"IndicationAndUsage": "COSENTYX is a human interleukin-17A antagonist indicated for the treatment of: 1 moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) in adults and pediatric patients 6 years and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. (1.1), 2 active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. (1.3), 4 active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA) in adults with objective signs of inflammation. (1.4), 5 active enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) in pediatric patients 4 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. (1.6).",
"Description": "Secukinumab, a recombinant human monoclonal IgG1/κ antibody, is an interleukin-17A antagonist. It is expressed in a recombinant Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell line. Secukinumab has a molecular mass of approximately 151 kDa; both heavy chains of secukinumab contain oligosaccharide chains. COSENTYX Injection for Subcutaneous Use. COSENTYX injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution for subcutaneous use. COSENTYX injection is supplied in a single-dose UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, a single-dose Sensoready pen (150 mg/mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, or a single-dose prefilled syringe (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle. The removable cap of the COSENTYX Sensoready pen and prefilled syringes (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) contains natural rubber latex. Each COSENTYX UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) contains 300 mg of secukinumab formulated in: L-histidine/histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (6.206 mg), L-methionine (1.492 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), trehalose dihydrate (151.34 mg), and Sterile Water for Injection, USP, at pH of 5.8. Each COSENTYX Sensoready pen or prefilled syringe (150 mg/mL) contains 150 mg of secukinumab formulated in: L-histidine/histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (3.103 mg), L-methionine (0.746 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.2 mg), trehalose dihydrate (75.67 mg), and Sterile Water for Injection, USP, at pH of 5.8. Each COSENTYX prefilled syringe (75 mg/0.5 mL) contains 75 mg of secukinumab formulated in: L-histidine/histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (1.552 mg), L-methionine (0.373 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.1 mg), trehalose dihydrate (37.83 mg), and Sterile Water for Injection, USP, at pH of 5.8. COSENTYX Injection for Intravenous Use. COSENTYX solution is supplied as a sterile, preservative free, clear to opalescent, colorless to slightly yellowish solution in single-dose vials for intravenous infusion after dilution. Each COSENTYX vial (125 mg/5 mL) contains 125 mg of secukinumab formulated in: L-histidine (5.67 mg), L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (13.3 mg), L-methionine (3.73 mg), polysorbate 80 (1 mg), trehalose dihydrate (426 mg), and Sterile Water for Injection, USP, at pH of 5.8."

Benefits are most clearly evident in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) below normal. Sacubitril and valsartan tablets reduces NT-proBNP and is expected to improve cardiovascular outcomes. (1.2).",

Following oral administration, the complex dissociates into sacubitril (which is further metabolized to LBQ657) and valsartan. The complex is chemically described as Tri sodium (4-{[(1S, 3R)-1-([1,1´-biphenyl]-4-ylmethyl)-4-ethoxy-3-methyl-4-oxobutyl]amino}-4-oxobutanoate)-(N-pentanoyl-N-{[2´-(1H-tetrazol-1-id-5-yl)[1,1´biphenyl] -4-yl]methyl}-L valinate). Its molecular formula is C48H55N6O8Na3. Its molecular mass is 912.96 g/mol and its schematic structural formula is:Sacubitril and valsartan tablets is available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 24 mg of sacubitril equivalent to 25.6 mg sacubitril monosodium and 26 mg of valsartan equivalent to 28.3 mg valsartan disodium; 49 mg of sacubitril equivalent to 51.2 mg sacubitril monosodium and 51 mg of valsartan equivalent to 56.6 mg valsartan disodium; and 97 mg of sacubitril equivalent to 102.4 mg sacubitril monosodium and 103 mg of valsartan equivalent to 113.2 mg valsartan disodium. The tablet inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable origin), microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate and talc. The film-coat inactive ingredients are hypromellose, Macrogol 4000, talc and titanium dioxide. The film-coat for the 24 mg of sacubitril and 26 mg of valsartan tablet also contains iron oxide yellow, iron oxide black and iron oxide red."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Donepezil hydrochloride tablets are an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of dementia of the Alzheimer's type. Efficacy has been demonstrated in patients with mild, moderate, and severe Alzheimer's Disease.",
"Description": "Donepezil hydrochloride USP is a reversible inhibitor of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, known chemically as (±)-2, 3-dihydro-5, 6-dimethoxy-2-[[1-(phenylmethyl)-4-piperidinyl]methyl]-1H-inden-1-one hydrochloride. Donepezil hydrochloride is commonly referred to in the pharmacological literature as E2020. It has an empirical formula of C24H29NO3HCl and a molecular weight of 415.96. Donepezil hydrochloride, USP is a white crystalline powder and is freely soluble in chloroform, soluble in water and in glacial acetic acid, slightly soluble in ethanol and in acetonitrile and practically insoluble in ethyl acetate and in n-hexane. Donepezil hydrochloride is available for oral administration in film-coated tablets containing 5 or 10 mg of donepezil hydrochloride, USP. Inactive ingredients in 5 mg and 10 mg tablets are lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, maize starch ( Zea mays) and microcrystalline cellulose. The film coating contains hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, talc and titanium dioxide. Additionally, the 10 mg tablet contains ferric oxide red and ferric oxide yellow as coloring agents."

Following oral administration, the drug substance dissociates into sacubitril (which is further metabolized to LBQ657) and valsartan. The drug substance is chemically described as Tri sodium (4-{[(1S, 3R)-1-([1,1 '-biphenyl]-4-ylmethyl)-4-ethoxy-3-methyl-4-oxobutyl]amino}-4-oxobutonoate-(N-pentanoyl-N-{[2'-(1H-tetrazol-1-id-5-yl)[1,1’-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl}-L-valinate). Its molecular formula is C 48H 55N 6O 8Na 3Its molecular mass is 912.96 g/mol and its schematic structural formula is:. Sacubitril and valsartan tablets are available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 24 mg of sacubitril and 26 mg of valsartan; 49 mg of sacubitril and 51 mg of valsartan; and 97 mg of sacubitril and 103 mg of valsartan. "Description": "Adalimumab-adaz is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-adaz is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-adaz is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a Chinese hamster ovary cell expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. HYRIMOZ (adalimumab-adaz) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled pen (Sensoready Pen) as a single-dose, prefilled 1 mL glass syringe with needle guard and add-on finger flange or as a single-dose, prefilled 1 mL glass syringe. Enclosed within the Pen is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of HYRIMOZ is clear, colorless or slightly yellowish, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled Sensoready Pen or prefilled syringe with BD UltraSafe PassiveTM Needle Guard delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of HYRIMOZ contains adalimumab-adaz (80 mg), adipic acid (1.75 mg), mannitol (33.6 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.32 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide are added as necessary to adjust pH. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled Sensoready Pen or prefilled syringe with BD UltraSafe PassiveTM Needle Guard delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of HYRIMOZ contains adalimumab-adaz (40 mg), adipic acid (0.88 mg), mannitol (16.8 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.16 mg) and Water for Injection, USP. Hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide are added as necessary to adjust pH. "IndicationAndUsage": "Meropenem for injection is a penem antibacterial indicated for the treatment of: 1 Complicated skin and skin structure infections (adult patients and pediatric patients 3 months of age and older only). ( 1.1) , 2 Complicated intra-abdominal infections (adult and pediatric patients). ( 1.2) , 3 Bacterial meningitis (pediatric patients 3 months of age and older only). ( 1.3) .",
"Description": "Meropenem for Injection, USP is a sterile, pyrogen-free, synthetic, carbapenem antibacterial for intravenous administration. It is (4R,5S,6S)-3-[[(3S,5S)-5-(Dimethylcarbamoyl)-3-pyrrolidinyl] thio]-6-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-4-methyl-7-oxo-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]hept-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. Its molecular formula is C 17H 25N 3O 5S3H 2O with a molecular weight of 437.52. Its structural formula is:. Meropenem for Injection, USP is a white to light yellowish crystalline powder. The solution varies from colorless to yellow depending on the concentration. The pH of freshly constituted solutions is between 7.3 and 8.3. Meropenem is soluble in 5% monobasic potassium phosphate solution, sparingly soluble in water, very slightly soluble in hydrated ethanol, and practically insoluble in acetone or ether. When re-constituted as instructed, each 1 gram Meropenem for Injection, USP vial will deliver 1 gram of meropenem and 90.2 mg of sodium as sodium carbonate (3.92 mEq). Each 500 mg Meropenem for Injection, USP vial will deliver 500 mg meropenem and 45.1 mg of sodium as sodium carbonate (1.96 mEq) [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.4)] ."
