"IndicationAndUsage": "NYMALIZE is indicated for the improvement of neurological outcome by reducing the incidence and severity of ischemic deficits in adult patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) from ruptured intracranial berry aneurysms regardless of their post-ictus neurological condition (i.e., Hunt and Hess Grades I-V).",
"Description": "NYMALIZE contains nimodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Nimodipine is isopropyl 2-methoxyethyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-( m-nitrophenyl)-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate. It has a molecular weight of 418.5 and a molecular formula of C 21H 26N 2O 7. The structural formula is:. Nimodipine is a yellow crystalline substance, practically insoluble in water. NYMALIZE Oral Solution contains 60 mg of nimodipine per 10 mL. In addition, the oral solution contains the following inactive ingredients: ethanol, glycerin, methylparaben, polyethylene glycol 400."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ribavirin is a nucleoside analogue indicated in combination with interferon alfa- 2b (pegylated and nonpegylated) for the treatment of Chronic Hepatitis C (CHC) in patients 3 years of age or older with compensated liver disease. (1.1). Patients with the following characteristics are less likely to benefit from re-treatment after failing a course of therapy: previous nonresponse, previous pegylated interferon treatment, significant bridging fibrosis or cirrhosis, and genotype 1 infection.",
"Description": "Ribavirin is a synthetic nucleoside analogue (purine analogue). The chemical name of ribavirin is 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxamide and has the following structural formula (see Figure 1). Figure 1: Structural Formula. Ribavirin, USP is a white, crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water and slightly soluble in dehydrated alcohol. The molecular formula is C8H12N4O5 and the molecular weight is 244.21. Each ribavirin capsule, USP intended for oral administration contains 200 mg of ribavirin, USP in white, hard gelatin capsule shells. In addition, each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and silicon dioxide. The capsule shell consists of gelatin and titanium dioxide. It may also contain sodium lauryl sulfate. The capsule is printed with black pharmaceutical ink."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hydrocortisone acetate suppositories are indicated for use in inflamed hemorrhoids, post-irradiation (factitial) proctitis, as an adjunct in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis, cryptitis, other inflammatory conditions of anorectum, and pruritus ani.",
"Description": "Hydrocortisone acetate is a corticosteroid designed chemically as pregn-4-ene-3, 20-dione, 21-(acetyloxy)-11, 17-dihydroxy-(11β) with the following structural formula. Each 25 mg suppository for rectal administration contains hydrocortisone acetate, USP 25 mg in a specially blended hydrogenated vegetable base. Each 30 mg suppository for rectal administration contains hydrocortisone acetate, USP 30 mg in a specially blended hydrogenated vegetable base."

It is slightly soluble in water; freely soluble in alcohol, in chloroform, and in acetone; and its solubility is practically independent of pH. Carisoprodol is present as a racemic mixture. Chemically, carisoprodol is (±)-2-Methyl-2-propyl-1,3-propanediol carbamate isopropylcarbamate and the molecular formula is C12H24N2O4, with a molecular weight of 260.33. The structural formula is:. "IndicationAndUsage": "IOPIDINE 1% Ophthalmic Solution is indicated to control or prevent post-surgical elevations in IOP that occur in patients after argon laser trabeculoplasty, argon laser iridotomy or Nd:YAG posterior capsulotomy.",
"Description": "IOPIDINE 1% Ophthalmic Solution contains apraclonidine hydrochloride, an alpha adrenergic agonist, in a sterile isotonic solution for topical application to the eye. Apraclonidine hydrochloride is a white to off-white powder and is highly soluble in water. Its chemical name is 2-[(4-amino-2,6 dichlorophenyl)imino] imidazolidine monohydrochloride with an empirical formula of C9H11Cl3N4 and a molecular weight of 281.6. The chemical structure of apraclonidine hydrochloride is. Each mL of IOPIDINE 1% Ophthalmic Solution contains: Actives: apraclonidine hydrochloride 11.5 mg equivalent to apraclonidine base 10 mg. Inactives: sodium chloride, sodium acetate, sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid (pH 4.4-7.8), purified water and benzalkonium chloride 0.01% (preservative). Osmolality is 260-320 mOsm."
