"Description": "Rho(D) Immune Globulin (Human) — HyperRHO® Full Dose is a clear or slightly opalescent and, colorless or pale yellow sterile solution of human rho(D) immune globulin containing antibodies to Rho(D) for intramuscular administration; it contains no preservative. HyperRHO Full Dose is prepared from pools of human plasma collected from healthy donors by a combination of cold ethanol fractionation, caprylate precipitation and filtration, caprylate incubation, anion exchange chromatography, nanofiltration and low pH incubation. HyperRHO Full Dose is formulated as a 15% to 18% protein solution at a pH of 4.1 to 4.8 in 0.16 M to 0.26 M glycine. The potency is equal to or greater than 1500 IU (300 mcg) per 1 mL. Each single-dose syringe contains sufficient anti-Rho(D) to effectively suppress the immunizing potential of 15 mL of Rho(D) positive red blood cells.(1-4). When medicinal biological products are administered, the risk of infectious diseases due to transmission of pathogens cannot be totally excluded. However, in the case of products prepared from human plasma, the risk of transmission of pathogens is reduced by epidemiological surveillance of the donor population and selection of individual donors by medical interview; testing of individual donations and plasma pools; and the presence in the manufacturing processes of steps with demonstrated capacity to inactivate/remove pathogen. In the manufacturing process of HyperRHO Full Dose, there are several steps with the capacity for viral inactivation or removal.(5) The main steps of the manufacturing process that contribute to the virus clearance capacity are as follows: 1 Caprylate precipitation/depth filtration , 2 Caprylate incubation , 3 Depth filtration , 4 Column chromatography , 5 Nanofiltration , 6 Low pH final container incubation."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Fluzone® Quadrivalent is a vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza A subtype viruses and type B viruses contained in the vaccine. Fluzone Quadrivalent is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older.",
"Description": "Fluzone Quadrivalent (Influenza Vaccine) for intramuscular injection is an inactivated influenza vaccine, prepared from influenza viruses propagated in embryonated chicken eggs. The virus-containing allantoic fluid is harvested and inactivated with formaldehyde. Influenza virus is concentrated and purified in a linear sucrose density gradient solution using a continuous flow centrifuge. The virus is then chemically disrupted using a non-ionic surfactant, octylphenol ethoxylate (Triton® X-100), producing a \"split virus\". The split virus is further purified and then suspended in sodium phosphate-buffered isotonic sodium chloride solution. The Fluzone Quadrivalent process uses an additional concentration factor after the ultrafiltration step in order to obtain a higher hemagglutinin (HA) antigen concentration. Antigens from the four strains included in the vaccine are produced separately and then combined to make the quadrivalent formulation. Fluzone Quadrivalent suspension for injection is clear and slightly opalescent in color. Antibiotics are not used in the manufacture of Fluzone Quadrivalent. The Fluzone Quadrivalent prefilled syringe and multi-dose vial presentations are not made with natural rubber latex. Fluzone Quadrivalent is standardized according to United States Public Health Service requirements and is formulated to contain HA of each of the following four influenza strains recommended for the 2023-2024 influenza season: A/Victoria/4897/2022 IVR-238 (H1N1), A/Darwin/9/2021 SAN-010 (H3N2), B/Phuket/3073/2013 (B Yamagata lineage), and B/Michigan/01/2021 (a B/Austria/1359417/2021-like virus, B Victoria lineage). The amounts of HA and other ingredients per dose of vaccine are listed in Table 7. The single-dose, pre-filled syringe (0.5 mL) is manufactured and formulated without thimerosal or any other preservative. The 5 mL multi-dose vial presentation contains thimerosal, a mercury derivative, added as a preservative. Each 0.5 mL dose from the multi-dose vial contains 25 mcg mercury. Each 0.25 mL dose from the multi-dose vial contains 12.5 mcg mercury."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Prazosin hydrochloride capsules are indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. These benefits have been seen in controlled trials of antihypertensive drugs from a wide variety of pharmacologic classes, including this drug. Control of high blood pressure should be part of comprehensive cardiovascular risk management, including, as appropriate, lipid control, diabetes management, antithrombotic therapy, smoking cessation, exercise, and limited sodium intake. Many patients will require more than one drug to achieve blood pressure goals. For specific advice on goals and management, see published guidelines, such as those of the National High Blood Pressure Education Program’s Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC). Numerous antihypertensive drugs, from a variety of pharmacologic classes and with different mechanisms of action, have been shown in randomized controlled trials to reduce cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, and it can be concluded that it is blood pressure reduction, and not some other pharmacologic property of the drugs, that is largely responsible for those benefits. The largest and most consistent cardiovascular outcome benefit has been a reduction in the risk of stroke, but reductions in myocardial infarction and cardiovascular mortality also have been seen regularly. Elevated systolic or diastolic pressure causes increased cardiovascular risk, and the absolute risk increase per mmHg is greater at higher blood pressures, so that even modest reductions of severe hypertension can provide substantial benefit. Relative risk reduction from blood pressure reduction is similar across populations with varying absolute risk, so the absolute benefit is greater in patients who are at higher risk independent of their hypertension (for example, patients with diabetes or hyperlipidemia), and such patients would be expected to benefit from more aggressive treatment to a lower blood pressure goal. Some antihypertensive drugs have smaller blood pressure effects (as monotherapy) in black patients, and many antihypertensive drugs have additional approved indications and effects (e.g., on angina, heart failure, or diabetic kidney disease). These considerations may guide selection of therapy. Prazosin hydrochloride capsules can be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive drugs such as diuretics or beta-adrenergic blocking agents.",

<IndicationAndUsage>HyperRHO Full Dose is recommended for the prevention of Rh hemolytic disease of the newborn by its administration to the Rho(D) negative mother within 72 hours after birth of an Rho(D) positive infant,(13) providing the following criteria are met: 1 The mother must be Rho(D) negative and must not already be sensitized to the Rho(D) factor., 2 Her child must be Rho(D) positive, and should have a negative direct antiglobulin test (see PRECAUTIONS). .</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Rho(D) Immune Globulin (Human) — HyperRHO® Full Dose is a clear or slightly opalescent and, colorless or pale yellow sterile solution of human rho(D) immune globulin containing antibodies to Rho(D) for intramuscular administration; it contains no preservative. In the manufacturing process of HyperRHO Full Dose, there are several steps with the capacity for viral inactivation or removal.(5) The main steps of the manufacturing process that contribute to the virus clearance capacity are as follows: 1 Caprylate precipitation/depth filtration , 2 Caprylate incubation , 3 Depth filtration , 4 Column chromatography , 5 Nanofiltration , 6 Low pH final container incubation.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Fluzone® Quadrivalent is a vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza A subtype viruses and type B viruses contained in the vaccine. Fluzone Quadrivalent is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Fluzone Quadrivalent (Influenza Vaccine) for intramuscular injection is an inactivated influenza vaccine, prepared from influenza viruses propagated in embryonated chicken eggs. The virus-containing allantoic fluid is harvested and inactivated with formaldehyde. Influenza virus is concentrated and purified in a linear sucrose density gradient solution using a continuous flow centrifuge. The virus is then chemically disrupted using a non-ionic surfactant, octylphenol ethoxylate (Triton® X-100), producing a "split virus". Each 0.25 mL dose from the multi-dose vial contains 12.5 mcg mercury.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Prazosin hydrochloride capsules are indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Prazosin hydrochloride capsules can be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive drugs such as diuretics or beta-adrenergic blocking agents.</IndicationAndUsage>
