"IndicationAndUsage": "Carvedilol is an alpha/beta-adrenergic blocking agent indicated for the treatment of: : 1 Left ventricular dysfunction following myocardial infarction in clinically stable patients (1.2) , 2 Hypertension (1.3).",
"Description": "Carvedilol is a nonselective β-adrenergic blocking agent with α1-blocking activity. It is (±)-1-(Carbazol-4-yloxy)-3-[[2-(o-methoxyphenoxy)ethyl]amino]-2-propanol. Carvedilol is a racemic mixture with the following structure. Carvedilol tablets, USP are white, oval, film-coated tablets containing 3.125 mg, 6.25 mg, 12.5 mg, or 25 mg of carvedilol. Inactive ingredients consist of lactose monohydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, povidone, sucrose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol 400, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide, and hypromellose. Carvedilol USP is a white to off-white powder with a molecular weight of 406.5 and a molecular formula of C24H26N2O4. It is freely soluble in dimethylsulfoxide; soluble in methylene chloride and methanol; sparingly soluble in 95% ethanol and isopropanol; slightly soluble in ethyl ether; and practically insoluble in water, gastric fluid (simulated, TS, pH 1.1), and intestinal fluid (simulated, TS without pancreatin, pH 7.5). Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

Carvedilol, USP is a racemic mixture with the following structure. Carvedilol tablets, USP are film-coated tablets containing 3.125 mg, 6.25 mg, 12.5 mg or 25 mg of carvedilol. The 3.125 mg, 6.25 mg and 25 mg tablets are white film-coated circular shaped tablets. The 12.5 mg tablets are white film-coated capsule shaped tablets. Inactive ingredients consist of colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, povidone and titanium dioxide. "Description": "Carvedilol is a nonselective β-adrenergic blocking agent with α1-blocking activity. It is (±)-1-(Carbazol-4-yloxy)-3-[[2-(o-methoxyphenoxy)ethyl]amino]-2-propanol. Carvedilol is a racemic mixture with the following structure. Carvedilol tablets, USP are white, oval, film-coated tablets containing 3.125 mg, 6.25 mg, 12.5 mg, or 25 mg of carvedilol. Inactive ingredients consist of lactose monohydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, povidone, sucrose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol 400, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide, and hypromellose.Carvedilol USP is a white to off-white powder with a molecular weight of 406.5 and a molecular formula of C24H26N2O4. "IndicationAndUsage": "Acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets are indicated for the management of mild to moderate pain, where treatment with an opioid is appropriate and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse, with opioids, even at recommended doses (see WARNINGS), reserve acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics) · Have not provided adequate analgesia, or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia, · Have not been tolerated, or are not expected to be tolerated.",

Acetaminophen, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. C8H9NO2 M.W. 151.16 Codeine phosphate, 7,8-didehydro-4, 5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1) (salt) hemihydrate, a white crystalline powder, is a narcotic analgesic and antitussive. It has the following structural formula. "IndicationAndUsage": "Acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets are indicated for the management of mild to moderate pain, where treatment with an opioid is appropriate and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse, with opioids, even at recommended doses (see WARNINGS), reserve acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics) · Have not provided adequate analgesia, or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia, · Have not been tolerated, or are not expected to be tolerated.",
"Description": "Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablets, USP are supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Acetaminophen, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. C8H9NO2 M.W. 151.16 Codeine phosphate, 7,8-didehydro-4, 5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1) (salt) hemihydrate, a white crystalline powder, is a narcotic analgesic and antitussive. It has the following structural formula. C18H21NO3 H3PO4 ½H2O M.W. 406.37 Each Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablet USP, 300 mg/15 mg contains: Acetaminophen USP………………..…300 mg Codeine Phosphate USP……………….15 mg Each Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablet USP, 300 mg/30 mg contains: Acetaminophen USP……………..……300 mg Codeine Phosphate USP……………….30 mg Each Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablet USP, 300 mg/60 mg contains: Acetaminophen USP……………..……300 mg Codeine Phosphate USP……………….60 mg In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, stearic acid, FD&C Red #40 aluminum lake (300 mg/15 mg only), and FD&C Blue#1 aluminum lake (300 mg/60 mg only)."

"Description": "Carvedilol is a nonselective β-adrenergic blocking agent with α1-blocking activity. It is (±)-1-(Carbazol-4-yloxy)-3-[[2-(o-methoxyphenoxy)ethyl]amino]-2-propanol. Carvedilol is a racemic mixture with the following structure:. Carvedilol, USP is a white to almost white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 406.5 and a molecular formula of C24H26N2O4. It is freely soluble in dimethylsulfoxide; soluble in methylene chloride and methanol; sparingly soluble in 95% ethanol and isopropanol; slightly soluble in ethyl ether; and practically insoluble in water, gastric fluid (simulated, TS, pH 1.1), and intestinal fluid (simulated, TS without pancreatin, pH 7.5). Each carvedilol tablet, USP intended for oral administration contains 3.125 mg or 6.25 mg or 12.5 mg or 25 mg of carvedilol. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, povidone, talc and titanium dioxide. Inactive ingredients consist of colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, povidone and titanium dioxide. Carvedilol, USP is a white to off-white powder with a molecular weight of 406.5 g/mol and a molecular formula of C24H26N2O4. It is freely soluble in dimethylsulfoxide; soluble in methylene chloride and methanol; sparingly soluble in 95% ethanol and isopropanol; slightly soluble in ethyl ether; and practically insoluble in water, gastric fluid (simulated, TS, pH 1.1), and intestinal fluid (simulated, TS without pancreatin, pH 7.5).
