"IndicationAndUsage": "Anagrelide is a platelet reducing agent indicated for the treatment of thrombocythemia, secondary to myeloproliferative neoplasms, to reduce the elevated platelet count and the risk of thrombosis and to ameliorate associated symptoms including thrombo-hemorrhagic events. (1).",
"Description": "Anagrelide hydrochloride, USP is a platelet-reducing agent. Its chemical name is 6,7-dichloro-1,5 dihydroimidazo[2,1-b] quinazolin-2(3H)-one monohydrochloride monohydrate and it has the following structural formula. C 10H 7Cl 2N 3O·HCl·H 2O M.W. 310.56. Anagrelide hydrochloride, USP is a white to off white powder that is practically insoluble in water and slightly soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide and very slightly soluble in dimethylformamide. Each Anagrelide Capsule USP, for oral administration, contains either 0.5 mg or 1 mg of anagrelide as anagrelide hydrochloride, USP and has the following inactive ingredients: black iron oxide, gelatin, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, propylene glycol, shellac and titanium dioxide, potassium hydroxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "SULFAMYLON Cream is a topical agent indicated for adjunctive therapy of patients with second- and third-degree burns.",
"Description": "SULFAMYLON Cream is a soft, white, nonstaining, water-miscible, anti-infective cream for topical administration to burn wounds. SULFAMYLON Cream spreads easily, and can be washed off readily with water. It has a slight acetic odor. Each gram of SULFAMYLON Cream contains mafenide acetate equivalent to 85 mg of the base. The cream vehicle consists of cetyl alcohol, steryl alcohol, cetyl esters wax, polyoxyl 40 stearate, polyoxyl 8 stearate, glycerin, and water, with methylparaben, propylparaben, sodium metabisulfite, and edetate disodium as preservatives. Chemically, mafenide acetate is α-Amino-ρ-toluenesulfonamide monoacetate and has the following structural formula."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Adapalene Cream, 0.1% is indicated for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris.",
"Description": "Adapalene Cream, 0.1%, contains adapalene 0.1% in an aqueous cream emulsion consisting of carbomer 934P, cyclomethicone, edetate disodium, glycerin, methyl glucose sesquistearate, methylparaben, PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, phenoxyethanol, propylparaben, purified water, squalane, and trolamine. The chemical name of adapalene is 6-[3-(1-adamantyl)-4-methoxyphenyl]-2-naphthoic acid. It is a white to off-white powder which is soluble in tetrahydrofuran, sparingly soluble in ethanol, and practically insoluble in water. The molecular formula is C28H28O3 and molecular weight is 412.53. Adapalene is represented by the following structural formula."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets are indicated: 1 To reduce the risk of: Myocardial infarction (MI), stroke, revascularization procedures, and angina in adults with multiple risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD) but without clinically evident CHDMI and stroke in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus with multiple risk factors for CHD but without clinically evident CHDNon-fatal MI, fatal and non-fatal stroke, revascularization procedures, hospitalization for congestive heart failure, and angina in adults with clinically evident CHD.",
"Description": "Atorvastatin calcium is an inhibitor of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase. Atorvastatin calcium, USP is [R-(R*,R*)]-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-ß,δ-dihydroxy-5-(1-methylethyl)-3-phenyl-4-[(phenylamino) carbonyl]-1H-pyrrole-1-heptanoic acid, calcium salt (2:1) trihydrate. The empirical formula of atorvastatin calcium is (C 33H 34FN 2O 5) 2Ca3H 2O and its molecular weight is 1209.42. Its structural formula is:. Atorvastatin calcium, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder. Atorvastatin calcium, USP is freely soluble in methanol and insoluble in aqueous solutions of pH 4 and below. Atorvastatin calcium tablets, USP for oral administration contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, or 80 mg atorvastatin and the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, NF; colloidal silicon dioxide, NF; copovidone, NF; croscarmellose sodium, NF; magnesium stearate, NF; mannitol, USP; silicified microcrystalline cellulose, NF; sodium bicarbonate, USP; sodium carbonate anhydrous, NF; sodium lauryl sulfate, NF; hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, talc, titanium dioxide, and iron oxide yellow. This product meets the requirements of USP DissolutionTest-2."

"Description": "Atorvastatin calcium is an inhibitor of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase. Atorvastatin calcium, USP is [R-(R*,R*)]-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-ß,δ-dihydroxy-5-(1-methylethyl)-3-phenyl-4-[(phenylamino) carbonyl]-1H-pyrrole-1-heptanoic acid, calcium salt (2:1) trihydrate. The empirical formula of atorvastatin calcium is (C 33H 34FN 2O 5) 2Ca3H 2O and its molecular weight is 1209.42. Its structural formula is:. Atorvastatin calcium, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder. Atorvastatin calcium, USP is freely soluble in methanol and insoluble in aqueous solutions of pH 4 and below. Atorvastatin calcium tablets, USP for oral administration contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, or 80 mg atorvastatin and the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, NF; colloidal silicon dioxide, NF; copovidone, NF; croscarmellose sodium, NF; magnesium stearate, NF; mannitol, USP; silicified microcrystalline cellulose, NF; sodium bicarbonate, USP; sodium carbonate anhydrous, NF; sodium lauryl sulfate, NF; hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, talc, titanium dioxide, and iron oxide yellow.
