"Description": "NOVOSEVEN RT, Coagulation Factor VIIa (Recombinant) is a sterile, white lyophilized powder of recombinant human coagulation factor VIIa (rFVIIa) for reconstitution for intravenous injection. The product is supplied as single‑dose vials containing the following. NOVOSEVEN RT also contains trace amounts of proteins derived from the manufacturing and purification processes such as mouse IgG (maximum of 1.2 ng/mg), bovine IgG (maximum of 30 ng/mg), and protein from BHK-cells and media (maximum of 19 ng/mg). The diluent for reconstitution of NOVOSEVEN RT is a 10 mmol solution of histidine in water for injection and is supplied as a clear colorless solution in a vial or pre-filled diluent syringe. After reconstitution with the appropriate volume of histidine diluent, each vial contains approximately 1 mg/mL NOVOSEVEN RT (corresponding to 1000 micrograms/mL). The reconstituted solution is a clear colorless solution with a pH of approximately 6.0 and contains no preservatives. Recombinant coagulation Factor VIIa (rFVIIa), the active ingredient in NOVOSEVEN RT, is a vitamin K‑dependent glycoprotein consisting of 406 amino acid residues with an approximate molecular mass of 50 kDa). It is structurally similar to endogenous human coagulation factor VIIa. The gene for human coagulation factor VII (FVII) is cloned and expressed in baby hamster kidney cells (BHK cells). Recombinant FVII is secreted into the culture media (containing newborn calf serum) in its single-chain form and then proteolytically converted by autocatalysis to the active two-chain form, rFVIIa, during a chromatographic purification process. The purification process has been demonstrated to remove exogenous viruses (MuLV, SV40, Pox virus, Reovirus, BEV, IBR virus). No human serum or other proteins are used in the production or formulation of NOVOSEVEN RT."

"IndicationAndUsage": "To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of amoxicillin and other antibacterial drugs, amoxicillin should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria. When culture and susceptibility information are available, they should be considered in selecting or modifying antibacterial therapy. In the absence of such data, local epidemiology and susceptibility patterns may contribute to the empiric selection of therapy. Amoxicillin is indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase–negative) strains of the designated microorganisms in the conditions listed below:Infections of the ear, nose, and throat –due to Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic strains only), Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or H. influenzae.Infections of the genitourinary tract – due to E. coli, P. mirabilis, or E. faecalis.Infections of the skin and skin structure – due to Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic strains only), Staphylococcus spp., or E. coli.Infections of the lower respiratory tract due to Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic strains only), S. pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or H. influenzae. Gonorrhea, acute uncomplicated (ano-genital and urethral infections) due to N. gonorrhoeae (males and females). H. pylori eradication to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence. Triple therapy: Amoxicillin /clarithromycin/lansoprazoleAmoxicillin, in combination with clarithromycin plus lansoprazole as triple therapy, is indicated for the treatment of patients with H. pylori infection and duodenal ulcer disease (active or 1-year history of a duodenal ulcer) to eradicate H. pylori. Eradication of H. pylori has been shown to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence. (See CLINICAL STUDIES and DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION.). Dual therapy: Amoxicillin/lansoprazoleAmoxicillin, in combination with lansoprazole delayed-release capsules as dual therapy, is indicated for the treatment of patients with H. pylori infection and duodenal ulcer disease (active or 1-year history of a duodenal ulcer) who are either allergic or intolerant to clarithromycin or in whom resistance to clarithromycin is known or suspected. (See the clarithromycin package insert, MICROBIOLOGY.) Eradication of H. pylori has been shown to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence. (See CLINICAL STUDIES and DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION.). "IndicationAndUsage": "In the treatment of parkinsonism. Rigidity and tremor relieved by the apparently selective depressant action. In the gastrointestinal tract to relieve pylorospasm, hypertonicity of the small intestine and the hypermotility of the colon. To relieve hypertonicity of the uterine muscle. To relax the spasm of biliary and uretered colic and bronchial spasm. To diminish the tone of the detrusor muscle of the urinary bladder in the treatment of urinary tract disorders. To control the crying and laughing episodes in patients with brain lesions. In cases of closed head injuries which cause acetylcholine to be released or to be present in cerebrospinal fluid which in turn causes abnormal EEG patterns, stupor and neurological signs. In the management of peptic ulcer. In anesthesia to control excessive salivation and bronchial secretions. To control rhinorrhea of acute rhinitis or hay fever. As an antidote for pilocarpine, physostigmine, isoflurophate, choline esters, certain species of Aminata and in cases of anticholinesterase insecticide poisoning. In poisoning by the organic phosphate cholinesterase inhibitors found in certain insecticides and by chemical warfare “nerve gases”, large doses of atropine relieve the muscarine-like symptoms and some of the central-nervous-system manifestations. Adults suspected of contact with organic phosphorus insecticides of the parathion type should be given atropine sulfate, 0.8 mg, intramuscularly. If an atropine effect is not apparent within thirty minutes or if definite symptoms of the poisoning occur (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pupillary constriction, pulmonary edema, fasciculations of eyelids and tongue, jerky ocular movements, and excessive sweating, salivation, and bronchial secretion), atropine sulfate, 2 mg, should be given intramuscularly at hourly intervals until signs of atropinization are observed. Up to two or three times this dose (4 to 6 mg) may be required in severe cases. Removing contaminated clothing, washing the skin, and commencing artificial respiration and supportive therapy are also indicated.",
"Description": "Atropine Sulfate Injection, USP is a sterile, isotonic solution of Atropine Sulfate in Water for Injection q.s. Sodium Chloride added for isotonicity. pH adjusted with Sulfuric Acid. Preservative free. Atropine is a white crystalline alkaloid which may be extracted from belladonna root and hyoscyamine or may be produced synthetically. It is used in the form of atropine sulfate because this compound has much greater solubility in water. The structural formula of Atropine is as follows."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Atropine Sulfate Injection, USP, is indicated for temporary blockade of severe or life threatening muscarinic effects, e.g., as an antisialagogue, an antivagal agent, an antidote for organophosphorus or muscarinic mushroom poisoning, and to treat bradyasystolic cardiac arrest.",
"Description": "Atropine Sulfate Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic isotonic solution of atropine sulfate monohydrate in water for injection with sodium chloride sufficient to render the solution isotonic. It is administered parenterally by subcutaneous, intramuscular or intravenous injection. Each milliliter (mL) contains 0.1 mg (adult strength) or 0.05 mg (pediatric strength) of atropine sulfate monohydrate equivalent to 0.083 mg (adult strength) or 0.042 mg (pediatric strength) of atropine, and sodium chloride, 9 mg. May contain sodium hydroxide and/or sulfuric acid for pH adjustment 0.308 mOsmol/mL (calc.). pH (3.0 to 6.5). Sodium chloride added to render the solution isotonic for injection of the active ingredient is present in amounts insufficient to affect serum electrolyte balance of sodium (Na +) and chloride (Cl -) ions. The solution contains no bacteriostat, antimicrobial agent or added buffer (except for pH adjustment) and is intended for use only as a single-dose injection. When smaller doses are required the unused portion should be discarded. Atropine Sulfate, USP is chemically designated 1α H, 5α H-Tropan-3-α-ol (±)-tropate (ester), sulfate (2:1) (salt) monohydrate, (C 17H 23NO 3) 2 ∙ H 2SO 4 ∙ H 2O, colorless crystals or white crystalline powder very soluble in water. It has the following structural formula:. Atropine, a naturally occurring belladonna alkaloid, is a racemic mixture of equal parts of d- and 1-hyocyamine, whose activity is due almost entirely to the levo isomer of the drug. Sodium Chloride, USP is chemically designated NaCl, a white crystalline powder freely soluble in water. The syringe is molded from a specially formulated polypropylene. Water permeates from inside the container at an extremely slow rate which will have an insignificant effect on solution concentration over the expected shelf life. Solutions in contact with the plastic container may leach out certain chemical components from the plastic in very small amounts; however, biological testing was supportive of the safety of the syringe material."

NOVOSEVEN RT, Coagulation Factor VIIa (Recombinant) is a sterile, white lyophilized powder of recombinant human coagulation factor VIIa (rFVIIa) for reconstitution for intravenous injection. No human serum or other proteins are used in the production or formulation of NOVOSEVEN RT.

<IndicationAndUsage>To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of amoxicillin and other antibacterial drugs, amoxicillin should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria. Indicated surgical procedures should be performed.</IndicationAndUsage>

Formulations of amoxicillin capsules contain amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. <IndicationAndUsage>In the treatment of parkinsonism. Removing contaminated clothing, washing the skin, and commencing artificial respiration and supportive therapy are also indicated.</IndicationAndUsage>

Atropine Sulfate Injection, USP is a sterile, isotonic solution of Atropine Sulfate in Water for Injection q.s. The structural formula of Atropine is as follows.

<IndicationAndUsage>Atropine Sulfate Injection, USP, is indicated for temporary blockade of severe or life threatening muscarinic effects, e.g., as an antisialagogue, an antivagal agent, an antidote for organophosphorus or muscarinic mushroom poisoning, and to treat bradyasystolic cardiac arrest.</IndicationAndUsage>

Atropine Sulfate Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic isotonic solution of atropine sulfate monohydrate in water for injection with sodium chloride sufficient to render the solution isotonic. Solutions in contact with the plastic container may leach out certain chemical components from the plastic in very small amounts; however, biological testing was supportive of the safety of the syringe material.

Each mL of fluid contains 0.5 g dextrose, hydrous which delivers 3.4 kcal/gram. The solution has an osmolarity of 2.53 mOsmol/mL (calc.), a pH of 3.2 to 6.5 and may contain sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid for pH adjustment. The solution contains no bacteriostat, antimicrobial agent or added buffer (except for pH adjustment) and is intended only for use as a single-dose injection. When smaller doses are required, the unused portion should be discarded with the entire unit. Dextrose, USP is chemically designated C 6H 12O 6 H 2O (D-glucose monohydrate), a hexose sugar freely soluble in water. Dextrose, hydrous has the following structural formula. Water for Injection, USP is chemically designated H 2O. The syringe is molded from a specially formulated polypropylene. Water permeates from inside the container at an extremely slow rate which will have an insignificant effect on solution concentration over the expected shelf life. Solutions in contact with the plastic container may leach out certain chemical components from the plastic in very small amounts; however, biological testing was supportive of the safety of the syringe material.
