"IndicationAndUsage": "PANDEL® (hydrocortisone probutate) Cream, 0.1% is indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses in patients 18 years of age or older.",
"Description": "PANDEL (hydrocortisone probutate) Cream, 0.1% contains hydrocortisone probutate, a synthetic corticosteroid. The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic agents. Hydrocortisone probutate is a tasteless and odorless white crystalline powder practically insoluble in hexane or water, slightly soluble in ether, and very soluble in dichloromethane, methanol and acetone. Chemically, it is 11ß,17,21-trihydroxypregn-4-ene-3,20-dione 17-butyrate 21-propionate. The structural formula is. Molecular Formula: C28H40O7Molecular Weight: 488.62. Each gram of PANDEL (hydrocortisone probutate) Cream, 0.1% contains: 1 mg of hydrocortisone probutate in a cream base of propylene glycol, white petrolatum, light mineral oil, stearyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, glyceryl monostearate, PEG-20 stearate, glyceryl stearate SE, methylparaben, butylparaben, citric acid, sodium citrate anhydrous, and purified water."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Febuxostat Tablets are a xanthine oxidase (XO) inhibitor indicated for the chronic management of hyperuricemia in adult patients with gout who have an inadequate response to a maximally titrated dose of allopurinol, who are intolerant to allopurinol, or for whom treatment with allopurinol is not advisable. Limitations of Use. Febuxostat Tablets are not recommended for the treatment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia.",
"Description": "Febuxostat is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. The active ingredient in Febuxostat Tablets is 2-[3-cyano-4-(2-methylpropoxy) phenyl]-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylic acid hemihydrate, with a molecular weight of 325.39. The empirical formula is C16H16N2O3S ⸱ ½ H2O. The chemical structure is. Febuxostat is a non-hygroscopic, white to yellowish crystalline powder that is soluble in dimethylformamide; slightly soluble in methanol; and insoluble in water. The melting range is 205°C to 208°C. Febuxostat Tablets for oral use contain the active ingredient, febuxostat, and are available in two dosage strengths, 40 mg and 80 mg. Inactive ingredients include colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, D&C Yellow #10, FD&C Blue #2, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, macrogol, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, triacetin."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse, with opioids, even at recommended doses [see WARNINGS] , reserve Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics): : 1 have not been tolerated, or are not expected to be tolerated,, 2 have not provided adequate analgesia, or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia.",
"Description": "Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets, USP are available in tablet form for oral administration. Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid analgesic and occurs as fine, white crystals or as a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. The chemical name is 4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one tartrate (1:1) hydrate (2:5). It has the following structural formula. Acetaminophen, 4´-Hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. Each Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablet, 5 mg/325 mg contains:. Hydrocodone Bitartrate ...... 5 mg. Acetaminophen................. 325 mg. Each Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablet, 7.5 mg/325 mg contains:. Hydrocodone Bitartrate ......... 7.5 mg. Acetaminophen ................ 325 mg. Each Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets, 10 mg/325 mg contains:. Hydrocodone Bitartrate .......... 10 mg. Acetaminophen.............. 325 mg. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, corn starch, pregelatinized starch and povidone. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets are indicated for the relief of moderate to moderately severe pain.",
"Description": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen is supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid analgesic and antitussive and occurs as fine, white crystals or as a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. The chemical name is: 4,5α- Epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan- 6-one tartrate (1:1) hydrate (2:5). It has the following structural formula:. C 18H 21NO 3C 4H 6O 62½ H 2O M.W.494.49. Acetaminophen, 4’-Hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. C 8H 9NO 2 M.W.151.16. Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets, USP for oral administration are available in the following strengths. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch, and stearic acid. The 7.5 mg/325 mg tablets also include D&C Yellow #10 aluminum lake. 5 mg/325 mg, 7.5 mg/325 mg, and 10 mg/325 mg; Meets USP Dissolution Test 1."

Oxycodone, 14-hydroxydihydrocodeinone, is a semisynthetic opioid analgesic which occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder having a saline, bitter taste. The molecular formula for oxycodone hydrochloride is C18H21NO4∙HCl and the molecular weight 351.82. It is derived from the opium alkaloid thebaine, and may be represented by the following structural formula."
