"IndicationAndUsage": "Nadolol tablets, USP are indicated for the long-term management of patients with angina pectoris.",
"Description": "Nadolol is a synthetic nonselective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking agent designated chemically as 1-( tert-butylamino)-3-[(5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro- cis-6, 7-dihydroxy-1-naphthyl)oxy]-2-propanol. Structural formula:. Nadolol, USP is a white crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in ethanol, soluble in hydrochloric acid, slightly soluble in water and in chloroform, and very slightly soluble in sodium hydroxide. Nadolol tablets, USP are available for oral administration as 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg tablets. Inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, D&C yellow No. 10, croscarmellose sodium, and magnesium stearate."

Its molecular formula is C14H10C12NNaO2. It has the following structural formula. Voltaren® Gel also contains carbomer homopolymer Type C, cocoyl caprylocaprate, fragrance, isopropyl alcohol, mineral oil, polyoxyl 20 cetostearyl ether, propylene glycol, purified water, and strong ammonia solution."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of diclofenac sodium delayed-release tablets and other treatment options before deciding to use diclofenac sodium delayed-release tablets. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS; Gastrointestinal Bleeding, Ulceration, and Perforation). Diclofenac sodium delayed-release tablets are indicated: 1 for relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis, 2 for relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, 3 for acute or long-term use in the relief of signs and symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis.",
"Description": "Diclofenac sodium delayed-release tablets, USP are a benzene-acetic acid derivative. Diclofenac sodium, USP is a white to almost white crystalline powder and is sparingly soluble in water at 25°C. The chemical name is 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt. The molecular weight is 318.13 g/mol. Its molecular formula is C14H10Cl2NNaO2, and it has the following structural formula. Each enteric-coated tablet for oral administration contains 50 mg or 75 mg of diclofenac sodium, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: aluminum hydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, polyvinyl acetate phthalate, propylene glycol, silica, sodium alginate, sodium starch glycolate (Type A), stearic acid, synthetic black iron oxide, talc, and titanium dioxide."

In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: aluminum hydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, polyvinyl acetate phthalate, propylene glycol, silica, sodium alginate, sodium starch glycolate (Type A), stearic acid, synthetic black iron oxide, talc, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Diclofenac sodium ophthalmic solution is indicated for the treatment of postoperative inflammation in patients who have undergone cataract extraction and for the temporary relief of pain and photophobia in patients undergoing corneal refractive surgery.",
"Description": "Diclofenac sodium ophthalmic solution, 0.1% is a sterile, topical, nonsteroidal, anti-inflammatory product for ophthalmic use. Diclofenac sodium is designated chemically as 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt, with an empirical formula of C14H10Cl2NO2Na. The structural formula of diclofenac sodium is. Diclofenac sodium ophthalmic solution is available as a sterile solution, which contains diclofenac sodium 0.1% (1 mg/mL). Inactive Ingredients: boric acid, edetate disodium (1 mg/mL), polyoxyl 35 castor oil, purified water, sorbic acid (2 mg/mL), and tromethamine. Diclofenac sodium is a white to off-white, hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in methanol, sparingly soluble in water, very slightly soluble in acetonitrile, and insoluble in chloroform and in 0.1N hydrochloric acid. Its molecular weight is 318.14. Diclofenac sodium ophthalmic solution, 0.1% is an iso osmotic solution with an osmolality of about 300 mOsmol/1000 g, buffered at approximately pH 7.2. Diclofenac sodium ophthalmic solution has a faint characteristic odor of castor oil."

Its molecular formula is C14H10Cl2NNaO2. It has the following structural formula. The structural formula of diclofenac sodium is. Diclofenac sodium ophthalmic solution, 0.1% is available as a sterile solution which contains diclofenac sodium 0.1% (1 mg/mL). Inactive Ingredients: polyoxyl 35 castor oil, boric acid, tromethamine, sorbic acid (2 mg/mL), edetate disodium (1 mg/mL), and purified water. Diclofenac sodium is a faintly yellow-white to light-beige, slightly hygroscopic crystalline powder.
