"IndicationAndUsage": "Everolimus tablets are a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of: 1 Postmenopausal women with advanced hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer in combination with exemestane after failure of treatment with letrozole or anastrozole. (1.1), 2 Adults with progressive neuroendocrine tumors of pancreatic origin (PNET) and adults with progressive, well-differentiated, non-functional neuroendocrine tumors (NET) of gastrointestinal (GI) or lung origin that are unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic.",
"Description": "Everolimus Tablets and Everolimus Tablets for Oral Suspension are kinase inhibitors. The chemical name of everolimus is (1R,9S,12S,15R,16E,18R,19R,21R,23S,24E,26E,28E,30S,32S,35R)-1,18-dihydroxy-12-{(1R)-2-[(1S,3R,4R)-4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-3-methoxycyclohexyl]-1-methylethyl}-19,30-dimethoxy-15,17,21,23,29,35-hexamethyl-11,36-dioxa-4-aza-tricyclo[30.3.1.04,9]hexatriaconta-16,24,26,28-tetraene-2,3,10,14,20-pentaone. The molecular formula is C53H83NO14 and the molecular weight is 958.2 g/mol. The structural formula is. Everolimus tablets for oral administration contain 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, or 10 mg of everolimus and the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, butylated hydroxytoluene, crospovidone, hypromellose, and magnesium stearate. Everolimus tablets for oral suspension for oral administration contains 2 mg, 3 mg, or 5 mg of everolimus and the following inactive ingredients: butylated hydroxytoluene, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hypromellose, anhydrous lactose, magnesium stearate, mannitol, and microcrystalline cellulose."

The molecular formula is C53H83NO14 and the molecular weight is 958.2 g/mol. The structural formula is. Everolimus tablets for oral administration contain 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, or 10 mg of everolimus and the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, butylated hydroxytoluene, crospovidone, hypromellose, and magnesium stearate. Everolimus tablets for oral suspension for oral administration contains 2 mg, 3 mg, or 5 mg of everolimus and the following inactive ingredients: butylated hydroxytoluene, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hypromellose, anhydrous lactose, magnesium stearate, mannitol, and microcrystalline cellulose."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxycodone hydrochloride (HCl) tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, even at recommended doses [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve oxycodone HCl tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics or opioid combination products). Have not been tolerated or are not expected to be tolerated, Have not provided adequate analgesia or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia.",
"Description": "Oxycodone HCl tablets, USP contains oxycodone, an opioid agonist. Each tablet for oral administration contains 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg or 30 mg, of oxycodone hydrochloride, USP. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP is a white, odorless crystalline powder derived from the opium alkaloid, thebaine. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP dissolves in water (1 g in 6 to 7 mL) and is considered slightly soluble in alcohol (octanol water partition coefficient is 0.7). Chemically, oxycodone hydrochloride, USP is 4, 5α-epoxy-14-hydroxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one hydrochloride and has the following structural formula. [formula]. Each tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: corn starch, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate and stearic acid. The 10 mg tablet also contains D&C Red No. 27. The 15 mg tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: D&C Yellow No. 10 and FD&C Blue No. 2. The 20 mg tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: FD&C Blue No. 2, FD&C Red No. 40 and FD&C Yellow No. 6. The 30 mg tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: D&C Yellow No. 10 and FD&C Blue No. 2. The 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg tablets contain the equivalent of 4.6 mg, 9 mg, 13.5 mg, 18 mg, and 27 mg, respectively, of oxycodone free base."

"IndicationAndUsage": "NORTHERA is indicated for the treatment of orthostatic dizziness, lightheadedness, or the “feeling that you are about to black out” in adult patients with symptomatic neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (nOH) caused by primary autonomic failure (Parkinson's disease [PD], multiple system atrophy, and pure autonomic failure), dopamine beta-hydroxylase deficiency, and non-diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Effectiveness beyond 2 weeks of treatment has not been established. The continued effectiveness of NORTHERA should be assessed periodically.",
"Description": "NORTHERA capsules contain droxidopa, which is a synthetic amino acid precursor of norepinephrine, for oral administration. Chemically, droxidopa is (–)-threo-3-(3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl)-L-serine. It has the following structural formula. Droxidopa is an odorless, tasteless, white to off-white crystals or crystalline powder. It is slightly soluble in water, and practically insoluble in methanol, glacial acetic acid, ethanol, acetone, ether, and chloroform. It is soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid. It has a molecular weight of 213.19 and a molecular formula of C9H11NO5. NORTHERA capsules also contain the following inactive ingredients: mannitol, corn starch, and magnesium stearate. The capsule shell is printed with black ink. The black inks contain shellac glaze, ethanol, iron oxide black, isopropyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, and ammonium hydroxide. The capsule shell contains the following inactive ingredients: 100 mg – gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C Blue No. 2, black and red iron oxide; 200 mg – gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C Blue No. 2, black and yellow iron oxide; 300 mg – gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Yellow No. 5 (tartrazine), and FD&C Red No. 40. NORTHERA capsules differ in size and color by strength [see Dosage Forms and Strengths (3)]."

Acetaminophen, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula:. C 8H 9NO 2 M.W. 151.16 Codeine phosphate, 7,8-didehydro-4, 5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1) (salt) hemihydrate, a white crystalline powder, is a narcotic analgesic and antitussive. It has the following structural formula:. C 18H 21NO 3H 3PO 4½H 2O M.W. 406.37 Each Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablet USP, 300 mg/30 mg contains: Acetaminophen USP……………..……300 mg Codeine Phosphate USP……………….30 mg In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and stearic acid."
