"Description": "Adalimumab-atto is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-atto is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-atto is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. AMJEVITA® (adalimumab-atto) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled SureClick autoinjector, or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Enclosed within the autoinjector is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of AMJEVITA is clear, colorless to slightly yellow, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (1.7 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (67 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with glacial acetic acid (0.48 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (72 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (0.9 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (34 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 20 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.4 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with glacial acetic acid (0.24 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (36 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 20 mg/0.2 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.2 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.2 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (0.4 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.2 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (17 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 10 mg/0.2 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.2 mL (10 mg) of drug product. Octreotide is known chemically as L-Cysteinamide, D-phenylalanyl-L-cysteinyl-L-phenylalanyl-D-tryptophyl-L-lysyl-L-threonyl-N-[2-hydroxy-1-(hydroxy-methyl) propyl]-, cyclic (2→7)-disulfide; [R-(R*,R*)]. The molecular weight of octreotide is 1019.3 g/mol (free peptide, C49H66N10O10S2) and its amino acid sequence is. Octreotide acetate for injectable suspension is available in a single-dose vial containing the sterile drug product, which when mixed with diluent, becomes a suspension that is given as a monthly intragluteal injection. The octreotide is uniformly distributed within the microspheres which are made of a biodegradable glucose star polymer, D,L-lactic and glycolic acids copolymer. Sterile mannitol is added to the microspheres to improve suspendability. Octreotide acetate for injectable suspension is available as: sterile 6 mL single-dose vials in 3 strengths delivering 10 mg, 20 mg, or 30 mg octreotide-free peptide. Each single-dose vial of octreotide acetate for injectable suspension delivers."

<IndicationAndUsage>Octreotide acetate for injectable suspension 10 mg, 20 mg, and 30 mg is indicated in patients in whom initial treatment with octreotide acetate injection has been shown to be effective and tolerated.</IndicationAndUsage>

Octreotide is the acetate salt of a cyclic octapeptide. It is a long-acting octapeptide with pharmacologic properties mimicking those of the natural hormone somatostatin. Each single-dose vial of octreotide acetate for injectable suspension delivers.

<IndicationAndUsage>Diethylpropion hydrochloride extended release tablets, 75 mg are indicated in the management of exogenous obesity as a short-term adjunct (a few weeks) in a regimen of weight reduction based on caloric restriction in patients with an initial body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m 2or higher and who have not responded to appropriate weight reducing regimen (diet and/or exercise) alone. Below is a chart of BMI based on various heights and weights. BMI is calculated by taking the patient’s weight, in kilograms (kg), divided by the patient’s height, in meters (m), squared. Metric conversions are as follows: pounds divided by 2.2 = kg; inches x 0.0254 = meters. The usefulness of agents of this class (See CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY) should be measured against possible risk factors inherent in their use such as those described below. Diethylpropion hydrochloride extended release tablets, 75 mg are indicated for use as monotherapy only.</IndicationAndUsage>

Diethylpropion Hydrochloride Extended Release Tablets, 75 mg are available for oral administration as extended release tablets containing 75 mg diethylpropion hydrochloride, USP. The inactive ingredients in each extended release tablet are: mannitol, carbomer homopolymer, tartaric acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, povidone, and magnesium stearate. Diethylpropion hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic agent. The chemical name for diethylpropion hydrochloride is 1-phenyl-2-diethyl-amino-1-propanone hydrochloride. Its chemical structure is. In diethylpropion hydrochloride extended release tablets, 75 mg, diethylpropion hydrochloride is dispersed in a hydrophilic matrix. On exposure to water, the diethylpropion hydrochloride is released at a relatively uniform rate as a result of slow hydration of the matrix. The result is controlled release of the anorectic agent.
