"IndicationAndUsage": "Depression-For the relief of symptoms of depression. Endogenous depression is more likely to be alleviated than other depressive states. One to three weeks of treatment may be needed before optimal therapeutic effects are evident. Childhood Enuresis-May be useful as temporary adjunctive therapy in reducing enuresis in children aged 6 years and older, after possible organic causes have been excluded by appropriate tests. In patients having daytime symptoms of frequency and urgency, examination should include voiding cystourethrography and cystoscopy, as necessary. The effectiveness of treatment may decrease with continued drug administration.",
"Description": "Imipramine hydrochloride is supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Imipramine hydrochloride USP, the original tricyclic antidepressant, is a member of the dibenzazepine group of compounds. It is designated 5-[3-(Dimethylamino)propyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenz [b,f]azepine monohydrochloride. Its structural formula is:. Imipramine hydrochloride USP is a white to off-white, odorless, or practically odorless crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water and in alcohol, soluble in acetone, and insoluble in ether and in benzene. Inactive Ingredients: Carnauba wax powder, colloidal silicon dioxide, FD & C yellow #6 Aluminum lake, hypromellose (10 mg), lactose monohydrate, lecithin (25 mg), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80 (10 mg), polyvinyl alcohol (25 mg and 50 mg), sodium starch glycolate, talc, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide (25 mg and 50 mg)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Diclofenac sodium gel is indicated for the topical treatment of actinic keratoses (AK).",
"Description": "Diclofenac Sodium Topical Gel, 3%, intended for dermatologic use, contains the active ingredient, diclofenac sodium, USP in a clear, transparent, colorless to slightly yellow gel base. Diclofenac sodium, USP is a white to slightly yellowish, hygroscopic crystalline powder, and melts at about 284°C. It is freely soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol, sparingly soluble in water, slightly soluble in acetone, and partially insoluble in chloroform and ether. The chemical name for diclofenac sodium is. Sodium [o-(2,6-dichloranilino) phenyl] acetate. Diclofenac sodium has a molecular weight of 318.13. The CAS number is CAS-15307-79-6. The structural formula is represented below. Diclofenac Sodium Gel, 3% also contains benzyl alcohol, sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, and purified water. 1 g of Diclofenac Sodium Topical Gel, 3% contains 30 mg of the active substance, diclofenac sodium, USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Glyburide tablets USP are indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.",
"Description": "Glyburide tablets USP contain glyburide, USP, which is an oral blood-glucose-lowering drug of the sulfonylurea class. Glyburide, USP is a white, crystalline compound. The chemical name for glyburide, USP is 1-[[p-[2-(5-chloro-o-anisamido)ethyl]phenyl]-sulfonyl]-3-cyclohexylurea. It has the following structural formula. C23H28ClN3O5S M.W. 493.99. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 5 mg of glyburide, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. In addition, the 5 mg contains D&C yellow No. 10 aluminum lake, and FD&C blue No. 1 aluminum lake."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Diclofenac sodium topical gel is indicated for the topical treatment of actinic keratoses (AK).",
"Description": "Diclofenac sodium topical gel, 3%, intended for dermatologic use, contains the active ingredient, diclofenac sodium, in a clear, transparent, colorless to slightly yellow or orange gel base. Diclofenac sodium is a white or slightly yellowish hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol, sparingly soluble in water, slightly soluble in acetone, and partially insoluble in ether. The chemical name for diclofenac sodium is:. Sodium [o-(2,6-dichloranilino) phenyl] acetate. Diclofenac sodium has a molecular weight of 318.13. The CAS number is CAS-15307-79-6. The structural formula is represented below. Diclofenac sodium topical gel, 3% also contains benzyl alcohol, sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, and purified water. 1 g of diclofenac sodium topical gel, 3% contains 30 mg of the active substance, diclofenac sodium."

It is freely soluble in 1N Hydrochloric acid and sparingly soluble in water. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is – 1.35. Pregabalin Capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 225, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with pregelatinized starch and talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shells contain gelatin, titanium dioxide, sodium lauryl sulfate and water. In addition, the orange capsule shells (75 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg and 300 mg strengths) contain red iron oxide. Colloidal silicon dioxide is used as processing aid. The imprinting ink contains shellac, black iron oxide, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide."

The chemical name of methocarbamol is 3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1, 2-propanediol 1-carbamate and has the empirical formula C11H15NO5. Its molecular weight is 241.24. The structural formula is shown below. Methocarbamol is a white powder, sparingly soluble in water and chloroform, soluble in alcohol (only with heating) and propylene glycol, and insoluble in benzene and n-hexane. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains either 500 mg or 750 mg of methocarbamol, USP. The inactive ingredients present are colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, povidone, pregelatinized corn starch, purified water, sodium starch glycolate, and stearic acid."
