"IndicationAndUsage": "Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules are a combination capsule of amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker (DHP CCB) and benazepril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules are indicated for the treatment of hypertension in patients not adequately controlled on monotherapy with either agent. (1).",
"Description": "Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules USP are a combination of amlodipine besylate and benazepril hydrochloride. Benazepril hydrochloride USP is a white to off-white, crystalline powder, soluble (greater than 100 mg/mL) in water, in ethanol, and in methanol. Benazepril hydrochloride’s chemical name is 3-[[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenyl-(1S)-propyl]amino]-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2-oxo-1H-1-(3S)-benzazepine-1-acetic acid monohydrochloride; its structural formula is:. Its molecular formula is C24H28N2O5HCl, and its molecular weight is 460.96. Benazeprilat, the active metabolite of benazepril, is a nonsulfhydryl ACE inhibitor. Benazepril is converted to benazeprilat by hepatic cleavage of the ester group. Amlodipine besylate USP is a white or almost white powder, slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Its chemical name is (R,S)3-ethyl-5-methyl-2-(2-aminoethoxymethyl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate benzenesulfonate; its structural formula is:. Its molecular formula is C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S, and its molecular weight is 567.1. Amlodipine besylate is the besylate salt of amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride is available as capsules containing amlodipine besylate USP (3.5 mg, 6.9 mg or 13.9 mg, equivalent to 2.5 mg, 5 mg or 10 mg of amlodipine respectively), with 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg of benazepril hydrochloride USP providing for the following available combinations: 2.5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/20 mg, 5 mg/40 mg, 10 mg/20 mg, and 10 mg/40 mg. The inactive ingredients of the capsules are colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the hard gelatin capsule shells of 5 mg/10 mg contains iron oxide black, iron oxide red, and iron oxide yellow, 5 mg/20 mg contains iron oxide red, 5 mg/40 mg and 10 mg/40 mg contains FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 3, and 10 mg/20 mg contains D&C Red 28, FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 40, and FD&C Yellow 5. The capsules are printed with edible ink containing black iron oxide and shellac."

"Description": "Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride capsules, USP is a combination of amlodipine besylate and benazepril hydrochloride. Benazepril hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder, soluble (greater than 100 mg/mL) in water, in ethanol, and in methanol. The 2.5 mg/10 mg capsules also contain D&C Yellow #10. The 5 mg/10 mg capsules also contain D&C Yellow #10 and FD&C Yellow #6. The 5 mg/20 mg and 10 mg/20 mg capsules also contain D&C Red #28, FD&C Blue #1, and FD&C Red #40."

Each 1 mL prefilled single-dose pen, prefilled single-dose SureClick® autoinjector and prefilled single-dose syringe contains 140 mg evolocumab, acetate (1.2 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.1 mg), proline (25 mg) in Water for Injection, USP. "IndicationAndUsage": "AMJEVITA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: : 1 Reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. (1.1), 2 Reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. (1.3), 4 Reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis. (1.4), 5 Treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn's disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 Treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients. (1.6)Limitations of Use: Effectiveness has not been established in patients who have lost response to or were intolerant to TNF blockers., 7 Treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate. (1.7), 8 Treatment of moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa in patients 12 years of age and older. "Description": "Adalimumab-atto is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-atto is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-atto is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. AMJEVITA® (adalimumab-atto) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled SureClick autoinjector, or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Enclosed within the autoinjector is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of AMJEVITA is clear, colorless to slightly yellow, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (1.7 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (67 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with glacial acetic acid (0.48 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (72 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (0.9 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (34 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 20 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.4 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with glacial acetic acid (0.24 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (36 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 20 mg/0.2 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.2 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Adalimumab-atto is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-atto is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. AMJEVITA® (adalimumab-atto) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled SureClick autoinjector, or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with glacial acetic acid (0.48 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (72 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (0.9 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (34 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 20 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.4 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with glacial acetic acid (0.24 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (36 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 20 mg/0.2 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.2 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.2 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (0.4 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.2 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (17 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. "IndicationAndUsage": "AMJEVITA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: : 1 Reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. (1.1), 2 Reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. (1.3), 4 Reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis. (1.4), 5 Treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn's disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 Treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients.
