"Description": "AUVELITY is a combination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide, an uncompetitive NMDA receptor antagonist and sigma-1 receptor agonist, and bupropion hydrochloride, an aminoketone and CYP450 2D6 inhibitor. The chemical name of dextromethorphan hydrobromide is morphinan, 3- methoxy-17-methyl-, (9α, 13α, 14α), hydrobromide monohydrate. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide has the empirical formula C18H25NOHBrH2O and a molecular weight of 370.33 (271.4 dextromethorphan base). The structural formula is. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide powder is white or almost white, crystalline, and sparingly soluble in water. The chemical name of bupropion hydrochloride is:(±)-1-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]-1propanone hydrochloride. Bupropion hydrochloride has the empirical formula C13H18ClNOHCl and a molecular weight of 276.2 (239.74 bupropion base). The structural formula is. Bupropion hydrochloride powder is white and highly soluble in water. AUVELITY is for oral administration and is available as round bilayer tablets. Each tablet contains either 30 mg or 45 mg dextromethorphan hydrobromide (equivalent to 21.99 and 32.98 mg, respectively, dextromethorphan base) in an immediate-release formulation and 105 mg bupropion hydrochloride (equivalent to 91.14 mg bupropion base) in an extended-release formulation. Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: carbomer homopolymer, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, glyceryl monocaprylocaprate, l-cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid, talc, and titanium dioxide. Beige tablets additionally contain red iron oxide and yellow iron oxide."

"Description": "Fluoxetine Oral Solution USP is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor for oral administration. It is also marketed for the treatment of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (Sarafem®, fluoxetine hydrochloride). It is designated (±)-N-methyl-3-phenyl-3-[(α,α,α-trifluoro- p-tolyl)oxy]propylamine hydrochloride and has the empirical formula of C 17H 18F 3NO∙HCl. Its molecular weight is 345.79. The structural formula is:. Fluoxetine hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a solubility of 14 mg/mL in water. The oral solution contains fluoxetine hydrochloride equivalent to 20 mg per 5 mL (64.7 µmol) of fluoxetine. It also contains the following inactive ingredients: glycerin, purified water, sodium benzoate, spearmint flavoring agent, and sucrose, and may contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH."

"Description": "Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP is an antispasmodic and anticholinergic (antimuscarinic) agent available as. Dicyclomine hydrochloride tablets, USP for oral use containing 20 mg dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP. Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP 20 mg tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: Anhydrous Lactose, FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, Lactose Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, and Microcrystalline Cellulose. Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP is [bicyclohexyl]-1-carboxylic acid, 2-(diethylamino) ethyl ester, hydrochloride, with a molecular formula of C19H35NO2HCl and the following structural formula. Molecular weight: 345.95. Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP occurs as a fine, white, crystalline, practically odorless powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol and chloroform, and very slightly soluble in ether."

"Description": "Methadone hydrochloride oral concentrate USP contains methadone, an opioid agonist, and is available as a red, raspberry flavored liquid concentrate for oral administration. Methadone hydrochloride is chemically described as 6-(dimethylamino)-4,4-diphenyl-3-heptone hydrochloride. Methadone hydrochloride, USP is a fine white powder. It is very soluble in water, soluble in isopropanol and in chloroform, and practically insoluble in ether and in glycerine. It is present in methadone hydrochloride oral concentrate as the racemic mixture. Methadone hydrochloride has a melting point of 235°C, a pKa of 8.25 in water at 20°C, a solution (1 part per 100) pH between 4.5 and 6.5, a partition coefficient of 117 at pH 7.4 in octanol/water and a molecular weight of 345.91. Its structural formula is C21H27NOHCl. Each liquid concentrate contains 10 mg of methadone hydrochloride (equivalent to 8.95 mg of methadone) per mL and the following inactive ingredients: artificial raspberry flavor, citric acid anhydrous, FD&C Red No. 40, D&C Red No. 33, glycerin, propylene glycol, purified water, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sorbitol solution and sucrose. The sodium citrate used to adjust the pH is the dihydrate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Omeprazole delayed-release capsules are a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) indicated for the: 1 Treatment of active duodenal ulcer in adults (1.1), 2 Eradication of Helicobacter pylori to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence in adults (1.2), 3 Treatment of active benign gastric ulcer in adults (1.3), 4 Treatment of symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients 2 years of age and older (1.4), 5 Treatment of erosive esophagitis (EE) due to acid-mediated GERD in patients 2 years of age and older (1.5) , 6 Maintenance of healing of EE due to acid-mediated GERD in patients 2 years of age and older (1.6) , 7 Pathologic hypersecretory conditions in adults (1.7) .",
"Description": "The active ingredient in omeprazole delayed-release capsule, USP is a substituted benzimidazole, 5-methoxy-2-[[(4-methoxy-3, 5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl) methyl] sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its molecular formula is C17H19N3O3S, with a molecular weight of 345.42. The structural formula is. Omeprazole is a white to off-white crystalline powder that melts with decomposition at about 155°C. It is a weak base, freely soluble in ethanol and methanol, and slightly soluble in acetone and isopropanol and very slightly soluble in water. The stability of omeprazole is a function of pH; it is rapidly degraded in acid media, but has acceptable stability under alkaline conditions. The Dissolution test to be performed according to USP Test 2. Omeprazole is supplied as delayed-release capsules for oral administration. Each delayed-release capsule contains either 10 mg, 20 mg or 40 mg of omeprazole in the form of enteric-coated granules. The 10 mg and 20 mg capsules contain the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium oxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion type C, polysorbate 80, povidone and talc, triethyl citrate. The capsule shells for the 10 mg have the following inactive ingredients: black iron oxide, gelatin, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide. The capsule shells for the 20 mg have the following inactive ingredients: gelatin and titanium dioxide. The ink used for printing contains: black iron oxide, propylene glycol and shellac.
