"IndicationAndUsage": "Lisinopril tablets USP is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor indicated for: 1 Treatment of hypertension in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older ( 1.1) , 2 Adjunct therapy for heart failure ( 1.2) , 3 Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction ( 1.3) .",
"Description": "Lisinopril is an oral long-acting angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Lisinopril, a synthetic peptide derivative, is chemically described as (S)-1-[N2-(1-carboxy-3-phenylpropyl)-L-lysyl]-L-proline dihydrate. Its empirical formula is C 21H 31N 3O 52H 2O and its structural formula is:. Lisinopril is a white crystalline powder, with a molecular weight of 441.53. It is soluble in water and sparingly soluble in methanol and practically insoluble in ethanol. Lisinopril tablets USP are supplied as 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg and 40 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive Ingredients. 2.5 mg tablets - colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, pre-gelatinized starch and starch (corn). 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg tablets – colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, red ferric oxide, pre-gelatinized starch and starch (corn). 40 mg tablets - colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, yellow ferric oxide, pre-gelatinized starch and starch (corn)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Famotidine tablets are indicated in adult and pediatric patients 40 kg and greater for the treatment of: 1 active duodenal ulcer (DU)., 2 active gastric ulcer (GU)., 3 symptomatic nonerosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)., 4 erosive esophagitis due to GERD, diagnosed by biopsy.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in Famotidine Tablets USP is a histamine-2 (H2) receptor antagonist. Famotidine, USP is [1-Amino-3-[[[2-[(diaminomethylene)amino]-4-thiazolyl]methyl]thio] propylidene] sulfamide and has the following structural formula. C8H15N7O2S3 M.W. 337.45. Each Famotidine Tablet USP for oral administration contains either 20 mg or 40 mg of famotidine, USP and has the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, talc, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide. In addition the 20 mg contains lactose monohydrate, red iron oxide and triacetin and the 40 mg contains FD&C blue No. 2 aluminum lake and FD&C yellow No. 6 aluminum lake. Famotidine, USP is a white to pale yellow crystalline compound that is freely soluble in glacial acetic acid, slightly soluble in methanol, very slightly soluble in water, and practically insoluble in ethanol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Famotidine is indicated in: : 1 Short term treatment of active duodenal ulcer. Most adult patients heal within 4 weeks; there is rarely reason to use famotidine at full dosage for longer than 6 to 8 weeks. Studies have not assessed the safety of famotidine in uncomplicated active duodenal ulcer for periods of more than eight weeks. , 2 Maintenance therapy for duodenal ulcer patients at reduced dosage after healing of an active ulcer. Controlled studies in adults have not extended beyond one year. , 3 Short term treatment of active benign gastric ulcer. Most adult patients heal within 6 weeks. Studies have not assessed the safety or efficacy of famotidine in uncomplicated active benign gastric ulcer for periods of more than 8 weeks. , 4 Short term treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Famotidine is indicated for short term treatment of patients with symptoms of GERD (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY IN ADULTS, Clinical Studies).Famotidine is also indicated for the short term treatment of esophagitis due to GERD including erosive or ulcerative disease diagnosed by endoscopy (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY IN ADULTS, Clinical Studies). , 5 Treatment of pathological hypersecretory conditions (e.g., Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome, multiple endocrine adenomas) (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY IN ADULTS, Clinical Studies). .",

"IndicationAndUsage": "This drug is indicated as an adjunct in the treatment of all forms of parkinsonism (postencephalitic, arteriosclerotic, and idiopathic). It is often useful as adjuvant therapy when treating these forms of parkinsonism with levodopa. Additionally, it is indicated for the control of extrapyramidal disorders caused by central nervous system drugs such as the dibenzoxazepines, phenothiazines, thioxanthenes, and butyrophenones.",
"Description": "Trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride is a synthetic antispasmodic drug available in the following forms: Tablets, 2 mg and 5 mg. It is designated chemically 1-Piperidinepropanol,α-cyclohexyl-α-phenyl-, hydrochloride. The structural formula is represented below. C20H31NOHCl M.W. 337.93. Trihexyphenidyl Hydrochloride Tablets USP 2 mg and 5 mg contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium starch glycolate."

"Description": "The active ingredient in Famotidine Tablets USP is a histamine-2 (H2) receptor antagonist. Famotidine, USP is [1-Amino-3-[[[2-[(diaminomethylene)amino]-4-thiazolyl]methyl]thio] propylidene] sulfamide and has the following structural formula. C8H15N7O2S3 M.W. 337.45. Each Famotidine Tablet USP for oral administration contains either 20 mg or 40 mg of famotidine, USP and has the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, talc, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide. In addition the 20 mg contains lactose monohydrate, red iron oxide and triacetin and the 40 mg contains FD&C blue No. 2 aluminum lake and FD&C yellow No. 6 aluminum lake.
