"IndicationAndUsage": "Duloxetine delayed-release capsules USP are indicated for the treatment of:. Additional pediatric use information is approved for Eli Lilly and Company, Inc.’s CYMBALTA (duloxetine) delayed-release capsules. However, due to Eli Lilly and Company Inc.’s marketing exclusivity rights, this drug product is not labeled with that pediatric information.",
"Description": "Duloxetine hydrochloride is a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) for oral administration. Its chemical designation is (+)-(S)-N-methyl-γ-(1-naphthyloxy)-2-thiophenepropylamine hydrochloride. The molecular formula is C18H19NOSHCl, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 333.88. The structural formula is. Duloxetine hydrochloride is a white to slightly brownish white solid, which is slightly soluble in water. Each capsule contains enteric-coated pellets of 20 mg, 30 mg, or 60 mg of duloxetine (equivalent to 22.4 mg, 33.7 mg, or 67.3 mg of duloxetine hydrochloride USP, respectively). These enteric-coated pellets are designed to prevent degradation of the drug in the acidic environment of the stomach. Inactive ingredients include sugar spheres, maize starch, hypromellose, mannitol, talc, sucrose, methacrylic acid co-polymer dispersion, triethyl citrate and sodium hydroxide. The capsule shells contain gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, FD & C Blue No. 2, and iron oxide yellow (20 mg and 60 mg). For 20 mg & 30 mg strengths, imprinting black ink contains shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, and purified water. For 60 mg strength, imprinting white ink contains shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, titanium dioxide, potassium hydroxide, and purified water."

Risperidone is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, and soluble in methanol and 0.1 N HCl. Risperidone for Extended-Release Injectable Suspension is a combination of extended-release microspheres for injection and diluent for parenteral use. The extended-release microspheres formulation is a white to off-white, sterile, free-flowing powder that is available in dosage strengths of 12.5 mg, 25 mg, 37.5 mg, or 50 mg risperidone per vial. Risperidone is microencapsulated in 75:25 polylactide-co-glycolide (PLG) at a concentration of 381 mg risperidone per gram of microspheres. The diluent for parenteral use is a clear, colorless solution. Composition of the diluent includes 1 mg/mL citric acid anhydrous, 1.27 mg/mL disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, 1 mg/mL polysorbate 20, 22.5 mg/mL sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 6 mg/mL sodium chloride, 0.54 mg/mL sodium hydroxide, and water for injection. The microspheres are suspended in the diluent prior to injection. "Description": "Methylphenidate hydrochloride, USP is a CNS stimulant. It is available as tablets of 5, 10, and 20 mg oral strengths for oral administration. Methylphenidate hydrochloride is methyl α-phenyl-2-piperidineacetate hydrochloride, and its structural formula is. Methylphenidate hydrochloride, USP is a white, odorless, fine crystalline powder. Its solutions are acid to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and in methanol, soluble in alcohol, and slightly soluble in chloroform and in acetone. Its molecular formula is C14H19NO2HCl, and its molecular weight is 269.77 g/mol. Inactive Ingredients. Methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets: Copovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, talc."

"IndicationAndUsage": "VYSCOXA is indicated. In adults for the management of the signs and symptoms of.",
"Description": "VYSCOXA contains celecoxib, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent. The chemical name of celecoxib is 4-[5-(4-methylphenyl)- 3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl] benzenesulfonamide. Celecoxib has a molecular weight of is 381.38 g/mol, a molecular formula of C17H14F3N3O2S, and the following structural formula. Celecoxib is a white to off-white powder with a pKa of 11.1 (sulfonamide moiety). Celecoxib is hydrophobic (log P is 3.5) and is practically insoluble in aqueous media at physiological pH range. The inactive ingredients in VYSCOXA oral suspension include: anhydrous citric acid, glycerin, magnesium aluminometasilicate, methylparaben, propylparaben, purified water, sodium citrate dihydrate, sucralose, and xanthan gum. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid may be used to adjust the pH to 4.5 – 5.5."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxycodone and Acetaminophen Tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration and persist over the course of therapy, reserve opioid analgesics, including Oxycodone and Acetaminophen Tablets, for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",

(*2.5 mg oxycodone Hydrochloride is equivalent to 2.2409 mg of oxycodone.). Acetaminophen, USP 325 mg. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP 5 mg*. (*5 mg oxycodone Hydrochloride is equivalent to 4.4815 mg of oxycodone.). Acetaminophen, USP 325 mg. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP 7.5 mg*. (*7.5 mg oxycodone Hydrochloride is equivalent to 6.7228 mg of oxycodone.). Acetaminophen, USP 325 mg. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP 10 mg*.
