanum carbonate is soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and practically insoluble in water. Each lanthanum carbonate chewable tablets, white to off-white, chewable tablet contains lanthanum carbonate dihydrate equivalent to 500, 750 or 1,000 mg of elemental lanthanum and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, dextrates, hydroxy propyl cellulose, magnesium stearate and talc."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Intramuscular. Where oral therapy is not feasible, injectable corticosteroid therapy, including triamcinolone acetonide injectable suspension is indicated for intramuscularuseas follows:. Allergic states:Control of severe or incapacitating allergic conditions intractable to adequate trials of conventional treatment in asthma, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, drug hypersensitivity reactions, perennial or seasonal allergic rhinitis, serum sickness, transfusion reactions. Dermatologic diseases:Bullous dermatitis herpetiformis, exfoliative erythroderma, mycosis fungoides, pemphigus, severe erythema multiforme (Stevens-Johnson syndrome). Endocrine disorders:Primary or secondary adrenocortical insufficiency (hydrocortisone or cortisone is the drug of choice; synthetic analogs may be used in conjunction with mineralocorticoids where applicable; in infancy, mineralocorticoid supplementation is of particular importance), congenital adrenal hyperplasia, hypercalcemia associated with cancer, nonsuppurative thyroiditis. Gastrointestinal diseases:To tide the patient over a critical period of the disease in regional enteritis and ulcerative colitis. Hematologic disorders:Acquired (autoimmune) hemolytic anemia, Diamond-Blackfan anemia, pure red cell aplasia, selected cases of secondary thrombocytopenia. Miscellaneous:Trichinosis with neurologic or myocardial involvement, tuberculous meningitis with subarachnoid block or impending block when used with appropriate antituberculous chemotherapy. Neoplastic diseases:For the palliative management of leukemias and lymphomas. Nervous system:Acute exacerbations of multiple sclerosis; cerebral edema associated with primary or metastatic brain tumor or craniotomy. Ophthalmic diseases:Sympathetic ophthalmia, temporal arteritis, uveitis and ocular inflammatory conditions unresponsive to topical corticosteroids. Renal diseases:To induce diuresis or remission of proteinuria in idiopathic nephrotic syndrome or that due to lupus erythematosus. Respiratory diseases:Berylliosis, fulminating or disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis when used concurrently with appropriate antituberculous chemotherapy, idiopathic eosinophilic pneumonias, symptomatic sarcoidosis. Rheumatic disorders:As adjunctive therapy for short-term administration (to tide the patient over an acute episode or exacerbation) in acute gouty arthritis; acute rheumatic carditis; ankylosing spondylitis; psoriatic arthritis; rheumatoid arthritis, including juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (selected cases may require low-dose maintenance therapy). For the treatment of dermatomyositis, polymyositis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Intra-Articular. The intra-articular or soft tissue administrationof triamcinolone acetonide injectable suspension is indicated as adjunctive therapy for short-term administration (to tide the patient over an acute episode or exacerbation) in acute gouty arthritis, acute and subacute bursitis, acute nonspecific tenosynovitis, epicondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, synovitis of osteoarthritis.",
"Description": "Triamcinolone acetonide injectable suspension, USP is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory action. THIS FORMULATION IS SUITABLE FOR INTRAMUSCULAR AND INTRA-ARTICULAR USE ONLY. THIS FORMULATION IS NOT FOR INTRADERMAL INJECTION. Each mL of the sterile aqueous suspension provides 40 mg triamcinolone acetonide, USP, with 0.65% sodium chloride for isotonicity, 0.99% (w/v) benzyl alcohol as a preservative, 0.75% carboxymethylcellulose sodium, and 0.04% polysorbate 80 in an aqueous suspension. Sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid may be present to adjust pH to 5.0 to 7.5. At the time of manufacture, the air in the container is replaced by nitrogen. The chemical name for triamcinolone acetonide is 9-Fluoro-11β,16α,17,21-tetrahydroxypregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione cyclic 16,17-acetal with acetone. Its structural formula is. MW 434.50. Triamcinolone acetonide, USP occurs as a white to cream-colored, crystalline powder having not more than a slight odor and is practically insoluble in water and very soluble in alcohol."

"Description": "Prucalopride tablets for oral use contain prucalopride succinate, a dihydrobenzofurancarboxamide that is a serotonin type 4 (5-HT4) receptor agonist. The IUPAC name is: 4-amino-5-chloro-N-[1-(3-methoxypropyl)piperidin-4-yl]-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-7-carboxamide succinate. The molecular formula is C18H26ClN3O3.C4H6O4 and the molecular weight is 485.96. The structural formula is. Prucalopride succinate is a white to almost white powder. It is highly soluble in acidic aqueous media and alkaline aqueous media up to a pH of approximately 9. Each 1-mg film-coated tablet of prucalopride contains 1 mg of prucalopride (equivalent to 1.32 mg prucalopride succinate), and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The coating for the 1-mg tablet contains hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, polyethylene glycol 4000, titanium dioxide, and triacetin.
