"IndicationAndUsage": "LUPRON DEPOT-PED is indicated for the treatment of pediatric patients with central precocious puberty (CPP).",
"Description": "LUPRON DEPOT-PED contains active ingredient, leuprolide, in the form of acetate salt, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist. It is a synthetic nonapeptide analog of naturally occurring gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH or LH-RH). The analog possesses greater potency than the natural hormone. The chemical name of leuprolide acetate is 5-oxo-L-prolyl-L-histidyl-L-tryptophyl-L-seryl-L-tyrosyl-D-leucyl-L-leucyl-L-arginyl-N-ethyl-L-prolinamide acetate, which has molecular formula of C59H84N16O12.(C2H4O2)n, n=1 or 2, with the following structural formula:. LUPRON DEPOT-PED for 1-month administration. LUPRON DEPOT-PED is available in a prefilled dual-chamber single-dose syringe containing sterile lyophilized microsphere powder incorporated in a biodegradable lactic acid/glycolid acid copolymer which, when mixed with diluent, becomes a suspension for intramuscular injection. When mixed with 1 milliliter of accompanying diluent, LUPRON DEPOT-PED for 1-month administration is administered as a single-dose intramuscular injection. The front chamber of LUPRON DEPOT-PED 7.5 mg, 11.25 mg, and 15 mg a prefilled dual-chamber syringe contains leuprolide acetate (7.5 mg equivalent to 6.83-7.15 mg leuprolide / 11.25 mg equivalent to 10.24 – 10.72 mg leuprolide / 15 mg equivalent to 13.65 – 14.30 mg leuprolide), purified gelatin (1.3/1.95/2.6 mg), DL-lactic and glycolic acids copolymer (66.2/99.3/132.4 mg), and D-mannitol (13.2/19.8/26.4 mg). "Description": "LUPRON DEPOT-PED contains active ingredient, leuprolide, in the form of acetate salt, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist. It is a synthetic nonapeptide analog of naturally occurring gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH or LH-RH). The analog possesses greater potency than the natural hormone. The chemical name of leuprolide acetate is 5-oxo-L-prolyl-L-histidyl-L-tryptophyl-L-seryl-L-tyrosyl-D-leucyl-L-leucyl-L-arginyl-N-ethyl-L-prolinamide acetate, which has molecular formula of C59H84N16O12.(C2H4O2)n, n=1 or 2, with the following structural formula:. "Description": "Temozolomide is an alkylating drug. The chemical name of temozolomide is 3,4-dihydro-3-methyl-4-oxoimidazo[5,1-d]-as-tetrazine-8-carboxamide. The structural formula of temozolomide is. The material is a white to light tan or light pink powder with a molecular formula of C6H6N6O2 and a molecular weight of 194.15. The molecule is stable at acidic pH (<5) and labile at pH >7; hence TEMODAR can be administered orally and intravenously. The prodrug, temozolomide, is rapidly hydrolyzed to the active 5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl) imidazole-4-carboxamide (MTIC) at neutral and alkaline pH values, with hydrolysis taking place even faster at alkaline pH. TEMODAR capsules. TEMODAR (temozolomide) capsules for oral use contains either 5 mg, 20 mg, 100 mg, 140 mg, 180 mg, or 250 mg of temozolomide. "Description": "Temozolomide is an alkylating drug. The chemical name of temozolomide is 3,4-dihydro-3-methyl-4-oxoimidazo[5,1-d]-as-tetrazine-8-carboxamide. The structural formula of temozolomide is. The material is a white to light tan or light pink powder with a molecular formula of C6H6N6O2 and a molecular weight of 194.15. The molecule is stable at acidic pH (<5) and labile at pH >7; hence TEMODAR can be administered orally and intravenously. The prodrug, temozolomide, is rapidly hydrolyzed to the active 5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl) imidazole-4-carboxamide (MTIC) at neutral and alkaline pH values, with hydrolysis taking place even faster at alkaline pH. TEMODAR capsules. TEMODAR (temozolomide) capsules for oral use contains either 5 mg, 20 mg, 100 mg, 140 mg, 180 mg, or 250 mg of temozolomide. The inactive ingredients are as follows: 1 TEMODAR 5 mg: lactose anhydrous (132.8 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.2 mg), sodium starch glycolate (7.5 mg), tartaric acid (1.5 mg), and stearic acid (3 mg)., 2 TEMODAR 20 mg: lactose anhydrous (182.2 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.2 mg), sodium starch glycolate (11 mg), tartaric acid (2.2 mg), and stearic acid (4.4 mg)., 3 TEMODAR 100 mg: lactose anhydrous (175.7 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.3 mg), sodium starch glycolate (15 mg), tartaric acid (3 mg), and stearic acid (6 mg)., 4 TEMODAR 140 mg: lactose anhydrous (246 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.4 mg), sodium starch glycolate (21 mg), tartaric acid (4.2 mg), and stearic acid (8.4 mg)., 5 TEMODAR 180 mg: lactose anhydrous (316.3 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.5 mg), sodium starch glycolate (27 mg), tartaric acid (5.4 mg), and stearic acid (10.8 mg)., 6 TEMODAR 250 mg: lactose anhydrous (154.3 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.7 mg), sodium starch glycolate (22.5 mg), tartaric acid (9 mg), and stearic acid (13.5 mg)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Cromolyn Sodium Oral Solution (Concentrate) 100 mg/5 mL is indicated in the management of patients with mastocytosis. Use of this product has been associated with improvement in diarrhea, flushing, headaches, vomiting, urticaria, abdominal pain, nausea, and itching in some patients.",
"Description": "Each 5 mL ampule of Cromolyn Sodium Oral Solution (Concentrate) contains 100 mg cromolyn sodium, USP, in Water for Injection. Cromolyn sodium is a hygroscopic, white powder having little odor. It may leave a slightly bitter aftertaste. Cromolyn Sodium Oral Solution (Concentrate) 100 mg/5 mL is clear, colorless, and sterile. It is intended for oral use. Chemically, cromolyn sodium is disodium 5,5’-[(2-hydroxytrimethylene)dioxy]bis[4-oxo-4H-1-benzopyran-2-carboxylate]. The molecular formula is C 23H 14Na 2O 11; the molecular weight is 512.34. Its chemical structure is:. Pharmacologic Category: Mast cell stabilizer Therapeutic Category: Antiallergic."

Inactive ingredients: Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Corn Starch, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Hypromellose, Lactose Anhydrous, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Povidone, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Titanium Dioxide."
