"Description": "Fenofibrate tablets USP are lipid regulating agents available as tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 54 mg or 160 mg of fenofibrate, USP. The chemical name for fenofibrate, USP is 2-[4-(4-chlorobenzoyl) phenoxy]-2-methyl-propanoic acid, 1-methylethyl ester with the following structural formula. The empirical formula is C20H21O4Cl and the molecular weight is 360.83; Fenofibrate, USP is insoluble in water. The melting point is 79° to 82°C. Fenofibrate, USP is a white solid which is stable under ordinary conditions. Inactive Ingredients. Each 54 mg and 160 mg fenofibrate tablet USP contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, lecithin (soy), microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, povidone, pregelatinized starch, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium stearyl fumarate, talc, titanium dioxide, and xanthan gum. Fenofibrate tablets meet USP Dissolution Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Lisinopril is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor indicated for: 1 Treatment of hypertension in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older (1.1), 2 Adjunct therapy for heart failure (1.2), 3 Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction (1.3).",
"Description": "Lisinopril is an oral long-acting angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Lisinopril, a synthetic peptide derivative, is chemically described as (S)-1-[N2-(1-carboxy-3-phenylpropyl)-L-lysyl]-L-proline dihydrate. Its empirical formula is C 21H 31N 3O 52H 2O and its structural formula is:. Lisinopril is a white to off-white, crystalline powder, with a molecular weight of 441.53. It is soluble in water and sparingly soluble in methanol and practically insoluble in ethanol. Lisinopril tablets, USP, are supplied as 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg and 40 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive Ingredients. 2.5 mg tablets – Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate and magnesium stearate. 5 mg tablets – Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate and yellow ferric oxide. 10 mg tablets – Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate and red ferric oxide. 20 and 30 mg tablets - Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and red ferric oxide. 40 mg tablets - Mannitol, dibasic calcium phosphate, pregelatinized starch *, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and yellow ferric oxide. *: Pregelatinized starch is a physically modified corn (maize) starch."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream is a combination of an azole antifungal and corticosteroid and is indicated for the topical treatment of symptomatic inflammatory tinea pedis, tinea cruris, and tinea corporis due to Epidermophyton floccosum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, and Trichophyton rubrum in patients 17 years and older.",
"Description": "Clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream USP, 1%/0.05% (base), contains combinations of clotrimazole, USP, an azole antifungal, and betamethasone dipropionate, USP, a corticosteroid, for topical use. Chemically, clotrimazole, USP is 1-(o-Chloro-α,α-diphenylbenzyl)imidazole, with the molecular formula C22H17ClN2, a molecular weight of 344.84, and the following structural formula. Clotrimazole, USP is an odorless, white crystalline powder, insoluble in water and soluble in ethanol. Betamethasone dipropionate, USP has 9-Fluoro-11β,17,21-trihydroxy-16β-methylpregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione 17,21-dipropionate, with the molecular formula C28H37FO7, a molecular weight of 504.59, and the following structural formula. Betamethasone dipropionate, USP is a white to creamy-white, odorless crystalline powder, insoluble in water. Each gram of clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream, USP contains 10 mg clotrimazole, USP and 0.64 mg betamethasone dipropionate, USP (equivalent to 0.5 mg betamethasone), in a white to off-white hydrophilic cream. Inactive ingredients: Ceteareth-30, cetyl alcohol, mineral oil, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate, stearyl alcohol and white petrolatum; benzyl alcohol as preservative."

Betamethasone dipropionate USP has the chemical name 9-fluoro-11β,17,21-trihydroxy-16β-methylpregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione 17,21-dipropionate, with the empirical formula C28H37FO7, a molecular weight of 504.59, and the following structural formula. Betamethasone dipropionate USP is a white to almost white crystalline powder, practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in acetone and in methylene chloride, sparingly soluble in alcohol. Each gram of clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream USP, 1%/0.05% (base) contains 10 mg of clotrimazole USP and 0.643 mg of betamethasone dipropionate USP (equivalent to 0.5 mg of betamethasone), in a white to off-white, hydrophilic cream consisting of benzyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol plus stearyl alcohol, ceteareth-30, mineral oil, monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate, phosphoric acid, propylene glycol, sodium hydroxide, white petrolatum and purified water."

Clotrimazole is also available as a nonprescription item which is indicated for the topical treatment of the following dermal infections: tinea pedis, tinea cruris, and tinea corporis due to Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum, and Microsporum canis.",

Clotrimazole is an odorless, white crystalline substance. It is practically insoluble in water, sparingly soluble in ether and very soluble in polyethylene glycol 400, ethanol and chloroform. Each gram of clotrimazole cream USP contains 10 mg clotrimazole, dispersed in a vanishing cream base of cetostearyl alcohol, cetyl esters wax, 2-octyldodecanol, polysorbate 60, purified water, sorbitan monostearate, and benzyl alcohol (1%) as preservative."

Effective treatment without the risks associated with topical corticosteroid use may be obtained using a topical antifungal agent that does not contain a corticosteroid, especially for noninflammatory tinea infections. The efficacy of Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream or Lotion for the treatment of infections caused by zoophilic dermatophytes (e.g. Microsporum canis) has not been established.
