The number of conjugated calicheamicin derivatives per gemtuzumab molecule ranges from predominantly zero to 6, with an average of 2 to 3 moles of calicheamicin derivative per mole of gemtuzumab. MYLOTARG (gemtuzumab ozogamicin) for injection is supplied as a sterile, white to off-white, preservative-free lyophilized cake or powder for intravenous administration. Each single-dose vial delivers 4.5 mg gemtuzumab ozogamicin. Inactive ingredients are dextran 40 (41.0 mg), sodium chloride (26.1 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous (2.7 mg), sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate (0.45 mg), and sucrose (69.8 mg). After reconstitution with 5 mL of Sterile Water for Injection USP, the concentration is 1 mg/mL of gemtuzumab ozogamicin with a deliverable volume of 4.5 mL (4.5 mg)."

<IndicationAndUsage>ARTHROTEC is indicated for treatment of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in adult patients at high risk of developing NSAID-induced gastric and duodenal ulcers and their complications. For a list of factors that may increase the risk of NSAID-induced gastric and duodenal ulcers and their complications [see Warnings and Precautions (5.3)].</IndicationAndUsage>

ARTHROTEC is a combination product containing diclofenac sodium, an NSAID with analgesic properties, and misoprostol, a gastrointestinal (GI) mucosal protective prostaglandin-1 (PGE1) analog. ARTHROTEC tablets are white to off-white, round, biconvex, and approximately 11 mm in diameter. Each tablet consists of an enteric-coated core containing 50 mg (ARTHROTEC 50) or 75 mg (ARTHROTEC 75) of diclofenac sodium (equivalent to 46.39 mg or 69.58 mg of diclofenac, respectively) surrounded by an outer mantle containing 200 mcg misoprostol. Diclofenac sodium is a phenylacetic acid derivative that is a white to off-white, virtually odorless, crystalline powder. Diclofenac sodium is freely soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol, and practically insoluble in chloroform and in dilute acid. Diclofenac sodium is sparingly soluble in water. Its chemical formula and name are. C14H10Cl2NO2Na [M.W. = 318.14] 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt. Misoprostol is a water-soluble, viscous liquid that contains approximately equal amounts of two diastereomers. Its chemical formula and name are. C22H38O5 [M.W. = 382.54] (±) methyl 11α,16-dihydroxy-16-methyl-9-oxoprost-13E-en-1-oate. Inactive ingredients in ARTHROTEC include: colloidal silicon dioxide; crospovidone; hydrogenated castor oil; hypromellose; lactose; magnesium stearate; methacrylic acid copolymer; microcrystalline cellulose; povidone (polyvidone) K-30; sodium hydroxide; starch (corn); talc; triethyl citrate.

<IndicationAndUsage>ABRYSVO is a vaccine indicated for: 1 Active immunization of pregnant individuals at 32 through 36 weeks gestational age for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) and severe LRTD caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in infants from birth through 6 months of age. (1.1), 2 Active immunization for the prevention of LRTD caused by RSV in individuals 60 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Active immunization for the prevention of LRTD caused by RSV in individuals 18 through 59 years of age who are at increased risk for LRTD caused by RSV. (1.3).</IndicationAndUsage>

ABRYSVO (Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine) is a sterile solution for intramuscular use. The vaccine is supplied as a vial of Lyophilized Antigen Component that is reconstituted at the time of use with a Sterile Water Diluent Component. The antigen component contains recombinant RSV preF A and RSV preF B. The RSV preF A and RSV preF B recombinant proteins are expressed in genetically engineered Chinese Hamster Ovary cell lines grown in suspension culture using chemically-defined media, without antibiotics or animal-derived components. The recombinant proteins are purified through a series of column chromatography and filtration steps followed by formulation, filling into vials, and lyophilization. After reconstitution, a single dose of ABRYSVO is formulated to contain 120 mcg of RSV stabilized prefusion F proteins (60 mcg RSV preF A and 60 mcg RSV preF B) per 0.5 mL. ABRYSVO also contains the following buffer ingredients: 0.11 mg tromethamine, 1.04 mg tromethamine hydrochloride, 11.3 mg sucrose, 22.5 mg mannitol, 0.08 mg polysorbate 80, and 1.1 mg sodium chloride per 0.5 mL. ABRYSVO is a sterile, clear, and colorless solution. ABRYSVO contains no preservatives. Each dose may also contain residual amounts of host cell proteins (≤0.1% w/w) and DNA (<0.4 ng/mg of total protein) from the manufacturing process. The Act-O-Vial stoppers, vial stoppers and tip cap and rubber plunger of the prefilled syringe are not made with natural rubber latex.
