"IndicationAndUsage": "NAPRELAN Tablets are indicated for the treatment of. rheumatoid arthritis (RA) osteoarthritis (OA) ankylosing spondylitis (AS) tendinitis, bursitis acute gout primary dysmenorrhea (PD) the relief of mild to moderate pain. [see Warnings and Precautions (5)].",
"Description": "NAPRELAN (naproxen sodium) Controlled-Release Tablets is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, available as controlled-release tablets in 375 mg, 500 mg, and 750 mg strengths for oral administration. The chemical name is 2-naphthaleneacetic acid, 6-methoxy-α-methyl-sodium salt, (S)-. The molecular weight is 252.24. Its molecular formula is C14H13NaO3, and it has the following chemical structure. Naproxen sodium is an odorless crystalline powder, white to creamy in color. It is soluble in methanol and water. NAPRELAN Tablets contain 412.5 mg, 550 mg, or 825 mg of naproxen sodium, equivalent to 375 mg, 500 mg, and 750 mg of naproxen, and 37.5 mg, 50 mg, and 75 mg sodium respectively. Each NAPRELAN Tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: ammoniomethacrylate copolymer Type A, ammoniomethacrylate copolymer Type B, citric acid, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer Type A, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and talc. The tablet coating contains hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Azithromycin tablets are a macrolide antibacterial drug indicated for the treatment of patients with mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms in the specific conditions listed below. Recommended dosages and durations of therapy in adult and pediatric populations vary in these indications [see Dosage and Administration (2)].",
"Description": "Azithromycin tablets, USP contain the active ingredient azithromycin, USP a macrolide antibacterial drug, for oral administration. Azithromycin has the chemical name (2R,3S,4R,5R,8R,10R,11R,12S,13S,14R)-13-[(2,6-dideoxy-3-C-methyl-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranosyl) oxy]-2-ethyl-3,4,10-trihydroxy-3,5,6,8,10,12,14-heptamethyl-11-[[3,4,6-trideoxy-3-(dimethylamino)-β-D-xylo-hexopyranosyl]oxy]-1-oxa-6-azacyclopentadecan-15-one. Azithromycin is derived from erythromycin; however, it differs chemically from erythromycin in that a methyl-substituted nitrogen atom is incorporated into the lactone ring. Its molecular formula is C38H72N2O12, and its molecular weight is 749. Azithromycin has the following structural formula:. Azithromycin as the dihydrate, is a white or almost white powder with a molecular formula of C38H72N2O122H2O and a molecular weight of 785.02. Azithromycin tablets, USP are supplied for oral administration as pink modified capsule shaped, film-coated tablets containing azithromycin dihydrate equivalent to 250 mg azithromycin, USP and the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, triacetin and D&C Red #30 Aluminum Lake. FDA approved dissolution specification differs from the USP dissolution specification."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Atorvastatin calcium tablets are indicated: 1 To reduce the risk of:Myocardial infarction (MI), stroke, revascularization procedures, and angina in adults with multiple risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD) but without clinically evident CHDMI and stroke in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus with multiple risk factors for CHD but without clinically evident CHDNon-fatal MI, fatal and non-fatal stroke, revascularization procedures, hospitalization for congestive heart failure, and angina in adults with clinically evident CHD, 2 As an adjunct to diet to reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in:Adults with primary hyperlipidemia.Adults and pediatric patients aged 10 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH)., 3 As an adjunct to other LDL-C-lowering therapies, or alone if such treatments are unavailable, to reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 10 years and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH)., 4 As an adjunct to diet for the treatment of adults with:Primary dysbetalipoproteinemiaHypertriglyceridemia.",
"Description": "Atorvastatin calcium (atorvastatin) is an inhibitor of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase. Atorvastatin calcium is [R-(R*, R*)]-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-ß, δ-dihydroxy-5-(1-methylethyl)-3-phenyl-4-[(phenylamino)carbonyl]-1H- pyrrole-1-heptanoic acid, calcium salt (2:1) trihydrate. The molecular formula of atorvastatin calcium is (C33H34FN2O5)2Ca3H2O and its molecular weight is 1209.42. Its structural formula is. Atorvastatin calcium, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder that is insoluble in aqueous solutions of pH 4 and below. Atorvastatin calcium, USP is very slightly soluble in distilled water, pH 7.4 phosphate buffer, and acetonitrile; slightly soluble in alcohol; and freely soluble in methanol. Atorvastatin calcium tablets, USP for oral use contain atorvastatin 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, or 80 mg (equivalent to 10.36 mg, 20.72 mg, 41.44 mg, or 82.88 mg atorvastatin calcium anhydrous) and the following inactive ingredients: calcium carbonate, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide, and talc."

"Description": "The active ingredient in ondansetron orally disintegrating tablets, USP is ondansetron base, the racemic form of ondansetron and a selective blocking agent of the serotonin 5-HT 3receptor type. Chemically it is (±) 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]-4H-carbazol-4-one. It has the following structural formula: The molecular formula is C 18H 19N 3O representing a molecular weight of 293.4 g/mol. Ondansetron is a white to off-white powder. Each 4 mg ondansetron orally disintegrating tablet, USP for oral administration contains 4 mg ondansetron base. Each 8 mg ondansetron orally disintegrating tablet, USP for oral administration contains 8 mg ondansetron base. Each ondansetron orally disintegrating tablet, USP also contains the inactive ingredients mannitol, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, aspartame, strawberry guarana flavor, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. The strawberry guarana flavor contains maltodextrin, propylene glycol, artificial flavors, and acetic acid. Ondansetron orally disintegrating tablets, USP are orally administered formulation of ondansetron which disintegrates on the tongue and does not require water to aid dissolution or swallowing. Meets USP Disintegration Test 2."

Its empirical formula is C29H30N6O6 and its structural formula is. Olmesartan medoxomil, USP is a white to light yellowish-white powder or crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 558.6. It is practically insoluble in water and sparingly soluble in methanol. Hydrochlorothiazide, USP is 6-chloro-3,4-dihydro-2 H-1,2,4-benzo-thiadiazine-7-sulfonamide 1,1-dioxide. Its empirical formula is C7H8ClN3O4S2 and its structural formula is. Hydrochlorothiazide, USP is a white, or practically white, crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 297.7. "IndicationAndUsage": "Mitomycin for Injection, USP is not recommended as single-agent, primary therapy. It has been shown to be useful in the therapy of disseminated adenocarcinoma of the stomach or pancreas in proven combinations with other approved chemotherapeutic agents and as palliative treatment when other modalities have failed. Mitomycin is not recommended to replace appropriate surgery and/or radiotherapy.",
"Description": "Mitomycin (also known as mitomycin and/or mitomycin-C) is an antibiotic isolated from the broth of Streptomyces caespitosus which has been shown to have antitumor activity. The compound is heat stable, has a high melting point, and is freely soluble in organic solvents. Mitomycin for Injection, USP is a sterile dry mixture of mitomycin and mannitol, which when reconstituted with Sterile Water for Injection provides a solution for intravenous administration. Each Single-Dose vial contains either mitomycin 5 mg and mannitol 10 mg or mitomycin 20 mg and mannitol 40 mg. Each mL of reconstituted solution will contain 0.5 mg mitomycin and have a pH between 6.0 and 8.0. Mitomycin is a blue-violet crystalline powder with the molecular formula of C15H18N4O5, and a molecular weight of 334.33. Its chemical name is 7-amino-9α-methoxymitosane and it has the following structural formula;."

Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules are indicated for the management of chronic stable angina and angina due to coronary artery spasm.",
"Description": "Diltiazem hydrochloride is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1, 5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one, 3-(acetyloxy)-5-[2-(dimethylamino) ethyl]-2, 3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, monohydrochloride,(+)-cis-. The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 450.98. Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsule, USP is formulated as a once-a-day extended-release capsule containing 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem), 180 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 165.45 mg diltiazem), 240 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 220.6 mg diltiazem), 300 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 275.75 mg diltiazem), or 360 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 330.9 mg diltiazem). Capsules also contain: hypromellose, sucrose, starch (maize), methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, triethyl citrate, talc, hydroxypropylcellulose, ammonio methacrylate copolymer, ethylcellulose, diethyl phthalate, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, polydextrose, triacetin, Macrogol/PEG, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulphate, shellac, potassium hydroxide, black iron oxide, FD&C Blue #1(180 mg, 240 mg, 300 mg and 360 mg) and FD&C Yellow#6 (180 mg and 240 mg). "Description": "Diltiazem hydrochloride is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 450.98. Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsule, USP is formulated as a once-a-day extended-release capsule containing 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem), 180 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 165.45 mg diltiazem), 240 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 220.6 mg diltiazem), 300 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 275.75 mg diltiazem), or 360 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 330.9 mg diltiazem).
