"Description": "Docetaxel is an antineoplastic agent belonging to the taxoid family. It is prepared by semisynthesis beginning with a precursor extracted from the renewable needle biomass of yew plants. The chemical name for docetaxel is (2R,3S)-N-carboxy-3-phenylisoserine,N-tert-butyl ester, 13-ester with 5β-20-epoxy-1,2α,4,7β,10β,13α-hexahydroxytax-11-en-9-one 4-acetate 2-benzoate. Docetaxel has the following structural formula. Docetaxel USP is a white to almost-white crystalline powder with molecular formula of C43H53NO14 and a molecular weight of 808. It is freely soluble in anhydrous ethanol, soluble in methylene chloride and methanol, practically insoluble in water. One-vial Docetaxel Injection USP. Docetaxel injection USP is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, pale yellow to brownish-yellow solution at 20 mg/mL concentration. Each mL contains 20 mg docetaxel (anhydrous) 3 mg citric acid anhydrous in 0.54 grams polysorbate 80 and 0.395 grams dehydrated alcohol solution. The pH of the formulation is 3 to 4.5. Docetaxel injection USP is available in single-dose vials containing 20 mg (1 mL) or 80 mg (4 mL) docetaxel (anhydrous). Docetaxel injection USP requires NO prior dilution with a diluent and is ready to add to the infusion solution."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Methocarbamol tablets, USP are indicated as an adjunct to rest, physical therapy, and other measures for the relief of discomfort associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. The mode of action of methocarbamol has not been clearly identified, but may be related to its sedative properties. Methocarbamol does not directly relax tense skeletal muscles in man.",
"Description": "Methocarbamol tablet, USP, a carbamate derivative of guaifenesin, is a central nervous system (CNS) depressant with sedative and musculoskeletal relaxant properties. The chemical name of methocarbamol is 1,2-Propanediol,3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-,1-Carbamate,(±)-.(or) (±)-3-(o-Methoxyphenoxy)-1,2-Propanediol 1-carbamate and has the empirical formula C11H15NO5. Its molecular weight is 241.24g/mol. The structural formula is shown below. [str]. Methocarbamol is a white powder, sparingly soluble in water and in chloroform, soluble in alcohol (only with heating), insoluble in benzene and in n-hexane. Methocarbamol tablets, USP are available as 500 mg and 750 mg tablets for oral administration. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 500 mg are light orange colored, round shaped film coated tablets debossed with \"G\" above the score line on one side and \"500\" on other side. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 750 mg are light orange colored, caplet shaped film coated tablets debossed with \"G\" on one side and \"750\" on other side. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 500 mg and 750 mg contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, maize starch, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, and stearic acid. The tabets are coated with Aquarius Prime which contains FD&C yellow 6, hydroxypropylcellulose, hypromellose, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets, USP are a muscarinic antagonist indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets, USP are also indicated for the treatment of pediatric patients aged 6 years and older with symptoms of detrusor overactivity associated with a neurological condition (e.g., spina bifida).",
"Description": "Oxybutynin chloride) is an antispasmodic, muscarinic antagonist. Each oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP contains 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg of oxybutynin chloride USP, formulated as a once-a day controlled-release tablet for oral administration. Oxybutynin chloride, USP is administered as a racemate of R- and S-enantiomers. Chemically, oxybutynin chloride, USP is d,l (racemic) 4-diethylamino-2-butynyl phenylcyclohexylglycolate hydrochloride. The empirical formula of oxybutynin chloride, USP is C22H31NO3 HCl. Its structural formula is. Oxybutynin chloride, USP is a white crystalline solid with a molecular weight of 393.9. It is readily soluble in water and acids, but relatively insoluble in alkalis. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets, USP also contains the following inert ingredients: hydrogenated vegetable oil, hypromellose, isopropyl alcohol, lactose monohydrate, methacrylic acid copolymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc and triethyl citrate. The 5 mg tablets also contain D&C Red #27 and FD&C Blue #1. The 10mg tablets also contain FD&C Red #40 and FD&C Yellow #6. USP Dissolution Test is pending. System Components and Performance. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP uses a pH-independent hydrophilic matrix and pH dependent enteric coating to deliver oxybutynin chloride, USP at a controlled rate over approximately 24 hours. The oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP comprises of an inner core made of the drug, rate controlling pH independent polymer and other excipients. The tablet core is then coated with pH dependent enteric coating polymer. When tablets will be exposed to an acidic environment such as the stomach, the drug release will be minimal due to outer enteric coating of the pH dependent polymer. The outer enteric coating upon reaching an environment of pH 5.5 and above will start to dissolve and the polymer in the inner core tablet will hydrate to form a gel layer and the drug releases via diffusion process."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets, USP are a muscarinic antagonist indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets, USP are also indicated for the treatment of pediatric patients aged 6 years and older with symptoms of detrusor overactivity associated with a neurological condition (e.g., spina bifida).",
"Description": "Oxybutynin chloride) is an antispasmodic, muscarinic antagonist. Each oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP contains 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg of oxybutynin chloride USP, formulated as a once-a day controlled-release tablet for oral administration. Oxybutynin chloride, USP is administered as a racemate of R- and S-enantiomers. Chemically, oxybutynin chloride, USP is d,l (racemic) 4-diethylamino-2-butynyl phenylcyclohexylglycolate hydrochloride. The empirical formula of oxybutynin chloride, USP is C22H31NO3 HCl. Its structural formula is. Oxybutynin chloride, USP is a white crystalline solid with a molecular weight of 393.9. It is readily soluble in water and acids, but relatively insoluble in alkalis. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets, USP also contains the following inert ingredients: hydrogenated vegetable oil, hypromellose, isopropyl alcohol, lactose monohydrate, methacrylic acid copolymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc and triethyl citrate. The 5 mg tablets also contain D&C Red #27 and FD&C Blue #1. The 10mg tablets also contain FD&C Red #40 and FD&C Yellow #6. USP Dissolution Test is pending. System Components and Performance. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP uses a pH-independent hydrophilic matrix and pH dependent enteric coating to deliver oxybutynin chloride, USP at a controlled rate over approximately 24 hours. The oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP comprises of an inner core made of the drug, rate controlling pH independent polymer and other excipients. The tablet core is then coated with pH dependent enteric coating polymer. When tablets will be exposed to an acidic environment such as the stomach, the drug release will be minimal due to outer enteric coating of the pH dependent polymer. The outer enteric coating upon reaching an environment of pH 5.5 and above will start to dissolve and the polymer in the inner core tablet will hydrate to form a gel layer and the drug releases via diffusion process."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Fluconazole is indicated for the treatment of: 1 Vaginal candidiasis (vaginal yeast infections due to Candida). , 2 Oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis. In open noncomparative studies of relatively small numbers of patients, fluconazole was also effective for the treatment of Candida urinary tract infections, peritonitis, and systemic Candida infections including candidemia, disseminated candidiasis, and pneumonia. , 3 Cryptococcal meningitis. Before prescribing fluconazole for AIDS patients with cryptococcal meningitis, please see CLINICAL STUDIES section. "Description": "Fluconazole USP, the first of a new subclass of synthetic triazole antifungal agents, is available as tablets for oral administration. Fluconazole USP is designated chemically as 2,4-difluoro-α,α1-bis(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl) benzyl alcohol with an empirical formula of C13H12F2N6O and molecular weight 306.3. The structural formula is:. Fluconazole USP is a white crystalline solid which is slightly soluble in water and saline. Fluconazole tablets USP contain 50, 100, 150, or 200 mg of fluconazole USP and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, FD&C Red No. 40 aluminum lake dye, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and povidone."

The tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: mannitol, sodium hydroxide, meglumine, povidone, sodium stearyl fumarate and magnesium stearate. "IndicationAndUsage": "Methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules (LA) is indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), in pediatric patients 6 to 12 years of age [see Clinical Studies (14)] .",
"Description": "Methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules (LA) contains methylphenidate hydrochloride USP, a CNS stimulant. Methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules (LA) is an extended-release formulation of methylphenidate for oral administration with a bi-modal release profile. Each bead-filled methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsule (LA) contains half the dose as immediate-release beads and half as enteric-coated beads, thus providing an immediate release of methylphenidate and a second delayed release of methylphenidate. The active substance in methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules (LA) is methyl α-phenyl-2-piperidineacetate hydrochloride, and its structural formula is. Methylphenidate hydrochloride USP is a white, odorless, fine crystalline powder. Its solutions are acid to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and in methanol, soluble in alcohol, and slightly soluble in chloroform and in acetone. Its molecular weight is 269.77 g/mol. Inactive ingredients:Sugar spheres (which contain sucrose and starch (corn)), hypromellose, cellulose acetate butyrate, hypromellose acetate succinate, acetyltributyl citrate, acetone, talc, and purified water. Opaque gelatin capsules contain: titanium dioxide and gelatin. The 10mg capsule contains FD&C Green#3, FD&C#40, and FD&C Yellow #6. The 30 and 40 mg capsules contain D&C Red #28 and FD&C Blue #1. The 60 mg capsules contain iron oxide yellow and sodium lauryl sulfate. The capsules are imprinted with black ink which contains black iron oxide, shellac and potassium hydroxide. The 60 mg black imprinting ink also contains ammonium hydroxide and propylene glycol."

"Description": "Adalimumab-aacf is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-aacf is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody created using phage display technology resulting in an antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-aacf is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. Adalimumab-aacf injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled pen (Adalimumab-aacf Pen), as a single-dose, 1 mL or prefilled glass syringe or as a single dose institutional use vial kit. Enclosed within the pen is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of Adalimumab-aacf is clear and colorless to pale yellow, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen, or institutional use vial kit delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of Adalimumab-aacf contains adalimumab-aacf (40 mg) and glacial acetic acid (0.5 mg), trehalose (54.8 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium chloride (2.3 mg), and Water for Injection. Sodium hydroxide is added to adjust pH."

Adalimumab-aacf is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody created using phage display technology resulting in an antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. "Description": "Lisinopril is an oral long-acting angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Its empirical formula is C 21H 31N 3O 52H 2O and its structural formula is:. Lisinopril is a white crystalline powder, with a molecular weight of 441.52. It is soluble in water, sparingly soluble in methanol, practically insoluble in alcohol, in acetone, in acetonitrile and in chloroform. Lisinopril is supplied as 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg and 40 mg tablets for oral administration.
