"Description": "EVRYSDI for oral solution and EVRYSDI tablets for oral use contain risdiplam, which is a survival of motor neuron 2 (SMN2)-directed RNA splicing modifier. The chemical name of risdiplam is 7-(4,7-diazaspiro[2.5]octan-7-yl)-2-(2,8 dimethylimidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-yl)pyrido-4H-[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one. Risdiplam has a molecular weight of 401.46 g/mol. Risdiplam demonstrates pH-dependent aqueous solubility; the greatest solubility is at low pH, and solubility decreases with increasing pH. Risdiplam has a pKa1 of 3.78 (base) and pKa2 of 6.62 (base). The molecular formula of risdiplam is C22H23N7O and the chemical structure is shown below. EVRYSDI for oral solution is supplied as a powder in an amber glass bottle. Each bottle contains 60 mg of risdiplam. The inactive ingredients of EVRYSDI are: ascorbic acid, disodium edetate dihydrate, isomalt, mannitol, polyethylene glycol 6000, sodium benzoate, strawberry flavor, sucralose, and tartaric acid. The powder is constituted with purified water to yield 60 mg/80 mL (0.75 mg/mL) of risdiplam after constitution [see Dosage and Administration (2.4)]. Each EVRYSDI tablet contains 5 mg of risdiplam. The inactive ingredients of EVRYSDI tablet are colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium stearyl fumarate, strawberry flavor, talc, tartaric acid, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide."

Each of the influenza viruses is produced and purified separately. The virus is inactivated with ultraviolet light treatment followed by formaldehyde treatment, purified by centrifugation, and disrupted with sodium deoxycholate. FLULAVAL is a sterile, opalescent, translucent to off‑white injectable suspension in a phosphate‑buffered saline solution that may sediment slightly. The sediment resuspends upon shaking to form a homogeneous suspension. FLULAVAL is formulated to contain 45 micrograms (mcg) hemagglutinin (HA) per 0.5‑mL dose in the recommended ratio of 15 mcg HA of each of the following 3 strains: A/Switzerland/6849/2025 IVR‑278 (an A/Missouri/11/2025 pdm09‑like virus) (H1N1), A/Michigan/105/2025 SAN‑049A (an A/Darwin/1454/2025‑like virus) (H3N2), and B/Tokyo/EIS13‑175/2025 (B‑Victoria lineage). These three influenza virus strains are recommended by FDA for the 2026-2027 influenza season. FLULAVAL is formulated without preservatives and does not contain thimerosal. Each 0.5‑mL dose may also contain residual amounts of ovalbumin (≤0.3 mcg), formaldehyde (≤25 mcg), sodium deoxycholate (≤50 mcg), α‑tocopheryl hydrogen succinate (≤240 mcg), and polysorbate 80 (≤665 mcg) from the manufacturing process. Antibiotics are not used in the manufacture of this vaccine. The tip caps and plungers of the prefilled syringes are not made with natural rubber latex."

<IndicationAndUsage>EVRYSDI is indicated for the treatment of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) in pediatric and adult patients.</IndicationAndUsage>

EVRYSDI for oral solution and EVRYSDI tablets for oral use contain risdiplam, which is a survival of motor neuron 2 (SMN2)-directed RNA splicing modifier. The inactive ingredients of EVRYSDI tablet are colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium stearyl fumarate, strawberry flavor, talc, tartaric acid, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide.

<IndicationAndUsage>FLULAVAL is indicated for active immunization for the prevention of disease caused by influenza A subtype viruses and type B virus contained in the vaccine. FLULAVAL is approved for use in persons aged 6 months and older.</IndicationAndUsage>

FLULAVAL, Influenza Vaccine, for intramuscular use, is a trivalent, split‑virion, inactivated influenza virus vaccine prepared from virus propagated in the allantoic cavity of embryonated hens’ eggs. The tip caps and plungers of the prefilled syringes are not made with natural rubber latex.
