"IndicationAndUsage": "Nilotinib capsules are a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of: : 1 Adult and pediatric patients greater than or equal to 1 year of age with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) in chronic phase. (1.1) , 2 Adult patients with chronic phase (CP) and accelerated phase (AP) Ph+ CML resistant to or intolerant to prior therapy that included imatinib. (1.2), 3 Pediatric patients greater than or equal to 1 year of age with Ph+ CML-CP resistant or intolerant to prior tyrosine-kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy. (1.3).",
"Description": "Nilotinib capsules contains nilotinib, which belongs to a pharmacologic class of drugs known as kinase inhibitors. Nilotinib drug substance, in the form of monohydrochloride sesquihydrate, is a white or slightly yellowish or slightly greenish-yellow powder with the molecular formula and weight, respectively, of C28H23ClF3N7O. 1.5 H2O and 593 g/mol (corresponding molecular formula and weight of nilotinib base, anhydrous are C28H22F3N7O and 529 g/mol, respectively). The solubility of nilotinib practically insoluble in water and heptane, slightly soluble in anhydrous ethanol. Nilotinib is not optically active. The pKa1 was determined to be 2.6 pKa2 was estimated to be 4.2. The chemical name of nilotinib monohydrochloride sesquihydrate is 4-methyl-N-(3-(4-methyl-1H-imidazol-l-yl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-3-((4-(pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl)amino)benzamide hydrochloride sesquihydrate. Its structure is shown below. Nilotinib capsules, for oral use, contain 50 mg, 150 mg, or 200 mg nilotinib base, anhydrous (equivalent to 56 mg, 168 mg, and 224 mg nilotinib monohydrochloride sesquihydrate respectively) with the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and poloxamer 188. The capsules contain gelatin, iron oxide (red), iron oxide (yellow) and titanium dioxide. The imprinting ink contains black iron oxide, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide and shellac."

"IndicationAndUsage": "CABENUVA is indicated as a complete regimen for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older and weighing at least 35 kg to replace the current antiretroviral regimen in those who are virologically suppressed (HIV-1 RNA <50 copies/mL) on a stable antiretroviral regimen with no history of treatment failure and with no known or suspected resistance to either cabotegravir or rilpivirine [see Microbiology (12.4), Clinical Studies (14.1)].",
"Description": "CABENUVA contains cabotegravir extended-release injectable suspension, an HIV INSTI, co-packaged with rilpivirine extended-release injectable suspension, an HIV NNRTI. Cabotegravir. The chemical name for cabotegravir is (3S,11aR)-N-[(2,4-difluorophenyl)methyl]-6-hydroxy-3-methyl-5,7-dioxo-2,3,5,7,11,11a-hexahydro[1,3]oxazolo[3,2-a]pyrido[1,2-d]pyrazine-8-carboxamide. The empirical formula is C19H17F2N3O5 and the molecular weight is 405.35 g/mol. It has the following structural formula. Cabotegravir extended-release injectable suspension is a white to light pink free-flowing suspension for intramuscular injection in a sterile single-dose vial. Each vial contains 2 mL or 3 mL of the following: cabotegravir 200 mg/mL and the inactive ingredients mannitol (35 mg/mL), polyethylene glycol (PEG) 3350 (20 mg/mL), polysorbate 20 (20 mg/mL), and Water for Injection. The vial stoppers are not made with natural rubber latex. Rilpivirine. The chemical name for rilpivirine is 4-[[4-[[4-[(E)-2-cyanoethenyl]-2,6-dimethylphenyl]amino]-2-pyrimidinyl]amino]benzonitrile. Its molecular formula is C22H18N6 and its molecular weight is 366.42. Rilpivirine has the following structural formula. Rilpivirine extended-release injectable suspension is a white to off-white suspension for intramuscular injection. Each sterile single-dose vial contains 2 mL or 3 mL of the following: rilpivirine 300 mg/mL and the following inactive ingredients: citric acid monohydrate (1 mg/mL), dextrose to ensure isotonicity, monobasic sodium phosphate (1.74 mg/mL), poloxamer 338 (50 mg/mL), sodium hydroxide to adjust pH, and Water for Injection. The vial stoppers are not made with natural rubber latex."

"IndicationAndUsage": "APRETUDE is indicated for pre‑exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to reduce the risk of sexually acquired HIV-1 infection in adults and adolescents weighing at least 35 kg who are at risk for HIV-1 acquisition. Individuals must have a negative HIV-1 test prior to initiating APRETUDE (with or without an oral lead-in with oral cabotegravir) for HIV-1 PrEP [see Dosage and Administration (2.2, 2.4), Contraindications (4), Warnings and Precautions (5.1)].",

"IndicationAndUsage": "Rufinamide oral suspension is indicated for adjunctive treatment of seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome in pediatric patients 1 year of age and older and in adults.",
"Description": "Rufinamide, USP is a triazole derivative structurally unrelated to currently marketed antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). Rufinamide, USP has the chemical name 1-[(2,6-difluorophenyl)methyl]-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4 carboxamide. It has an molecular formula of C10H8F2N4O and a molecular weight of 238.2. The drug substance is a white, crystalline, odorless, and slightly bitter tasting neutral powder. Rufinamide, USP is practically insoluble in water, slightly soluble in tetrahydrofuran and in methanol and soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide. Rufinamide is available for oral administration as a liquid containing rufinamide, USP at a concentration of 40 mg/mL. Inactive ingredients include anhydrous citric acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethylcellulose sodium, poloxamer 188, methylparaben, non-crystallizing sorbitol solution 70%, propylparaben, propylene glycol, potassium sorbate, orange flavor, triacetin, natural and artificial flavor, simethicone emulsion 30%, and xanthan gum."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Linagliptin and metformin hydrochloride tablets are indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Limitations of Use Linagliptin and metformin hydrochloride tablets are not recommended in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. Linagliptin and metformin hydrochloride tablets have not been studied in patients with a history of pancreatitis. It is unknown whether patients with a history of pancreatitis are at an increased risk for the development of pancreatitis while using linagliptin and metformin hydrochloride tablets [see Warnings and Precautions (5.2)].",
"Description": "Linagliptin and metformin hydrochloride tablets for oral use contain: linagliptin and metformin hydrochloride.Linagliptin Linagliptin is an inhibitor of the dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) enzyme. The chemical name of linagliptin is 1H-Purine-2,6-dione, 8-[(3R)-3-amino-1-piperidinyl]-7-(2-butyn-1-yl)-3,7-dihydro-3-methyl-1-[(4-methyl-2-quinazolinyl)methyl]- The molecular formula is C25H28N8O2 and the molecular weight is 472.54 g/mol. The structural formula is. Linagliptin is a white to yellowish, not or only slightly hygroscopic solid substance. It is very slightly soluble in water (0.9 mg/mL). Linagliptin is soluble in methanol (ca. 60 mg/mL), sparingly soluble in ethanol (ca. 10 mg/mL), very slightly soluble in isopropanol (<1 mg/mL), and very slightly soluble in acetone (ca.1 mg/mL). Metformin Hydrochloride Metformin hydrochloride (N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide hydrochloride) is a biguanide. Metformin hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline compound with a molecular formula of C4H11N5HCl and a molecular weight of 165.63 g/mol. Metformin hydrochloride is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin hydrochloride is 6.68. The structural formula is. Linagliptin and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets. Linagliptin and metformin hydrochloride tablets are available for oral administration as tablets containing: 2.5 mg linagliptin and 500 mg metformin hydrochloride (equivalent to 389.93 mg of metformin) 2.5 mg linagliptin and 850 mg metformin hydrochloride (equivalent 662.88 mg of metformin) 2.5 mg linagliptin and 1,000 mg metformin hydrochloride (equivalent to 779.86 mg of metformin) Each film-coated tablet of linagliptin and metformin hydrochloride tablets contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, corn starch, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, meglumine, povidone, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide, talc, yellow iron oxide (2.5 mg/500 mg; 2.5 mg/850 mg) and/or red iron oxide (2.5 mg/850 mg; 2.5 mg/1,000 mg)."

"Description": "Rufinamide is a triazole derivative structurally unrelated to currently marketed antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). Rufinamide has the chemical name 1-[(2,6-difluorophenyl)methyl]-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4 carboxamide. It has an empirical formula of C10H8F2N4O and a molecular weight of 238.20. The drug substance is a white crystalline powder. Rufinamide is practically insoluble in water, slightly soluble in tetrahydrofuran and in methanol, and very slightly soluble in ethanol and in acetonitrile. : 1 ."

Metformin hydrochloride (N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide hydrochloride) is not chemically or pharmacologically related to any other classes of oral antihyperglycemic agents. The structural formula is as shown. Metformin hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline compound with a molecular formula of C4H11N5 HCl and a molecular weight of 165.63. Metformin hydrochloride is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin hydrochloride is 6.68. Metformin hydrochloride tablets, for oral administration, contains 500 mg, 850 mg, or 1000 mg of metformin hydrochloride. Each tablet contains the inactive ingredients povidone and magnesium stearate. In addition, the coating for the 500 mg, 850 mg, and 1000 mg contains hypromellose and polyethylene glycol."

Metformin hydrochloride (N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide hydrochloride) is not chemically or pharmacologically related to any other classes of oral antihyperglycemic agents. The structural formula is as shown. Metformin hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline compound with a molecular formula of C4H11N5 HCl and a molecular weight of 165.63. Metformin hydrochloride is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin hydrochloride is 6.68. Metformin hydrochloride tablets, for oral administration, contains 500 mg, 850 mg, or 1000 mg of metformin hydrochloride. Each tablet contains the inactive ingredients povidone and magnesium stearate. In addition, the coating for the 500 mg, 850 mg, and 1000 mg contains hypromellose and polyethylene glycol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Moxifloxacin tablets are a fluoroquinolone antibacterial indicated for treating infections in adults 18 years of age and older caused by designated susceptible bacteria, in the conditions listed below: Community Acquired Pneumonia (1.1) Skin and Skin Structure Infections: Uncomplicated (1.2) and Complicated (1.3) Complicated Intra-Abdominal Infections (1.4) Plague (1.5). Acute Bacterial Sinusitis (1.6) Acute Bacterial Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis (1.7). To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and other antibacterial drugs. Moxifloxacin hydrochloride should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria. (1.8).",

Moxifloxacin, a fluoroquinolone, is available as the monohydrochloride salt of 1-cyclopropyl-7-[(S,S)-2,8-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-8-yl]-6-fluoro-8-methoxy-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3 quinoline carboxylic acid. It is a slightly yellow to yellow powder or crystals, slightly hygroscopic substance with a molecular weight of 437.9. Its molecular formula is C21H24FN3O4*HCl and its chemical structure is as follows:."
