"IndicationAndUsage": "Ondansetron Injection is a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist indicated for the prevention of: : 1 nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. (1.1) , 2 postoperative nausea and/or vomiting. (1.2) .",
"Description": "The active ingredient of Ondansetron Injection, USP is ondansetron hydrochloride, the racemic form of ondansetron and a selective blocking agent of the serotonin 5-HT3 receptor type. Its chemical name is (±) 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl) methyl]-4H-carbazol-4-one, monohydrochloride,dihydrate. It has the following structural formula:. The empirical formula is C18H19N3OHCl2H2O, representing a molecular weight of 365.9 g/mol. Ondansetron is a white to off-white powder that is sparingly soluble in water. Each 1 mL of the preservative-free aqueous solution in the 2-mL single dose vial contains 2 mg of ondansetron as the hydrochloride; 9 mg of sodium chloride; and 0.5 mg of citric acid monohydrate and 0.25 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate as buffers in water for injection. Each 1 mL of the preserved aqueous solution in the 20-mL multiple dose vial contains 2 mg of ondansetron as the hydrochloride; 8.3 mg of sodium chloride; 0.5 mg of citric acid monohydrate and 0.25 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate as buffers; and 1.2 mg of methylparaben and 0.15 mg of propylparaben as preservatives in water for injection. Ondansetron Injection, USP is a clear, colorless, nonpyrogenic, sterile solution for intravenous or intramuscular use. The pH of the injection solution is 3.3 to 4.0."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Isosorbide Dinitrate Tablets, USP are indicated for the prevention of angina pectoris due to coronary artery disease. The onset of action of immediate-release oral isosorbide dinitrate is not sufficiently rapid for this product to be useful in aborting an acute anginal episode.",
"Description": "Isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) is 1,4:3,6-dianhydro-D-glucitol 2,5-dinitrate, an organic nitrate whose structural formula is. and whose molecular weight is 236.14. The organic nitrates are vasodilators, active on both arteries and veins. Isosorbide dinitrate is a white, crystalline, odorless compound which is stable in air and in solution, has a melting point of 70°C and has an optical rotation of +134° (c=1.0, alcohol, 20°C). Isosorbide dinitrate is freely soluble in organic solvents such as acetone, alcohol, and ether, but is only sparingly soluble in water. Each Isosorbide Dinitrate Tablet, USP contains 5 mg, 10 mg, or 20 mg of isosorbide dinitrate. Inactive ingredients are as follows. 5 mg and 10 mg: Ammonium phosphate dibasic, anhydrous lactose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate. 20 mg: Ammonium phosphate dibasic, anhydrous lactose, D&C Yellow No. 10 Lake, FD&C Blue No. 1 Lake, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Lake, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate."

"Description": "Olopatadine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution USP, 0.2% is a sterile ophthalmic solution containing olopatadine for topical administration to the eyes. Olopatadine hydrochloride is a white, crystalline, water-soluble powder with a molecular weight of 373.88 and a molecular formula of C21H23NO3 HCl. The chemical structure is presented below:. Chemical Name: 11-[(Z)-3-(Dimethylamino) propylidene]-6-11-dihydrodibenz[b,e] oxepin-2- acetic acid, hydrochloride. Each mL of Olopatadine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution USP, 0.2% contains: Active: 2.22 mg Olopatadine Hydrochloride equivalent to 2 mg Olopatadine. Inactives: Povidone; Dibasic Sodium Phosphate; Sodium Chloride; Edetate Disodium; Benzalkonium Chloride 0.01% (Preservative); Hydrochloric Acid/Sodium Hydroxide (adjust pH); and Water for Injection. It has a pH of approximately 7 and an osmolality of approximately 300 mOsm/kg."

"IndicationAndUsage": "PATANASE Nasal Spray is an H1 receptor antagonist indicated for the relief of the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and children 6 years of age and older. (1).",
"Description": "PATANASE (olopatadine hydrochloride) Nasal Spray, 665 micrograms (mcg) is a metered-spray solution for intranasal administration. Olopatadine hydrochloride, the active component of PATANASE Nasal Spray, is a white, water-soluble crystalline powder. The chemical name for olopatadine hydrochloride is (Z)-11-[3-(dimethylamino)propylidene]-6,11-dihydrodibenz[b,e]oxepin-2-acetic acid hydrochloride. It has a molecular weight of 373.88, and its molecular formula is C21H23NO3 HCl with the following chemical structure. PATANASE Nasal Spray contains 0.6% w/v olopatadine (base) in a nonsterile aqueous solution with pH of approximately 3.7. After initial priming (5 sprays), each metered spray from the nasal applicator delivers 100 microliters of the aqueous solution containing 665 mcg of olopatadine hydrochloride, which is equivalent to 600 mcg of olopatadine (base) [see Dosage and Administration]. PATANASE Nasal Spray also contains benzalkonium chloride (0.01%), dibasic sodium phosphate, edetate disodium, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH), and purified water."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Exjade is an iron chelator indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload due to blood transfusions in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.1). Exjade is indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload in patients 10 years of age and older with non-transfusion-dependent thalassemia (NTDT) syndromes, and with a liver iron (Fe) concentration (LIC) of at least 5 mg Fe per gram of dry weight and a serum ferritin greater than 300 mcg/L. Secukinumab has a molecular mass of approximately 151 kDa; both heavy chains of secukinumab contain oligosaccharide chains. COSENTYX Injection for Subcutaneous Use. COSENTYX injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution for subcutaneous use. COSENTYX injection is supplied in a single-dose UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, a single-dose Sensoready pen (150 mg/mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, or a single-dose prefilled syringe (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle. The removable cap of the COSENTYX Sensoready pen and prefilled syringes (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) contains natural rubber latex. Each COSENTYX UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) contains 300 mg of secukinumab formulated in: L-histidine/histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (6.206 mg), L-methionine (1.492 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), trehalose dihydrate (151.34 mg), and Sterile Water for Injection, USP, at pH of 5.8. "IndicationAndUsage": "COSENTYX is a human interleukin-17A antagonist indicated for the treatment of: 1 moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) in adults and pediatric patients 6 years and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. (1.1), 2 active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. (1.3), 4 active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA) in adults with objective signs of inflammation. (1.4), 5 active enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) in pediatric patients 4 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. (1.6).",
"Description": "Secukinumab, a recombinant human monoclonal IgG1/κ antibody, is an interleukin-17A antagonist. It is expressed in a recombinant Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell line. Secukinumab has a molecular mass of approximately 151 kDa; both heavy chains of secukinumab contain oligosaccharide chains. COSENTYX Injection for Subcutaneous Use. COSENTYX injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution for subcutaneous use. COSENTYX injection is supplied in a single-dose UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, a single-dose Sensoready pen (150 mg/mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, or a single-dose prefilled syringe (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle.
