"IndicationAndUsage": "Phendimetrazine tartrate extended-release capsules are indicated in the management of exogenous obesity as a short term adjunct (a few weeks) in a regimen of weight reduction based on caloric restriction in patients with an initial body mass index (BMI) of greater than or equal to 30 kg/m2 or greater than or equal to 27 kg/m2 in the presence of other risk factors (e.g., controlled hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia) who have not responded to appropriate weight reducing regimen (diet and/or exercise) alone. Below is a chart of Body Mass Index (BMI) based on various heights and weights. BMI is calculated by taking the patient's weight, in kilograms (kg), divided by the patient's height, in meters (m), squared. Metric conversions are as follows: pounds ÷ 2.2 = kg; inches × 0.0254 = meters. The usefulness of agents of this class (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY) should be measured against possible risk factors inherent in their use such as those described below. Phendimetrazine tartrate is indicated for use as monotherapy only.",

"Description": "Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets, amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium for oral suspension, and amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets (chewable) are oral antibacterial combinations consisting of the semisynthetic antibiotic amoxicillin, USP and the beta–lactamase inhibitor, clavulanate potassium, USP (the potassium salt of clavulanic acid). Amoxicillin, USP is an analog of ampicillin, derived from the basic penicillin nucleus, 6–aminopenicillanic acid. Chemically, amoxicillin, USP is (2S,5R,6R)–6–[(R)–(–)–2–Amino–2–(p–hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]–3,3–dimethyl–7–oxo–4–thia–1–azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane–2–carboxylic acid trihydrate and has the following structural formula. C 16H 19N 3O 5S3H 2O M.W. 419.45. Clavulanic acid is produced by the fermentation of Streptomyces clavuligerus. It is a beta-lactam structurally related to the penicillins and possesses the ability to inactivate some beta-lactamases by blocking the active sites of these enzymes. Chemically, clavulanate potassium, USP is potassium (Z)-(2R,5R)-3-(2-hydroxyethylidene)-7-oxo-4-oxa-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]-heptane-2-carboxylate, and has the following structural formula:. C 8H 8KNO 5 M.W. 237.25. Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Tablets, USP. : 1 500 mg/125 mg: Each tablet contains 500 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate, and 125 mg of clavulanic acid (equivalent to 149 mg of clavulanate potassium). , 2 875 mg/125 mg: Each tablet contains 875 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate, and 125 mg of clavulanic acid (equivalent to 149 mg of clavulanate potassium). ."

<IndicationAndUsage>Phendimetrazine tartrate extended-release capsules are indicated in the management of exogenous obesity as a short term adjunct (a few weeks) in a regimen of weight reduction based on caloric restriction in patients with an initial body mass index (BMI) of greater than or equal to 30 kg/m2 or greater than or equal to 27 kg/m2 in the presence of other risk factors (e.g., controlled hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia) who have not responded to appropriate weight reducing regimen (diet and/or exercise) alone. Phendimetrazine tartrate is indicated for use as monotherapy only.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Phendimetrazine tartrate, as the dextro isomer, has the chemical name of (2S,3S)-3,4-dimethyl-2-phenylmorpholine L-(+)-tartrate (1:1). The structural formula is as follows. <Description>Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets, amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium for oral suspension, and amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets (chewable) are oral antibacterial combinations consisting of the semisynthetic antibiotic amoxicillin, USP and the beta–lactamase inhibitor, clavulanate potassium, USP (the potassium salt of clavulanic acid). : 1 500 mg/125 mg: Each tablet contains 500 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate, and 125 mg of clavulanic acid (equivalent to 149 mg of clavulanate potassium). , 2 875 mg/125 mg: Each tablet contains 875 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate, and 125 mg of clavulanic acid (equivalent to 149 mg of clavulanate potassium). .</Description>
