"IndicationAndUsage": "Loperamide hydrochloride is indicated for the control and symptomatic relief of acute nonspecific diarrhea in patients 2 years of age and older and of chronic diarrhea in adults associated with inflammatory bowel disease. Loperamide hydrochloride capsules are also indicated for reducing the volume of discharge from ileostomies.",
"Description": "Loperamide hydrochloride is a white to slightly yellow powder and is freely soluble in methanol, isopropyl alcohol, chloroform and slightly soluble in water. Loperamide hydrochloride, 4-(p-chlorophenyl)-4-hydroxy-N,N-dimethyl-α,α-diphenyl-1-piperidinebutyramide monohydrochloride, is a synthetic antidiarrheal for oral use. Its structural formula is. C29H33ClN2O2HCl M.W. 513.51. Loperamide hydrochloride is available in 2 mg capsules. The inactive ingredients: dimethylpolysiloxane, gelatin, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized corn starch, magnesium stearate, shellac, and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Ammonia N 13 Injection is a positron emitting radiopharmaceutical that is used for diagnostic purposes in conjunction with positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. The active ingredient, [13N] ammonia, has the molecular formula of 13NH3 with a molecular weight of 16.02, and has the following chemical structure. Ammonia N 13 Injection is provided as a ready to use sterile, pyrogen-free, clear and colorless solution. Each mL of the solution contains between 0.138 GBq to 1.387 GBq (3.75 mCi to 37.5 mCi) of [13N] ammonia, at the end of synthesis (EOS) reference time, in 0.9% aqueous sodium chloride. The pH of the solution is between 4.5 to 7.5. The recommended dose of radioactivity (10 mCi – 20 mCi) is associated with a theoretical mass dose of 0.5 picomoles – 1.0 picomoles (8.47 picograms – 16.94 picograms) of ammonia."

"Description": "SELZENTRY (maraviroc) is a selective, slowly reversible, small molecule antagonist of the interaction between human CCR5 and HIV-1 gp120. Blocking this interaction prevents CCR5-tropic HIV-1 entry into cells. SELZENTRY film-coated tablets for oral administration contain 25, 75, 150, or 300 mg of maraviroc and the following inactive ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate (anhydrous), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium starch glycolate. The film coat (Opadry II Blue [85G20583]) contains FD&C blue #2 aluminum lake, soya lecithin, polyethylene glycol (macrogol 3350), polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide. SELZENTRY oral solution contains 20 mg per mL of maraviroc and the following inactive ingredients: citric acid (anhydrous), purified water, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate dihydrate, strawberry flavoring (501440T), and sucralose. Maraviroc is chemically described as 4,4-difluoro-N-{(1S)-3-[exo-3-(3-isopropyl-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-8-yl]-1-phenylpropyl}cyclohexanecarboxamide. The molecular formula is C29H41F2N5O and the structural formula is. Maraviroc is a white to pale-colored powder with a molecular weight of 513.67. The inactive ingredients: dimethylpolysiloxane, gelatin, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized corn starch, magnesium stearate, shellac, and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Methotrexate, USP is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor with the chemical name of N-[4-[[(2,4-diamino-6-pteridinyl) methyl]methylamino]benzoyl]-L-glutamic acid and a molecular weight of 454.44. The molecular formula is C20H22N8O5, and the structural formula is shown below. Preservative-free Methotrexate Injection, USP is supplied in sterile single-dose vials for intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intrathecal use. : 1 Each 25 mg/mL, 2 mL, 4 mL, 8 mL and 10 mL vial contains 50 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, and 250 mg methotrexate, USP equivalent to 54.8 mg, 109.6 mg, 219.3 mg and 274.18 mg of methotrexate sodium respectively, and the following inactive ingredients: Sodium chloride 9.8 mg, 19.6 mg, 39.2 mg and 49 mg respectively.
