"Description": "Ravulizumab-cwvz, a complement inhibitor, is a humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) produced in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. Ravulizumab-cwvz consists of 2 identical 448 amino acid heavy chains and 2 identical 214 amino acid light chains and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kDa. The constant regions of ravulizumab-cwvz include the human kappa light chain constant region, and the protein engineered \"IgG2/4\" heavy chain constant region. The heavy chain CH1 domain, hinge region, and the first 5 amino acids of the CH2 domain match the human IgG2 amino acid sequence, residues 6 to 36 in the CH2 region (common to both human IgG2 and IgG4 amino acid sequences), while the remainder of the CH2 domain and the CH3 domain match the human IgG4 amino acid sequence. The heavy and light chain variable regions that form the human C5 binding site consist of human framework regions grafted to murine complementarity-determining regions. ULTOMIRIS (ravulizumab-cwvz) injection is a sterile, translucent, clear to yellowish color, preservative-free solution for intravenous use. Each single-dose vial contains 300 mg or 1,100 mg ravulizumab-cwvz at a concentration of 100 mg/mL with a pH of 7.4. Each mL also contains L-arginine (4.33 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.5 mg) (vegetable origin), sodium phosphate dibasic (4.42 mg), sodium phosphate monobasic (4.57 mg), sucrose (50 mg), and Water for Injection, USP."

"Description": "Levofloxacin USP are synthetic antibacterial agents for oral administration. Chemically, levofloxacin, a chiral fluorinated carboxyquinolone, is the pure (-)-(S)-enantiomer of the racemic drug substance ofloxacin. The chemical name is (--(S)-9-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-3-methyl-10-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-7-oxo-7H-pyrido[1,2,3-de]-1,4-benzoxazine-6-carboxylic acid hemihydrate.Figure 1: The Chemical Structure of Levofloxacin. The empirical formula is C18H20FN3O4 ½ H2O and the molecular weight is 370.38. Levofloxacin USP is a light yellowish-white to yellow-white crystal or crystalline powder. The molecule exists as a zwitterion at the pH conditions in the small intestine. The data demonstrate that from pH 0.6 to 5.8, the solubility of levofloxacin, USP is essentially constant (approximately 100 mg/mL). Levofloxacin USP is considered soluble to freely soluble in this pH range, as defined by USP nomenclature. Above pH 5.8, the solubility increases rapidly to its maximum at pH 6.7 (272 mg/mL) and is considered freely soluble in this range. Above pH 6.7, the solubility decreases and reaches a minimum value (about 50 mg/mL) at a pH of approximately 6.9. Levofloxacin USP has the potential to form stable coordination compounds with many metal ions. This in vitro chelation potential has the following formation order: Al +3 >Cu +2 >Zn +2 >Mg +2 >Ca +2 . Levofloxacin USP is available as film-coated tablets and contain the following inactive ingredients: 1 250 mg (as expressed in the anhydrous form): hypromellose, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, polysorbate 80 and synthetic red iron oxide., 2 500 mg (as expressed in the anhydrous form): hypromellose, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, polysorbate 80 and synthetic red and yellow iron oxides., 3 750 mg (as expressed in the anhydrous form): hypromellose, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, polysorbate 80."

"IndicationAndUsage": "XYNTHA, Antihemophilic Factor (Recombinant), is indicated for use in adults and children with hemophilia A (congenital factor VIII deficiency) for: 1 On-demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes, 2 Perioperative management, 3 Routine prophylaxis to reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in XYNTHA, Antihemophilic Factor (Recombinant), is a recombinant antihemophilic factor (rAHF), also called coagulation factor VIII, which is produced by recombinant DNA technology. It is secreted by a genetically engineered Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line. The cell line is grown in a chemically defined cell culture medium that contains recombinant insulin, but does not contain any materials derived from human or animal sources. The rAHF in XYNTHA is a purified glycoprotein, with an approximate molecular mass of 170 kDa consisting of 1,438 amino acids, which does not contain the B-domain.13 The amino acid sequence of the rAHF is comparable to the 90 + 80 kDa form of human coagulation factor VIII. The purification process uses a series of chromatography steps, one of which is based on affinity chromatography using a patented synthetic peptide affinity ligand.14 The process also includes a solvent-detergent viral inactivation step and a virus-retaining nanofiltration step. The potency expressed in International Units (IU) is determined using the chromogenic assay of the European Pharmacopoeia. The Wyeth manufacturing reference standard for potency has been calibrated against the World Health Organization (WHO) International Standard for factor VIII activity using the one-stage clotting assay. The specific activity of XYNTHA is 5,500 to 9,900 IU per milligram of protein. XYNTHA is formulated as a sterile, nonpyrogenic, no preservative, lyophilized powder preparation for intravenous injection. Each single-use prefilled dual-chamber syringe (named XYNTHA SOLOFUSE) contains nominally 250, 500, 1000, 2000, or 3000 IU of XYNTHA. Upon reconstitution, the product is a clear to slightly opalescent, colorless solution that contains sodium chloride, sucrose, L-histidine, calcium chloride and polysorbate 80."

"IndicationAndUsage": "THIS IS NOT AN INNOCUOUS DRUG. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE TREATMENT OF ASYMPTOMATIC HYPERURICEMIA. Allopurinol reduces serum and urinary uric acid concentrations. Its use should be individualized for each patient and requires an understanding of its mode of action and pharmacokinetics (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY, CONTRAINDICATIONS, WARNINGS, and PRECAUTIONS). Allopurinol is indicated in: 1 the management of patients with signs and symptoms of primary or secondary gout (acute attacks, tophi, joint destruction, uric acid lithiasis and/or nephropathy)., 2 the management of patients with leukemia, lymphoma and malignancies who are receiving cancer therapy which causes elevations of serum and urinary uric acid levels. Treatment with allopurinol should be discontinued when the potential for overproduction of uric acid is no longer present., 3 the management of patients with recurrent calcium oxalate calculi whose daily uric acid excretion exceeds 800 mg/day in male patients and 750 mg/day in female patients. Therapy in such patients should be carefully assessed initially and reassessed periodically to determine in each case that treatment is beneficial and that the benefits outweigh the risks.",
"Description": "Allopurinol has the following structural formula. Allopurinol is known chemically as 1,5-dihydro-4 H-pyrazolo [3,4- d]pyrimidin-4-one.
Ravulizumab-cwvz, a complement inhibitor, is a humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) produced in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. Ravulizumab-cwvz consists of 2 identical 448 amino acid heavy chains and 2 identical 214 amino acid light chains and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kDa. The constant regions of ravulizumab-cwvz include the human kappa light chain constant region, and the protein engineered "IgG2/4" heavy chain constant region.
Levofloxacin USP are synthetic antibacterial agents for oral administration. Levofloxacin USP is available as film-coated tablets and contain the following inactive ingredients: 1 250 mg (as expressed in the anhydrous form): hypromellose, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, polysorbate 80 and synthetic red iron oxide., 2 500 mg (as expressed in the anhydrous form): hypromellose, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, polysorbate 80 and synthetic red and yellow iron oxides., 3 750 mg (as expressed in the anhydrous form): hypromellose, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, polysorbate 80.

<IndicationAndUsage>XYNTHA, Antihemophilic Factor (Recombinant), is indicated for use in adults and children with hemophilia A (congenital factor VIII deficiency) for: 1 On-demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes, 2 Perioperative management, 3 Routine prophylaxis to reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes.</IndicationAndUsage>

The active ingredient in XYNTHA, Antihemophilic Factor (Recombinant), is a recombinant antihemophilic factor (rAHF), also called coagulation factor VIII, which is produced by recombinant DNA technology. Upon reconstitution, the product is a clear to slightly opalescent, colorless solution that contains sodium chloride, sucrose, L-histidine, calcium chloride and polysorbate 80.

<IndicationAndUsage>THIS IS NOT AN INNOCUOUS DRUG. Therapy in such patients should be carefully assessed initially and reassessed periodically to determine in each case that treatment is beneficial and that the benefits outweigh the risks.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Therapy with lipid-altering agents should be only one component of multiple risk factor intervention in individuals at significantly increased risk for atherosclerotic vascular disease due to hypercholesterolemia. Drug therapy is recommended as an adjunct to diet when the response to a diet restricted in saturated fat and cholesterol and other nonpharmacologic measures alone has been inadequate. In patients with CHD or multiple risk factors for CHD, atorvastatin calcium tablets can be started simultaneously with diet.</IndicationAndUsage>

Atorvastatin calcium is a synthetic lipid-lowering agent. Atorvastatin is an inhibitor of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase.
