"IndicationAndUsage": "REZIPRES® is indicated for the treatment of clinically important hypotension occurring in the setting of anesthesia.",
"Description": "REZIPRES® is an alpha- and beta-adrenergic agonist and a norepinephrine-releasing agent. The chemical name of ephedrine hydrochloride is (1R,2S)-(-)-2-methylamino-1-phenyl-1-propanol hydrochloride, and the molecular weight is 201.7 g/mol. Its structural formula is depicted below. Ephedrine hydrochloride is freely soluble in water, soluble in ethanol and stable in aqueous solution. REZIPRES® 47 mg/mL. REZIPRES® 47 mg/mL is a clear, colorless, sterile solution for intravenous injection. It must be diluted before intravenous administration. Each mL contains ephedrine hydrochloride 47 mg (equivalent to 38 mg ephedrine base) in water for injection. The pH is adjusted with sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid if necessary. The pH range is 5.0 to 6.5. REZIPRES® 47 mg/5 mL (9.4 mg/mL). REZIPRES® 9.4 mg/mL is a clear, colorless, sterile solution for intravenous injection. It can either be used as provided or diluted at 4.7 mg/mL, before intravenous administration. Each mL contains ephedrine hydrochloride 9.4 mg (equivalent to 7.7 mg ephedrine base) and sodium chloride 6.0 mg in water for injection. The pH is adjusted with sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid if necessary. The pH range is 5.0 to 6.5. REZIPRES® 23.5 mg/5 mL (4.7 mg/mL). REZIPRES® 4.7 mg/mL is a clear, colorless, sterile solution for intravenous injection. It must not be diluted prior to use. Each mL contains ephedrine hydrochloride 4.7 mg (equivalent to 3.8 mg ephedrine base) and sodium chloride 7.5 mg in water for injection. The pH is adjusted with sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid if necessary. The pH range is 5.0 to 6.5. REZIPRES® 47 mg/10 mL (4.7 mg/mL). "IndicationAndUsage": "PEXEVA is indicated in adults for the treatment of: 1 Major depressive disorder (MDD), 2 Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), 3 Panic disorder (PD), 4 Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).",
"Description": "PEXEVA contains paroxetine mesylate, an SSRI. It is the mesylate salt of a phenylpiperidine compound identified chemically as (-)-trans-4R-(4'-fluorophenyl)-3S-[(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenoxy) methyl] piperidine mesylate and has the empirical formula of C 19H 20FNO 3CH 3SO 3H. The molecular weight is 425.5 (329.4 as free base). The structural formula is:. Paroxetine mesylate is an odorless, off-white powder, having a melting point range of 147° to 150°C and a solubility of more than 1 g/ml in water. PEXEVA tablets are intended for oral administration. Each oval, film-coated tablet contains 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, or 40 mg paroxetine equivalent to 12.9 mg, 25.8 mg, 38.8 mg, or 51.7 mg paroxetine mesylate, respectively. Inactive ingredients consist of dibasic calcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide red (C.I. 77491) (20 mg and 40 mg only) and ferric oxide yellow (C.I. 77492) (20 mg, 30 mg, and 40 mg only)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "MoviPrep® is an osmotic laxative indicated for cleansing of the colon as a preparation for colonoscopy in adults.",
"Description": "MoviPrep (polyethylene glycol 3350, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium ascorbate, and ascorbic acid for oral solution) is an osmotic laxative consisting of 4 pouches (2 of Pouch A and 2 of Pouch B) containing white to yellow powder for reconstitution. Each Pouch A contains 100 grams of polyethylene glycol (PEG) 3350, 7.5 grams of sodium sulfate, 2.691 grams of sodium chloride, and 1.015 grams of potassium chloride, plus the following excipients: aspartame (sweetener), acesulfame potassium (sweetener), and lemon flavoring containing citral, lime oil, maltodextrin, acacia gum, vitamin E, and other natural flavoring agents. Pouch A contains 111.9 g of powder for oral solution. Each Pouch B contains 4.7 grams of ascorbic acid and 5.9 grams of sodium ascorbate. Pouch B contains 10.6 g of powder for oral solution. When 1 Pouch A and 1 Pouch B are dissolved together in water to a volume of 1 liter, MoviPrep (polyethylene glycol 3350, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium ascorbate, and ascorbic acid) is an oral solution having a lemon taste. The entire, reconstituted, 2-liter MoviPrep colon preparation contains 200 grams of polyethylene glycol (PEG) 3350, 15 grams of sodium sulfate, 5.38 grams of sodium chloride, 2.03 grams of potassium chloride, 9.4 grams of ascorbic acid, and 11.8 grams of sodium ascorbate plus the following excipients: aspartame (sweetener), acesulfame potassium (sweetener), and lemon flavoring. A mixing container for reconstitution is enclosed. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine 131 mg per treatment."

"IndicationAndUsage": "MoviPrep® is an osmotic laxative indicated for cleansing of the colon as a preparation for colonoscopy in adults.",
"Description": "MoviPrep (polyethylene glycol 3350, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium ascorbate, and ascorbic acid for oral solution) is an osmotic laxative consisting of 4 pouches (2 of Pouch A and 2 of Pouch B) containing white to yellow powder for reconstitution. Each Pouch A contains 100 grams of polyethylene glycol (PEG) 3350, 7.5 grams of sodium sulfate, 2.691 grams of sodium chloride, and 1.015 grams of potassium chloride, plus the following excipients: aspartame (sweetener), acesulfame potassium (sweetener), and lemon flavoring containing citral, lime oil, maltodextrin, acacia gum, vitamin E, and other natural flavoring agents. Pouch A contains 111.9 g of powder for oral solution. Each Pouch B contains 4.7 grams of ascorbic acid and 5.9 grams of sodium ascorbate. Pouch B contains 10.6 g of powder for oral solution. When 1 Pouch A and 1 Pouch B are dissolved together in water to a volume of 1 liter, MoviPrep (polyethylene glycol 3350, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium ascorbate, and ascorbic acid) is an oral solution having a lemon taste. The entire, reconstituted, 2-liter MoviPrep colon preparation contains 200 grams of polyethylene glycol (PEG) 3350, 15 grams of sodium sulfate, 5.38 grams of sodium chloride, 2.03 grams of potassium chloride, 9.4 grams of ascorbic acid, and 11.8 grams of sodium ascorbate plus the following excipients: aspartame (sweetener), acesulfame potassium (sweetener), and lemon flavoring. A mixing container for reconstitution is enclosed. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine 131 mg per treatment."

"IndicationAndUsage": "RYKINDO is indicated: 1 for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults, 2 as monotherapy or as adjunctive therapy to lithium or valproate for the maintenance treatment of bipolar I disorder in adults.",
"Description": "RYKINDO contains risperidone, an atypical antipsychotic belonging to the chemical class of benzisoxazole derivatives. The chemical designation is 3-[2-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzisoxazol-3-yl)piperidin-1-yl] ethyl]-2-methyl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one. Its molecular formula is C23H27FN4O2 and its molecular weight is 410.5 g/mol. The structural formula is. Risperidone is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, and soluble in methanol and 0.1 N HCl. RYKINDO is provided as a single-dose kit consisting of: a vial containing a white to almost white powder, a pre-filled syringe containing 2 mL of a colorless, clear diluent, a vial adapter, and a needle (a 20 gauge 2-inch needle with needle protection device). The vial contains a white to almost white sterile powder containing risperidone. The powder consists of risperidone, mannitol (5.38 mg/100 mg risperidone), polylactide-co-glycolide (PLGA) 5050 (24.2 mg/100 mg risperidone) and polylactide-co-glycolide (PLGA) 7525 (96.7 mg/100 mg risperidone). The diluent is a sterile, clear, colorless, 2 mL solution. The diluent contains: 1.10 mg/mL citric acid monohydrate, 1.02 mg/mL dibasic sodium phosphate anhydrous, 1 mg/mL polysorbate 80, 6 mg/mL sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 6 mg/mL sodium chloride, 0.54 mg/mL sodium hydroxide, and water. RYKINDO (risperidone) for extended-release injectable suspension, for intramuscular use is, when fully mixed, a white suspension, available in strengths of 12.5 mg, 25 mg, 37.5 mg, or 50 mg."
