"IndicationAndUsage": "Quetiapine fumarate is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of. · Schizophrenia (1.1). · Bipolar I disorder manic episodes (1.2). · Bipolar disorder, depressive episodes (1.2).",
"Description": "Quetiapine fumarate is a psychotropic agent belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.11 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is:. Quetiapine fumarate is a white to cream colored powder which is practically insoluble in water. Quetiapine fumarate tablets are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, white to off-white), 50 mg (round, white to off-white), 100 mg (round, white to off-white), 200 mg (round, white to off-white), 300 mg (capsule-shaped, white to off-white), and 400 mg (capsule-shaped, white to off-white) tablets. Inactive ingredients are povidone, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Diazepam is indicated for the management of anxiety disorders or for the short-term relief of the symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety or tension associated with the stress of everyday life usually does not require treatment with an anxiolytic.In acute alcohol withdrawal, diazepam may be useful in the symptomatic relief of acute agitation, tremor, impending or acute delirium tremens and hallucinosis.As an adjunct prior to endoscopic procedures if apprehension, anxiety or acute stress reactions are present, and to diminish the patient's recall of the procedures (See WARNINGS). Diazepam is a useful adjunct for the relief of skeletal muscle spasm due to reflex spasm to local pathology (such as inflammation of the muscles or joints, or secondary to trauma); spasticity caused by upper motor neuron disorders (such as cerebral palsy and paraplegia); athetosis; stiff-man syndrome; and tetanus.Diazepam injection is a useful adjunct in status epilepticus.Diazepam is a useful premedication (the intramuscular route is preferred) for relief of anxiety and tension in patients who are to undergo surgical procedures. Intravenously, prior to cardioversion for the relief of anxiety and tension and to diminish the patient's recall of the procedure.",
"Description": "Diazepam is a benzodiazepine derivative. Chemically, diazepam is 7-chloro-1,3-dihydro-1-methyl-5- phenyl-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one. It is a colorless crystalline compound, insoluble in water, with a molecular weight of 284.74 and with the following molecular structure. M.W. 284.74. Diazepam Injection, USP is a sterile solution and each mL contains 5 mg diazepam compounded with 40% propylene glycol, 10% alcohol, 5% sodium benzoate and benzoic acid as buffers, and 1.5% benzyl alcohol as preservative."

"Description": "Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate chewable tablet, a CNS stimulant, is for once-a-day oral administration. The chemical designation for lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is (2S)-2,6-diamino-N-[(1S)-1-methyl-2-phenylethyl]-hexanamide dimethanesulfonate. The molecular formula is C15H25N3O(CH4O3S)2, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 455.60. The chemical structure is. Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water (792 mg/mL).Information for lisdexamfetamine dimesylate chewable tablets: Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate chewable tablets contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg, and 60 mg of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (equivalent to 5.8 mg, 11.6 mg, 17.3 mg, 23.1 mg, 28.9 mg, and 34.7 mg of lisdexamfetamine).Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose and gaur gum, sucralose, N-C strawberry flavor art."

The chemical structure of levomilnacipran hydrochloride is. FETZIMA extended-release capsules are intended for oral administration. "IndicationAndUsage": "Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated as subsequent therapy for the treatment of advanced carcinoma of the ovary. As first-line therapy, Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated in combination with cisplatin. Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of node-positive breast cancer administered sequentially to standard doxorubicin-containing combination chemotherapy. In the clinical trial, there was an overall favorable effect on disease-free and overall survival in the total population of patients with receptor-positive and receptor-negative tumors, but the benefit has been specifically demonstrated by available data (median follow-up 30 months) only in the patients with estrogen and progesterone receptor-negative tumors (see CLINICAL STUDIES: Breast Carcinoma). Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated for the treatment of breast cancer after failure of combination chemotherapy for metastatic disease or relapse within 6 months of adjuvant chemotherapy. Prior therapy should have included an anthracycline unless clinically contraindicated. Paclitaxel Injection, USP, in combination with cisplatin, is indicated for the first-line treatment of non-small cell lung cancer in patients who are not candidates for potentially curative surgery and/or radiation therapy. Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated for the second-line treatment of AIDS-related Kaposi's sarcoma.",
"Description": "Paclitaxel Injection, USP is a clear, colorless to slightly yellow viscous solution. It is supplied as a nonaqueous solution intended for dilution with a suitable parenteral fluid prior to intravenous infusion. Paclitaxel Injection, USP is available in 30 mg (5 mL), 100 mg (16.7 mL), and 300 mg (50 mL) multidose vials. Each mL of sterile nonpyrogenic solution contains 6 mg paclitaxel, USP, 527 mg of purified polyoxyl 35 castor oil and 49.7% (v/v) dehydrated alcohol, USP and 2 mg citric acid, USP. Paclitaxel is a natural product with antitumor activity. Paclitaxel is obtained via an extraction process from Taxus X media. The chemical name for paclitaxel is (2aR, 4S,4aS,6R, 9S ,11S ,12S ,12aR, 12bS )-1,2a,3,4, 4a,6,9,10, 11,12,12a,12b- Dodecahydro-4,6,9 ,11, 12, 12b-hexahydroxy-4a,8,13,13-tetramethyl-7,11-methano-5H-cyclodeca[3,4]-benz[1,2-b]oxet-5-one6,12b-diacetate,12-benzoate,9-esterwith(2R,3S)-N-benzoyl-3-phenylisoserine Paclitaxel has the following structural formula. Paclitaxel, USP is a white to off-white powder with the molecular formula C47H51NO14 and a molecular weight of 853.91. It is highly lipophilic, insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol, and melts at around 213o to 222oC."

"Description": "Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Solution (Nasal Spray), 0.1% (137 mcg per spray), is an antihistamine formulated as a metered-spray solution for intranasal administration. Azelastine hydrochloride occurs as a white, almost odorless, crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It has a molecular weight of 418.37. It is sparingly soluble in water, methanol, and propylene glycol and slightly soluble in ethanol, octanol, and glycerine. It has a melting point of about 225°C and the pH of a saturated solution is between 5 and 5.4. Its chemical name is (±)-1-(2H)-phthalazinone,4-[(4-chlorophenyl) methyl]-2-(hexahydro-1-methyl-1H-azepin-4-yl)-, monohydrochloride. Its molecular formula is C22H24ClN3OHCl with the following chemical structure. Azelastine hydrochloride nasal solution contains 0.1% azelastine hydrochloride in an aqueous solution at pH 6.8 ± 0.3. It also contains benzalkonium chloride 50% solution (250 mcg/mL), edetate disodium, hypromellose, citric acid anhydrous, dibasic sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, and water for injection. After priming [see Dosage and Administration (2.3)], each metered spray delivers a 0.137 mL mean volume containing 137 mcg of azelastine hydrochloride (equivalent to 125 mcg of azelastine base). The bottle can deliver 200 metered sprays."

"IndicationAndUsage": "FOSAMAX PLUS D is a combination of a bisphosphonate and vitamin D indicated for: 1 Treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women (1.1), 2 Treatment to increase bone mass in men with osteoporosis (1.2).",
"Description": "FOSAMAX PLUS D contains alendronate sodium, a bisphosphonate, and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). Alendronate sodium is a bisphosphonate that acts as a specific inhibitor of osteoclast-mediated bone resorption. Bisphosphonates are synthetic analogs of pyrophosphate that bind to the hydroxyapatite found in bone. Alendronate sodium is chemically described as (4-amino-1-hydroxybutylidene) bisphosphonic acid monosodium salt trihydrate. The empirical formula of alendronate sodium is C4H12NNaO7P23H2O and its formula weight is 325.12. The structural formula is. Alendronate sodium is a white, crystalline, nonhygroscopic powder. It is soluble in water, very slightly soluble in alcohol, and practically insoluble in chloroform. Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) is a secosterol that is the natural precursor of the calcium-regulating hormone calcitriol (1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3). The chemical name of cholecalciferol is (3β,5Z,7E)-9,10-secocholesta-5,7,10(19)-trien-3-ol. The empirical formula of cholecalciferol is C27H44O and its molecular weight is 384.6. The structural formula is. Cholecalciferol is a white, crystalline, odorless powder. Cholecalciferol is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in usual organic solvents, and slightly soluble in vegetable oils. FOSAMAX PLUS D for oral administration contains 91.37 mg of alendronate monosodium salt trihydrate, the molar equivalent of 70 mg of free acid, and 70 or 140 mcg of cholecalciferol, equivalent to 2800 or 5600 international units vitamin D, respectively. Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose anhydrous, medium chain triglycerides, gelatin, croscarmellose sodium, sucrose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, butylated hydroxytoluene, modified food starch, and sodium aluminum silicate."
