"IndicationAndUsage": "LYRICA CR is indicated for the management of: 1 Neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, 2 Postherpetic neuralgia.",
"Description": "LYRICA CR (pregabalin extended-release) tablets are for oral use and contain pregabalin. Pregabalin is described chemically as (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C8H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline solid with a pKa1 of 4.2 and a pKa2 of 10.6. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is – 1.35. LYRICA CR extended-release tablets are administered orally and contain 82.5, 165, or 330 mg of pregabalin, along with Kollidon SR (polyvinyl acetate, povidone, sodium lauryl sulphate, and silica), crospovidone, polyethylene oxide, carbomer, magnesium stearate, polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, talc, polyethylene glycol, and colorants as inactive ingredients."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pregabalin capsules are indicated for: 1 Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, 2 Management of postherpetic neuralgia, 3 Adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older , 4 Management of fibromyalgia, 5 Management of neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury.",
"Description": "Pregabalin, USP is described chemically as (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C8H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline solid with a pKa1 of 4.2 and a pKa2 of 10.6. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is - 1.35.Pregabalin capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 225, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch, talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shells contain gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. In addition, the orange capsule shells contain red iron oxide and the imprinting ink contains shellac, black iron oxide, propylene glycol, and potassium hydroxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablet is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.",
"Description": "Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP contains the biguanide antihyperglycemic agent metformin in the form of monohydrochloride salt. The chemical name of metformin hydrochloride is N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide hydrochloride. The structural formula is as shown: Metformin hydrochloride USP is a white crystalline powder with a molecular formula of C 4H 11N 5HCl and a molecular weight of 165.63. Metformin hydrochloride, USP is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin hydrochloride is 6.68. Metformin hydrochloride extended release tablets, USP are modified release dosage forms that contain 500 mg or 1000 mg of metformin HCl. Each 500 mg tablet containsAmmonio Methacrylate Copolymer Type A, Coloring (Hypromellose, FD&C Blue#2/Indigo Carmine, Titanium Dioxide, Triethyl Citrate), Glyceryl dibehenate, Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Methacralic Acid and Methyl Methacrylate Coplymer (1:1), Microcrystalline cellulose, Povidone, Talc, Triethyl citrate. Each 1000 mg tablet contains Ammonio Methacrylate Copolymer Type A, Glyceryl behenate, Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate ,Methacralic Acid and Methyl Methacrylate Coplymer (1:1), Microcrystalline cellulose, Povidone, Talc, Triethyl citrate. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP."

The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin hydrochloride is 6.68. "IndicationAndUsage": "Lisinopril tablet USP is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor indicated for: 1 Treatment of hypertension in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older ( 1.1) , 2 Adjunct therapy for heart failure ( 1.2) , 3 Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction ( 1.3) .",
"Description": "Lisinopril is an oral long-acting angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Lisinopril, a synthetic peptide derivative, is chemically described as (S)-1-[N2-(1-carboxy-3-phenylpropyl)-L-lysyl]-L-proline dihydrate. Its empirical formula is C 21H 31N 3O 52H 2O and its structural formula is:. Lisinopril is a white, crystalline powder, with a molecular weight of 441.53. It is soluble in water and sparingly soluble in methanol and practically insoluble in ethanol. Lisinopril tablets USP are supplied as 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg and 40 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive Ingredients. 2.5 mg tablets - colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, pre-gelatinized starch and starch (corn). 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg tablets – colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, red ferric oxide, pre-gelatinized starch and starch (corn). 40 mg tablets - colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, yellow ferric oxide, pre-gelatinized starch and starch (corn)."

"Description": "Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate capsules, a CNS stimulant, are for once-a-day oral administration. The chemical designation for lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is (2S)-2,6-diamino-N-[(1S)-1-methyl-2-phenylethyl] hexanamide dimethanesulfonate. The molecular formula is C15H25N3O∙(CH4O3S)2, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 455.60. The chemical structure is. Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water (792 mg/mL). Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate capsules contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg, 60 mg, and 70 mg of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (equivalent to 5.8 mg, 11.6 mg, 17.3 mg, 23.1 mg, 28.9 mg, 34.7 mg, and 40.5 mg of lisdexamfetamine). Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The capsule shells (imprinted with RP##) contain gelatin, titanium dioxide, and one or more of the following: D&C Red #28, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #3, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Yellow #6, Iron Oxide Black, Iron Oxide Red, and Iron Oxide Yellow. Additionally, the imprint ink contains the following non-volatile ingredients: shellac, black iron oxide, and potassium hydroxide."

"Description": "Pregabalin extended-release tablets are for oral use and contain pregabalin. Pregabalin is described chemically as (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C8H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline solid with a pKa1 of 4.2 and a pKa2 of 10.6. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is – 1.35. Pregabalin extended-release tablets are administered orally and contain 82.5 mg, 165 mg, or 330 mg of pregabalin, along with amino methacrylate copolymer, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, and magnesium stearate. The monogramming ink is comprised of ammonium hydroxide, black iron oxide, isopropyl alcohol, N-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol and shellac glaze. The 82.5 mg tablets also contain macrogol, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide. The 165 mg tablets also contain iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red, macrogol, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide. "Description": "Metformin Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets, USP contain the antihyperglycemic agent metformin, which is a biguanide, in the form of monohydrochloride.The chemical name of Metformin hydrochloride is N, N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide hydrochloride. The structural formula is as shown below:. Metformin hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline compound with a molecular formula of C 4H 11N 5 HCl and a molecular weight of 165.63. It is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pK aof metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin hydrochloride is 6.68. Metformin Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets, USP contain 500 mg or 750 mg of metformin hydrochloride, which is equivalent to 389.93 mg, 584.90 mg metformin base, respectively. Metformin Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets, 500 mg or 750 mg contains the inactive ingredients colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose and magnesium stearate."
